Both were personable, knowledgeable, and skillfully gained my confidence that they could match my requirements and negotiate a fair price. The transaction processes were refined and smoothly executed expeditiously without wasting my time. I felt I had made the best possible deal in a pleasant business environment without the hassle normally experienced with automobile dealerships. Great Job!
I visited multiple dealers from Duluth, to Warner Robins to Tifton, in a 3 day span. All had hidden prices and fees. Not at Griffin Chrysler Dodge Jeep. They were extremely up front in their pricing. I had financing, and the trade value I would accept before I stopped at the dealership. Not only did they exceed my trade value, they beat my local credit unions rate. Outstanding! Hunter provided outstanding customer service, and went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. Great work guys!
I don’t recommend this dealership to anyone. I had a Chrysler Town and Country that needed a part put in. I called Griffin Chrysler and spoke to someone who agreed to work on it. They said it would take about 3 to 5 days for the repairs. They even gave me a recommendation for a towing company to use to get the vehicle to them, and said they’d contact me when the vehicle was ready. I had it delivered and waited about a week. They never called, so I called for an update. At first they told me they didn’t have the vehicle, so I called the towing company to confirm they’d dropped it off. I called back and this time they said they did have it but they had it registered under the previous owner, my deceased grandfather, and had been trying to contact him. Needless to say, they didn’t reach him. The towing company gave them all of MY information, so I’m not sure how that mistake was made. Now a week later, they told me they wouldn’t work on the car because it’s too old. It’s a 2008. They also said the underside is rusted, so they can’t remove the necessary bolts, and the whole alternator needs to be replaced. They refused to work on it. So I’m out the $85 I paid to have it towed there, and I had to pay another tow charge to have it taken somewhere else. I did have it fixed, and it’s running fine. It didn’t need a new alternator. Just the part I’d originally asked Griffin Chrysler to install, and the rust turned out to be red clay. I live on a dirt road. It turns out the mechanics at Griffin Chrysler are a bunch of buffoons that can’t tell the difference between rust and red clay. They must be Yankees. I’m not sure why they misdiagnosed the problem with the vehicle unless they just didn’t feel like working on it. Either way, Grimes Auto Service in Tifton was glad to get the work instead. My husband called to complain, but they didn’t seem concerned about any of it. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Not even my ex husband. Try a dealership with competent mechanics and better customer service instead.
The entire experience with Griffin Chrysler was great. From the phone call to get the appointment, to explaining the process, to paying for the repairs; everything was transparent. No surprises and everyone was genuinely pleasant. No fakes.
I called to set up an oil change. I was able to have the oil change scheduled quickly. When I arrived for the appointment, the service written was busy but still acknowledged me. Told me my work truck would be serviced same day dropped it off made it clear was waiting in town to pick it back up !!! Needless to say by 5:30 received no call letting me know something to find out vehicular was never touched oil not changed after sitting 5 hours. I pick up my truck Friday night after traveling back out of tow. To get spare key.!!! By Monday afternoon nobody woundered where my truck was or asked if it was in my possession so I go in to get my key. They said nothing And now want a honest review honestly no longer. Trust their word.
Salesman was straight forward, couldnt find exactly what I was looking for due to the Chinese chip shortage but did eventually get another truck that I like but to many bells and whistles that I will probably never use. Highly recommend this place.

Not happy! I came in with electronic throttle control light on. I was charged $540 for a coolant sending unit and thermostat. I still have the electronic throttle control light and Im out $540. I will be warning every one I know about this.

Everyone is very nice. What I like is when you have an appointment they are usually pulling your car in at that time or just right before. Other places when you have an appointment they make 15 for the same time. Everything is always clean.

My son had everything he needed to get the car that he wanted. Except the right sales person. The way these banks set up these days is ridiculous. You can put money in but they wont help you when you need it. The sales person just wants commission. A little bit of effort from the sales person would have been appreciated. Im not going back😒😒😒

Well took my truck in for service, I had 2 sets of earbuds stolen from my truck. I let them know that I had a really bad wobble on the front end of the truck, they said no problem it looks like the stabilizer on the front end, they replaced it and what do you know. It didn’t fix the issue. So I’m not sure if they are bad at service or what …. I would hope that they would have taken the truck out for a drive after they replaced the stabilizer but I have to assume they did notNot happy
Ask about the truck on Sunday and was contacted Monday morning by the salesman. By lunch on Monday the deal was done. By far one of the easiest car deals I have ever had. I highly recommend them!!!

I have called the dealership 3 times today to order a part for one of our customers. The first time, my call went to a voicemail. I hung up and called back... The receptionist then sent me to service. The gentleman in service took a message and told me that John would call me back. After a couple of hours and no phone call, I called again. I was then informed that the ONLY person they have in parts had to leave early. We have a small garage, and our customer service depends on our vendors customer service. I needed to order a part for a customer today...now my customer will have to wait at least one extra day for her vehicle to be repaired....Nobody else in the dealership could work in parts so that parts could be ordered....

I recommend not to sign anything. They will pressure you into purchasing something. They will not take back anything once you sign for that purchase.People like me have a right to change there mind. They could have annulle what I purchased. But to me it seems like the only time they act like they a give two since is when its going put money into there pockets. Not the reason and understanding for having to return what you bought.

I had my truck at Griffin Chrysler for some repairs they charged me 784.56. 170.89 for parts and 600.00 dollars for labor. It first started out 460.00 to fix then they called and said 840.00 to fix then they called and said 1800.00 to fix . I paid the784.56 and told them to put it back together. They said it was running but when my wife went to pick it up it still wasnt running. I had Rick Thacker from the repair shop come get it. He will fix it and not try to GOUGE me like Griffin Chrysler. They will Never Never get anymore business from me.
When me and my husband went we where told everything went through and signed everything after being there all day. 3 weeks later we found out that the bank didn’t get all the paperwork and we had to go back up there got there at 9:30 and we had to sign everything again we left at 5:40 we thought everything was done I called the bank and she still didn’t get everything so she said I needed to take it back up there that she wasn’t going to sign off on it because they didn’t know what they where doing we went up there 5 times and we would get put off everything time just sit right here we will be with you in a minute over and over need list to say they ran our credit over 15 times because they keep missing up and tried to talk to the head manager for someone to tell me they don’t know his number and I left message after messages for a manager to call me back because every time I called they was available

I will not go back to this dealership! I have never been treated as bad as this place did as soon as I signed the papers on my Jeep. I saw a Jeep this place had advertised on CarGurus. I asked for more info thru the app and in the ad, Griffin said email them for the “internet” price. Well it was the same as the asking price on the app. I thought, 🤔, but still wanted to see the vehicle. I set up a time to come in. I arrived at the dealership and they had it waiting for me. Test drive checked out so we sat down to make the deal. The salesman (Hunter) came to me with a price that was $1000 higher than the one advertised on the app and email. I showed Hunter the price I was quoted and we went from there. Signed all the papers and took it home. I was reading my email later that night and noticed one from Griffin. They had dropped the price of my Jeep $250 just as I had showed up to test drive it earlier that day. The following day, I called Hunter and told him about the email and said if they would order me a set of WeatherTech mats we’d call it good. He went on saying that’s just not going to happen and tried to tell me (rather rudely) that used car prices fluctuate with the market. That was a new one on me and asked him to see what he can do. He had the finance guy give me a call and he was helpful. Hunter called me later and said they ordered the mats so I asked him if they would mail them to me since I live an hour and 45 minutes away and he abruptly said no and hung up. He texted me when they came in and I asked again if they would mail them to me (I would have paid for shipping) but he said absolutely not. I would have to come pick them up. Well, long story short, I got the mats today and didn’t have to interface with that rude salesman. That will be the last time I step foot in that place!! They got my money and then didn’t want to hear from me. And treated me like I was talking about his mom when he didn’t know the price his boss had put on the Jeep. Not my fault pal.
I went in looking for a compact SUV at a certain payment per month and I walked out satisfied and BELOW my preferred payment per month. Harvey and his supervisor helped out tremendously and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.
Dealership I think is fine. The 1 star is for the salesman. Worst buying experience ever. Bought vehicles from 2 other dealers in Tifton, Douglas Slyvester and Nasville. Worst experience by far. The salesman was too concerned about the next sale,took forever to get finished with the transaction. Follow-up issues dealing with this particular salesman is horrible.
We were promised an appt to see a certain vehicle at the specified appt time for The Big Special Event online sale. When we arrived on time no vehicle was there and the sales staff knew nothing of the appointment or reservation. The sales person found the vehicle online but could not give UA a price and stated it was at the Sylvester dealership. Without even giving us a price or status they ran a hard inquiry on our credit. We left and rode to Sylvester to see if we could find the vehicle but only found a nearly empty lot. This online business for dealerships seems to only be a farse to get you to the dealership.Very sad way to do business.
Wonderful people I cant think of any more we broke down on I-75 going to Minnesota AAA was no help but when we call the Dodge dealer they have someone pick us up and how does on the road within two hours thank you very much God bless you and people from Georgia are wonderful

It wasnt a long wait until my car was pulled into service dept. When it was time to leave, I checked out with Skye. Skye was well mannered, professional, and polite. Skye and Amanda are wonderful! We traveled 1 hr with high hopes to trade in our vehicles after not only receiving a letter saying we were approved for up to 25000 but also with a certain lady sales person basically giving us hope that we were going to get a newer vehicle. When we got there the vehicle that we wanted was not there and she told us that anything under 20000 we would be able to get the next day... long story short. ..They are liars. One of the guys even lied about selling my friend a truck. Would not recommend to anyone

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for integrity, honesty, and quality customer service. They have none of those qualities. They lie to their customers and will not honor anything they tell you just to get you to buy a vehicle. I should have read the reviews before I chose this dealership to look for a car. I caution anyone in the market for a new vehicle, think twice and beware that asking for truth is too much.

Went there to sell back a vehicle and waited long because the person who was supposed to be helping us was more concerned about being on the radio and socializing that day versus paying attention to his customers. On the other hand, the guy who helped us with the paperwork portion was very helpful and to the point which we truly appreciate for that.
Had an amazing experience purchasing my first truck here! Found the truck online and was priced well. We drove up from Central Florida and our sales associate James held the vehicle for me for a couple of days and was honest and informative about the truck. He was the exact opposite of the stereotypical car salesman.James didn’t pressure us, fast talk us, or hide anything about the vehicle and willingly answered all of our questions! Even had the vehicle re-detailed for us because of a few imperfections I found without charging and he actually insisted it be detailed again.We watched football while the paperwork was being written up and Jeff the sales manager was able to catch that we had a better financing option and offered that to us with all the honest positives and negatives based on my situation and ended up saving more money than we had expected!I would gladly drive up to Tifton again to purchase a vehicle from James and Jeff and would highly recommended asking for James when searching for a car and asking for Jeff if you’re looking for your best financing options.Plenty of good ol’ boys at this dealership and found relief in that as many car salesmen in Central and south Florida are living up to the negative, sleezy, stereotype. Highly recommended!

My view was the same as another view writer.The scary part was his story as sounded identical to mine all the way down to the price.I asked for one thing. They lied and told me it was a bigger problem.then gave me a ridiculous diagnosis charge because I didnt have the vehicle fixed there. My vehicle was covered under an extended warranty and they refused to honor it. Beware this dealership has false intentions of making you spend extra money.

My recent used car purchase here was a pleasant experience. We were able to agree on a price, trade-in value and loan terms. The purchase of an extended warranty eased my worries of trouble down the road, although I have no reason to expect any problems. I had a very specific must-have list of vehicle requirements and options. I drove over an hour and a half to see this car because it had everything I was looking for.
