I had never been in this Tiffin store but will only want to do my Verizon business there!! The best service I have ever received from a Verizon store. Heidi was amazing! Not only did she find the best options for my son’s upgrade, she also made this the easiest and most painless visit I have ever had. She was professional, very personable, kind and funny. Other customers came in and she knew them by name and was so pleasant with everyone. I would not hesitate to return or to refer others.

Had to go in to get a new phone. Cody helped me get set up, as well as answered my questions when I called later. He did a great job on all accounts. Four stars because when I called the first lady I talked to was pretty rude and extremely unhelpful, soon as I switched to Cody everything was fine!

This is the sorriest Verizon store Ive ever been in, first they start giving you a big spiel about corporate policy with having a face covered then they tell you their franchise what franchise is dont do what corporate tells you to do in every circumstance these people must be Democratic believers.Secondly you go in there you trying to get some help getting an app downloaded that you had on a previous phone that you had to replace through insurance and now they want to give a big excuse about they dont know what theyre doing because its not a Verizon app, I never seen a Verizon store that didnt have some kind of technician in there that could help you get something downloaded with no problems maybe this clown who owns this franchise could go into another business and leave phone and Technology to people who are more Adept at dealing with such technology.3rd leader customer service really sucks and I do hope Verizon take a serious look at them and Yanks their franchise

Love our local Verizon shop! The team is very knowledgeable....especially Heidi! She is always very helpful and takes the time to answer any questions we may have. It is so nice that we do not have to leave town to take care of our Verizon cell phone needs! Recommend

It took me 3 hours of waiting in this store and I finally got a new phone because my old one was having issues. They said if I fixed my old one, I could return the new one in 14 days. They did NOT tell me I would still have to pay the activation fee PLUS a restocking fee. It was almost $100 for me to return a 4-day old phone. I would’ve given it zero stars but the only reason I’m giving it one star is because the guy who helped me was very helpful, nice, and fun at the moment. BUT THEN I REALIZED HE CHARGED ME FOR ITEMS I DID NOT BUY. Check your receipt before you pay and make sure you know the ENTIRE return policy, don’t just take their word for it.

Just got back from Tiffin where I picked up my husband’s new phone. Heidi was gracious enough to help me with his non-smart phone. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She’s an asset to your business. I’ve worked with her for at least 15 years and she takes the extra time to be sure we are satisfied customers.

I went in to ask some questions regarding a new phone and the billing for it and picked up a few accessories. Kaycee was so amazing! She’s the store manager and she answered my questions without hesitation! And treated me amazing! I will always drive to this location for all my needs because of her!

All of the employees are helpful and kind. Heidi has taken care of me the last few times I’ve needed support. She is never pushy, always helpful, and knows everything Verizon.

Hands down the worst customer service Ive ever seen. I would offer the suggestion that the guy who runs this store should be careful of who he tries to antagonize. Not everyone is as nice as I am.

Heidi was the best I have ever dealt with. I recently lost my tele, went on my tablet to see when the Verizon store closed. .. it mistakenly told me 8pm when it was in all actuality 7:17 when they closed at 7. . I hesitated but went bc I was afraid it would be too close to close so to speak. Heidi was completely cool, calm and fun. Helped me out. Figured out what happened to my stolen device. She’s the best. Verizon hired a leader.

Helped us program my new phone no hesitation at all, Fremont Verizon store did not want to help us at all. We even bought 2 phones at the Fremont store and they wouldnt help us with programming them. We will not go back to Fremont Verizon. We will go to Tiffin Verizon to buy our next phone.

I have been out of the loop when it comes to phones for a good couple of years now so when I went into the store and was greeted by who I believed would help me get back into it I was overjoyed. I got my phone and a tablet that was inexpensive, and on sale. It wasnt until I receive d my bill that I realized I had been duped into paying for TWO plans. One for my phone and the other for the tablet. I wasnt informed about this and when I tried taking it back I was hit with a large cancellation fee and the fact that I couldnt even cancel it in-store. This place is a joke, and if you are new to phones then Id advise you to stay away because they are like sharks in the water searching for blood in the form of commission.

In January we decided to get new phones and were told of a great promotion that was occurring. The promotion was buy one phone get one free. We had looked all over for the best deals of phones and finally decided that this deal was great and would in the end, be the best deal to get two new phones. When we checked out with our two new phones, it was again confirmed that we had thr promotion of buy one phone get one free and it would be refunded to us throughout our bills. They told us (well the woman that works there) told us that it may take time to show up as a refund on the bill. It is now June and the refund was not showing up. We went back in today and were told that there was never such a promotion even occurring. We only got those phones because the woman told us we would buy one get one free and it wasnt even in existence. We are now screwed and spent way more than what we were planning on spending and would have went a completely different route. We would suggest getting multiple opinions when shopping at this store as things are told to you (maybe to get more commission pay? Who knows?) That may not be true. Just be careful and I would ask one of the men working there as well before completing your transaction.UPDATEI was able to discuss my situation with the district manager, Dave Wharton. He was exceptionally pleasant to talk with and did all that he could do to solve and make the situation right. If anyone has a problem, he is definitely the one to go to.

I had the opportunity to go into Go Wireless in Tifgin, Ohio. I worked wit Kaicee on transferring information from one iPad to another. She was very cordial, knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and make my experience very rewarding.

Read the 5 star reviews so i expected reasonable service i wanted to up grade my phone i was dismayed to find out that the only hands on knowledge the sales lady had is whats on her tablet which is limited i had more info from lookin at a web page, her inability to answer ? Was only exceeded by her frequency removing and adjusting her mask, in my opinion the only way for her to get a 5 star review would be to compose it herself

What a great store this is! I was having difficulties getting my new phone set up, especially my calendar. I had called twice and done an online chat with the corporate Verizon with no results. Heidi and Jon took care of everything,and were very patient and friendly. Jon was not only incredibly helpful,but happy to help. Hard to find these days. Heidi was so knowledgeable and even informed me that I was eligible for a free tablet, which corporate hadnt told me about. Many thanks you guys.

Well the first time we went they were kinda cold shouldered,was very helpful. Our second trip theyre we got a very informative and friendly female employee, she was very helpful she even helped us save more and we were very Happy .

I went to the Tiffin Go Wireless store to buy a new phone. Alexa’s knowledge of pricing, discounts and plans will ultimately save me tons of money each month even with the added monthly price of the phone. She patiently walked me through the process of all the steps necessary to set up my new phone. She was fun, personable, and efficient. During my hour or so there, three other people came in with questions and issues and the other staff members who helped them treated all courteously. In the past, I have purchased phones from bigger Verizon stores in other towns, but will be a returning customer to this Tiffin location.

If you want a great place to get a phone I’d recommend this store super helpful and will answer any questions you have!

I just called to ask the late charges that was put on my bill...no you have to come in...I am disabled and it is very hard for me to walk across parking lot...and then stand util waited on. It could have been simple answer.

Service is normally good, great selection of products. Lady in there this morning was really rude. Probably would go to Findlay or pay bills online now because of the lack of professionalism.

Ive been trying for months to get a replacement for my phone glass screen cover..they keep telling me they will get it from another store. Pretty much finished with verizon for my next phone.

While working out of town, I misplaced my phone. Fortunately I had an old one with me. As it ended up, I had to work late, well past this establishments closing time. I called and Kyle answered and without hesitation told me to come on in and that they would stay over to help me out and activate my phone. Heidi immediately started the process and with in about 10 mininutes I was out the door with a working phone. Best customer service Ive ever had with any Verizon store! Thanks guys!

Horrific!!!! The elderly representative was lazy, rude and insu!tive. I tried to return a new phone within their 14 day policy that she opened and was rudely denied. I came the next day and was accompanied by my son of 11. I asked this brash disgruntled employee to please turn this non refundable phone on for him. To no avail as the day before I was treated worse as was told the system was down and come back. I went to my car to grab my wallet and my son stayed inside. He told me upon returning that she was telling the other workers and customers that I aggravated her and I lost my phone also went as far as to say she probably cant find it now. . My son was hurt and stuck up for me and told her to stop. This is hurtful and my problem had to be rectified by corperate at which point I made a report of the incident. In my opinion I would recommend Sprint or Cricket before this privately owned Mickey Mouse operation!! If your not good at customer sevice, then stop working in that line of work.
