September 2021Really disappointed in this stop. Normally enjoy thrift shopping but the employees were being very rude and the prices placed on halloween decor - some had a higher goodwill price than the source price tag they were placed next to!

$11 for some worn out US Polo Association sleep shorts is extremeley rediculous! Who prices this stuff?!

What a nice clean store! I was impressed. The manager stopped to ask if I needed any help. I was at Belks earlier today and could not find help. So I thought Id check at Goodwill and I found exactly what I wanted!

Very clean store. It is well organized. Reasonable prices on most everything and they have higher valued merchandise such as Gold Label shirts and Joseph A Banks menswear. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I found a spot on a shirt and the lady working that department promptly removed the shirt from the sale rack and discarded it.Only one issue I have to disagree with them about. I do think this store asks too much for their used books, both paperback and hardback. I saw several that were priced a couple of dollars more than they were worth as older used books.

Great place to look for bargins and to talk to other customers. I love to look and its a stress reliever for me

Nice selection however very confusing store. They have brands like Ann Taylor, LOFT, & other mall brands marked up for $11-$17 each. This is an insane mark up for mall brands at Goodwill. I purchased a pair of wedged booties and they were with all the other shoes marked $7.99 yet the cashier told me they are $12.99 since they were boots. I told her they were not marked differently and placed with all the other shoes and she just brushed me off. Overpriced for the quality of items and brands they are selling.

There was not much too choose from,as far as small items,,,And I obviously missed the article that told about yall becoming a Discount store,,I mean come on,600 for a small brass figurine, and thats cheap here,,,SOMEONE SERIOUSLY NEEDS TOO DO SOME REEVALUATING OF THE PRICES,ALL THAT STUFF IS ((DONATED)),AND YALL ARE PRICING THINGS ACCORDING TOO WHAT IT MAY? ACTUALLY COST....

Once upon a time about 2 years ago before the woman manager took over the prices were great and so was the selection went in not 2 long ago they had nothing worth looking at and the prices were way jacked up from what they were

Small with a lack of goods. Just junk and filthy furniture. Overpriced junk. I go to the Outlet in Tallahassee instead. That’s worth the drive.

This is the biggest goodwill ive been into its really clean.employees were nice.they had a good selection of items

Had more Halloween stuff than I thought... didnt find what I was looking for but I did get some nice things for my family.

The prices on the furniture is ridiculously high, as well as other house hold items. I can buy brand new movies for the same price and a dollar more at discount stores. And I can buy brand new tank tops at Walmart for less. The people who who work there are very nice and helpful. I do enjoy browsing around and occasionally can find a good deal.

Incredibly OVER PRICED! they have a buffet for sale. It is scratched badly and it had lots of water marks from glasses on top of it: $299.99. WHAT! I went in looking for chest of drawers. They did had one; but it was missing the knobs, had deep scratches on the top. And a chunk the top corner of wood was chipped off; $69.99. If I wanted to spend that amount of money I would go ahead a buy a new one! If you are wanting to go to a great goodwill, travel south a few miles to the one at Killard in Tallahassee. It is WORTH it.

The worst customer service; the rudest minimum wages co-workers. Been coming here for years and won’t be going back again!

Pretty clean and organized. Only issue I have is not with this store in particular but goodwill itself is overpriced. The employees here are always pleasant.

The working taking donations wanted me to separate my stuff in boxes. I thought that was there job🤔

Descent store good deals

Ive lived in a few states (including south florida where its expensive), and have always shopped at goodwill....but this one is the most expensive goodwill Ive ever been to! Employees are pleasant.

My best friend loss her job and everything. I took her here and got lot of clothes for her at a very low cost.

Very nice selections. This Goodwill was neat, and the items was well organized.

This place has a big selection of clothing and furniture. I like how they seperate the plus size from the other clothing. For $15 I got a blouse, scarf, and cardigan.

Great deals and also an awesome time burner for those who have time to lose and a bad case of ADD. Overall awesome finds.

Store smells. Prices too high. When you can get new summer clothes $1-3 on clearance at Walmart why would I buy them for $6.99 a piece dirty and used?

Very good prices when compared to other stores in Big Bend. Yet, the selection is sparse.

Customer service is always rude, but this time to my 9yr old daughter? They wont run me off from one of my favorite places, but they might make me show my ass.
