Always have a great selection of games, collectibles, and cards. Staff is pretty nice and doesnt hover your shoulder.Only complaint is that the associates really push you on buying the PowerUp Rewards card.. which is fine I guess. But as a casual consumer that only comes in occasionally when I dont find what Im looking for at Walmart or feel like ordering it from Amazon, its really annoying being asked, saying no, and that having to listen to their 5-minute spiel about how much savings Im losing out on when I already said Im not interested in it 🤷‍♂️

I love this store I feel like a kid in a candy store everytime I come here theres so many cool items and the employees are awesome people so I definitely recommend

As the local game place has gone down hill drastically I once again turned back to gamestop. Im so glad I did as my local gamestop(tiffin, Ohio) is all around amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great selection on games and accessories and the ability to pre order special items.

By far one of the best Gamestops I had the pleasure of walking into. The staff is Fantastic, really knowledgeable on what all the consoles do, games that play on it, and everything else you need to know. I would recommend this game store over any other around the tiffin/Findlay area!

Ive met a lot of game store employees, but these guys are a group of people to remember. With the knoledgement of the team you get a wide variety of ideas from PlayStation games to Xbox, and even PC. Some of the employees like John are the best, the know what your into and help get you something that you would actually like to play!

I dont often shop here, but I did return a defective controller that was purchased online (from Game Stop) to get a replacement with ease.

GameStop has a bad enough reputation among gamers, but theres a few things that are super-irritating right now. First, when a used game is literally $2 cheaper than a new game, thats a BIG problem! Anyone with a higher IQ than a boat anchor can see thats gross blatant profiteering. Second, when the store is so fogged with air freshener that your eyes & nose are burning, and it feels like youre inhaling exhaust fumes from 51 Pontiac, Im not shopping there anymore.

I preordered borderlands 3 and it was so easy to do and the staff is super friendly

My teenage son called wanting an xbox1 because that is the console his friends were playing on and someone talked him into trading his 6mo old PS4 for a refurbished XBOX1. Told him it was like a new one and was a good trade. It worked for a month or two and no longer works. My son spent his hard earned and saved money on that PS4 and now has nothing to show for it because someone sold him on the trade. It is a refurb so the store will not do anything for us and it is no longer in warranty with xbox. Shame on you for allowing a kid to come in (without an adult) and get duped.

Rude people when I was there to put something on layaway. So I will drive the 21 miles to Fremont from Tiffin when I need to pre-order my new games and anything thing else. 5 stars for fremont Gamestop.

Go to Walmart instead at least you know in advance youll be treated like garbage. Uninformed staff that gets very defensive when proven wrong. Level Up, Amazon, and Walmart are your best choices in Tiffin. I wont be spending any money there, ever again.

I bought a used xbox 360 with a get like 4 used games deal but it kept crashing took xbox back said they would get another one and i could still use the one i had so i had to wait 2 weeks before i got it so i waited got the x box gave them the other one but they didnt even clean the damn thing it smelt like cigaretts at the very edge of the controler there was still little packs of tabako on it. dont get me wrong when i say there helpful and polite but still they need to check the damn thing before they sell them
