Experience was good, just went to buy a part, just not enough signs to know where to go. Apparently they have complimentary snacks and drinks for their customers which is always a plus.

Paid for a full service oil change. Claimed they checked all of my fluids including windshield washer fluid. They marked it as FULL but I actually ran out the day before my appointment. Literally didnt check it but marked it full. What else did they skip checking? My first visit & my last as well. Shady. Never heard back from the parts dept. on a part I wanted ordered either. Oh well, Live & Learn.

They always take good care of me and treat me like Im important and like my car is important. No complaints!

Exceptional customer service!!

They use to be super quick about getting your car serviced, now it takes 3 or more hours to get a simple oil change. They use to come to your car and ask what you needed, now you have to get out wait on them to finish talking with each other to even get a word in. This place is definitely going downhill quick!

I bought my car from DJ and he was amazing during the whole process! Every time I go to get my oil changed he always come over to check and make sure everything is going okay with my car and me. I would definitely recommend going to DJ for any of your car needs.

Usually good work. Service is good. Took me five tries to get through to the service department and talk to a live person. Only managed to get that done by calling sales. Im giving them one more chance and then walking away from this dealer.
