Had to take the dogs they wanted starbucks and we sat outside with 5 huskys they were great!!

Service was amazing! staff was friendly, super attentive, and kind when we brought my dad (who is mobility impaired) in to use the restroom. Drinks were perfect even though we all had special requests. 10/10 will come back

Staff is extremely friendly and it they learn your name only after a few visits...love going here...and love how everyone at the store makes you feel like family...the store hours have seemed to fluctuate a bit, but Starbucks as a company has gone above and beyond in regards to being safe during the pandemic...and in comparison to the stores located in nearby Tallahassee FL. the store has been much more consistent with their hours as well as remaining open. A great place with great products and even greater service....and to top it all off the store manager is always there...and available for customers which is not often the case in most food service places.

Stopped at the Starbucks in Thomasville for a Venti PSL. Not only were there flies in the food display box and filth everywhere, but I received a Venti steamed milk, devoid of any flavor.Thanks a lot for ruining my morning.

Wonderful drinks just slower than I used to be

A shame they let the horrid management drive all the good staff away. I miss my good drinks and the cool baristas. I hardly stop by anymore because you have poor employees getting berating trying to do their job by both management and customers.

Everyday I ask for extra foam and sweet cream and Im charged for it everytime.. its funny how whenever I get my cup theres no ice and theres no cream or foam in there. I asked about it today and the girl at the window said I get it only if I ask for it.. yeah I asked for it and Im getting charged for it but for some reason yall never add my extra cream and foam also yall keep forgetting to put ice in it 😒 who wants a cold brew with no ice?? I wasnt going to leave a review until this has happened to me the last 4 visits.

This particular Starbucks has got to be the most nastiest, filthiest fly infested establishment that I have ever been in. As I stood to order my coffee I had to watch no less then 13 flies inside the glass food case crawling inside the sandwiches inside the display. That was the most revolting, sickening and nauseating thing I have ever witnessed in a food establishment. I will never, and I mean NEVER, step foot in that nasty place as long as I live. I hope you can investigate these things. They are very serious.

We arrived at this Starbucks at 6. Their hours state open until 8. We waited in the drive thru with several other people who were not waited on as they had closed the Starbucks early. There was no sign by the drive thru. After we realized no one was going to take our orders, we drove to the front to check the dine in area. There was no sign there either indicating they were closing early.

Horrible Manager, Bad Management. Wouldnt recommend going here anymore the staff doesnt deserve the beratement of such a vile Manager. Absolutely horrifying walking in to my favorite baristas being yelled at.

Did the baristas not get trained at this location? I order the same thing at every SB. A venti iced coffee with white mocha and cream. What I received from this location was hot coffee poured over ice with maybe 2 pumps of mocha and I think they left out the cream completely. It isn’t even drinkable. I went through the drive through while traveling and can’t go back.

This place is good most of the time. My wife and I go every Sunday to have a coffee date and just sit and enjoy time with each other. This location seems to randomly decide their hours on Sundays. Sometimes they close at 8pm, sometimes 6pm, sometimes 2pm...there is never any predicability with this location. This makes it hard to plan a Sunday and enjoy a past time with my wife. The employees are good and fun people to talk to. However in a small town that already has limited activities on a Sunday its very frustrating when you show up in the middle of the afternoon to a sign over the drive thru and having to replan an afternoon.

White mocha on ice!

They don’t know the cup sizes. So I’m playing $6 for a Trenta and constantly am given a venti. Maybe the cups need to be labeled. And they close the window so fast you can’t even say anything to them so that it can be corrected.

Great service but horrible coffee. Only half cup at best and had to go to convenience store to get it drinkable but it didnt work. Worst $8.50 spent

Wonderful customer service and Christmas roast is fantastic!

Second time in a row that they got my order wrong and made it very clear what I wanted. I ordered a caramel cream frappuccino and when I was given it I asked if it had no caffeine since it looked like a normal frap and they lied to me and said they just added extra creamer. They also got the wrong yogurt and the other drink I ordered was very watery. I don’t know what happened with the usual amazing service that they had but it’s safe to say that I’m not going back there.

I was so excited to get out of the house and get a Starbucks for my 40th bday. Pulled up to get my latte and the lady isnt wearing gloves or a mask. When i ask her why...she runs away without saying a word and a young girl with a mask comes over apologizing saying...sorry...but its so hot wearing these she was just taking a break. Super annoyed with the lack of precautions at this location

Ordered online, waited at the window for them to make it, barista kept up very entertained. Morgan made sure that we were in high spirts as we waited for our order, and we ended up leaving with a smile on our faces.
