Went to pickup a part I had ordered 2 days ago. I got there at 8:04 on 10-23 as two guys were locking the door. To top it off, one even had a attitude as if I offended him by walking to the door. Good thing O’rileys is right beside them.

Mr. M. Alford helped us today with a car battery purchase. He is very friendly & knowledgeable. He is customer service skills were A+.

My RV broke down on I75, called a mobile mechanic who diagnosed the problem. Called Auto Zone 5 minuted before closing on a Saturday night and the manager went above and beyond so we could get our part. Thanks to them we were able to get out RV fixed.

No AutoZone did not have the part for my motorhome but the manager of the store the greatest guy on the planet came out and worked on my windshield wiper arm and fixed it. Of course it was no charge he is the greatest.

Wonderful employees. These folks truly know the meaning of customer service. They were so nice to replace my turn signal bulb. They gave me the same great service for a $9 purchase as they would have given if I had spent hundreds. I will definitely be back.

Ive used AutoZone since they first opened. Very helpful and always get my parts needed or have them in stock.

I give them 3 stars because, the service is slow about getting you in out. They seem not to care whether buy from them or not. Maybe if they had more employees that would help or better time management skills would help.

Had what we needed. Associates were fairly friendly and helpful. Normally do not shop here from bad experiences in the past with bad parts but this was a packaged part so it didnt matter where it came from. Was pleasantly surprised as to improvement in sales associates from my last visit.

Great people. We limped into AutoZone to see if they could help us and they did. It is difficult when you know nothing about vehicles. They said the radiator was bone dry. They put in 2 gallons on antifreeze and told me to fill up the radiator with water. Thanks to them, we are back on the interstate and headed home.

This place has TERRIBLE customer service. I came up to store at 8:00 on Sunday which is their posted opening time and the door was chained closed. I knocked on the door and the employees looked at me and ignored me. I called their phone and they saw me on calling them and would not pick up their phone even after I repeatedly called. I don’t recommend this place for anyone. They 100% do not put their customers first. They need new management.

They are helpful. They hook up your car to a computer and check to see why your check engine light is on. I received a report and the part to fix the problem. Now if I could just get my guy to work on the car...

One of my choices to go to... You git rewarded points and cash depending on how much you spend there. Correct place

In all the years of me going to Autozone Ive never met someone as caring as the sales associate they have there now names Mealo Alford. This man goes above and beyond. He made me feel like family and not just a customer. I hope Autozone hires more people like this. This man deserves a raise a whole dollar not just a few cents A WHOLE DOLLAR!!!

Jerry the manager is the best. They make sure you get what need or want. And its the right part as well.

The tech responsible for my battery install stripped the head off of the battery terminal bolt (even though he couldnt find the right tool and had to use mine), so the manager comes out and says Oh! Your cable ends are bad, youre gonna have to get those replaced. Didnt apologize for his mistake or anything. The bolt was not rusty or even particularly tight. It also still had terminal grease on it, and in fact AutoZone was the last to touch it when they did my last install a few years back. I regularly take loose my terminals to clean the corrosion off.
