The Other Representatives Are Also Friendly But Do Not Deliver The Same Energy! He Knows His Products, His Customer Service Is Top Notch, & Is Always Willing To Help Even With Technical Support Rather Than Giving Us A Number To Call!

Sammy was AMAZING! We wanted to add a line for our son who is starting lots of clubs and sports this year. He not only got us a great deal on our phone, he got us all set up with a new plan that saved us over half of what our monthly bill was before! Super friendly and great service!

I try a lot but every other time I walk in I face a wall of somebody trying to sell me something instead of listening to what Im even coming in for. Ive been to a few cricket wireless stores and I love the service.($55 for unlimited compared to their competitors) but if you wanted to go cricket, I would prefer going to one out of town.

Sammy is a great guy to do business with. He helped set up my account.Every time I go in and he is there, there are no problems. There is one salesperson who I fo not like working with but after speaking with the big boss that problem is gone.

UPDATE: if you offer a one year replacement then maybe you should review your company policies with your employees better. The girl working told me if we wanted to pay the deductible we could turn it in through insurance, however she only mentioned “cricket” brand phones being covered under warranty. She said we would have to go to an Apple store in Toledo or Columbus for customer service.Bought an iPhone X paid in full, added a new number to my plan for my little brother who lives in Bucyrus and cannot drive due to an autoimmune disease. 4 days later the speaker quits working. Another 4 days later when I had a free spot in my schedule to drive and pick him up when neither of us were working we come back..only 8 days after he purchased this $1,200 phone..and they can’t replace it because their warranty is for 7 days. I JUST PAID $1,200 WITH CASH AND THEY WONT EXCHANGE MY PHONE?! I am so disappointed because they are usually pretty good with customers but the last few times I’ve been in here both of the non-regular people (some red headed girl and a tall dark haired boy, Sammy is always great) haven’t even greeted me and when they finally ask “what I wanted” it’s with a rude tone. Thanks so much Cricket..
