Tuscany Toffee made with almond milk and an extra shot of espresso. This is one of my favorite drinks of the year 2021.The staff at the drive-thru or whenever they walk out to receive my order. They are so polite and patient. I love it.

We love Ellianos! We discovered this little coffee shop while on the date night in Thomasville and went in the evening to get some cozy beverages we were impressed with how nice everybody was and the coffee tasted great!

Delicious 😋 definitely recommend. However very busy in the mornings so its a bit of a wait and traffic kinda backs up, but its worth it!

I eat there every morning for breakfast and then I go back to work.

Dont use the walk up window. Waited for over five minute. I rang the bell several times. When an employee did show up he just walk past me and attended to the drive trough cars.

I love their house coffee and their staff members are always friendly.

Workers are always pleasant and work hard to keep the line moving. They support their community and are very gracious with health care workers and military. Caramel macchiato heavy cream is whats worth getting up for in the morning.

Great coffee

Went there a few days ago. Went around a SUV that had a girl in it on her phone. Had seen 3 cars leave and she still didnt move. Manager told me I skipped her and I told her what I saw. Sage said the girl has already placed her order but when the manager walked away we saw them come outside and take her order. I said something to the manager when I got to the window and the worker more or less called me a liar. I may still go there and get coffee but she shot any tipping!

Still the best coffee spot in the area. I go every time I can. Better than Starbucks.

The food and coffee with all the extras are just outstanding, but there is one thing that this place did not get a 5 star rating is the cashier that is always working the wrap around drive thru,she is very rude and does not speakmto certain customers as one day i asked for salt&pepp she basiclly threw the pepper packs at me and said no salt and slammed window on me.

When I first moved down here, I was a little disappointed to find out there wasnt a Starbucks... however, after getting some coffee from Ellianos, Im hooked! Great prices, fast service and amazing coffee!!

Consistently on point! I get the correct beverage when ordered and it always tastes the same. The group of young people that work/run it in the mornings are a well oiled machine. Kudos to Jordyn and Eubanks!!

We LOVE Ellianos! The coffee is consistently better than Starbucks. The service is fantastic. There was a long line the other morning so they sent someone out to take orders- it was raining too! My order was ready when I got to the window.The hours are great too, I like evening coffee on the weekends. It features a walk up window and two drive up windows. I never have to wait long. Definitely the best choice for coffee on that side of Thomasville.

We were visiting family in Thomasville and looking for a Starbucks, but the closest One was 26 minutes away. We found the Ellianos Coffee.The coffee was fantastic and the costumer service was terrific. The taste of espresso was much better then Starbucks.

I really wanted to like this place due to the ease of having a drive through but you just cant excuse awful customer service. It was our first time ever going so we did not know there was a second window. After waiting for several minutes behind someone, we watched another car drive around the building and get served immediately at a second window. When we finally got to the window (after literally 8 minutes), I mentioned that since they are new to the area and plenty people would be new to their establishment, they might want to wave others around to let them know instead of having five staff for the one customer at the window. The response from two employees was that they had just came on duty and didnt know. They also said they normally do this. This sounds great but it was said with such annoyance that I could feel their desire to roll their eyes. It sucked. My family was like, hopefully the drinks are better than their attitudes. My drink was wrong and that just seemed to really get to the girl who then had someone else finish with out order. 😳 This woman was very nice and apologetic for the messed up order. She clearly cared about repeat business. The young girl returned to talking window orders as soon as we pulled off. So heres the thing. Small town where repeat business is your key to success and in a time where online reviews are instant. Grassroots Coffee Company, Dunkin Donuts, etc. are solid here. If your customer service sucks, theres no reason to return. I get hiring young but thats no excuse to treat a customer like they dont matter and take their money. Oh- especially since I explained it was my first time there and they JUST opened. Way to be condescending potential future customer. The coffee was good but not light years ahead of others in town. I didnt get a receipt and none was offered. I had hoped for a much better experience. Ah well, Ill be at grassroots next time.

Friendly staff, quick coffee. There are some consistency issues and abound 1 out of 5 times I go there they mess up my order but the convenience of the location and kindness of the staff makes up for it :)
