My car was saying I was low on oil so I stopped by on my way through town (I travel full time in an RV with my Mom) and the gentleman there was knowledgeable about BMW and how to reset the sensors since I had just had an oil change in Iowa and was not in need of an oil change after all. They added a quart of oil and only charged me $11 and I was on my way.Thanks again guys!!

Did not have my filter in stock.Had to leave and go buy my own 14.00 filter and 30+ dollar 6 qts of synthetic oil. Returned and they only gave me a 2.00 credit on my filter. Gave me only 5.00 credit on my oil change for providing my own oil. Did not check or add any fluids. When I asked them to check and fill my washer fluid he said it was weak and almost water anyway. Did not see them check air filter either.

I was getting ready for a trip & I stopped by for a last minute oil change. The guys was fast & did a great job with helping me select the right type of oil for my car engine. Quick easy oil change & tire rotation. Only disappointments were they don’t balance tires & had to ask them to reset my maintenance light after oil change once car wash ready for me Small issues but still stellar service. Thanks guys 🙂.

This was an very unprofessional place of business ..The manager used words I care not to repeat...they had customers seating and waiting in the rain for hours..Manager told staff members not to open but 1 Bay door, bx they(customers) could wait...I recommend no one to visit this location...Sincerely a non-happy customer..

Second consecutive time Ive used this company out on the road to get the oil changed. First time was in Dothan, AL. Same price, same professional service, pretty consistent. I will continue to go to them when I am in the area.

Whole team works well, communicates and gets the job done fast and efficiently. Stopped here on a whim and so glad we did. Whole process took about 10 minutes while we got to stay in the vehicle with sleeping babies.

Employees were rude and unprofessional upon arrival and throughout the entire service. The oil change was done in a timely manner. My windshield was cleaned while the oil was being changed, however, after receiving my service checklist and seeing that certain inspections were checked off as completed when in fact no inspections were done on my exterior lights, wiper blades, tire pressure, etc.

They did not fix my engine oil pan bolts, causing all the oil to leak out of my car a day later. Leaving me to assume my car had a hole in the oil pan which i later found out wasnt the case at a local auto shop.

Fair price but these guys were the slowest moving people ever! Not one person acted like they had any initiative to do anything well or with any speed whatsoever! Even the manager was slow and obviously unmotivated! I would gladly pay double what I paid here to be almost anywhere else! Also at one point during my hour and half wait for my simple oil and filter change every single employee stopped what they were doing on everything including my truck to talk/flirt with a female customer for 20 minutes that came in after me! Horrible customer care and horrible management I would not recommend to anyone!

The skid plate of our car started falling off while we were driving home to Atlanta and they were so helpful to us when we pulled up. Gave us the quick fix we needed to get us home! Thank you so much David!

American LubeFast is a good place to get your oil changed. However, beware of their money grabbing tactics, dont let them trick you into changing items such as your air filter, etc. The oil change is expensive as is, but all the extras will leave you will over a $100 plus bill if you fall for their trickery!

Excellent service and friendly staff

I am from FL and Ive quarantined with my family in GA. I was nervous because of the virus about getting my oil change. They allowed me to sit in my car and they did an outstanding job. Very courteous and fast. If I ever need an oil change in Tifton again I will definitely go there.

They didnt have the oil I wanted. Didnt seem to believe that 20W-50 was factory acceptable for my Rodeo either.

Friendly employees that know how to treat customers

Slow as all get out. First one here and took over 45 mins to get a basic oil change. One employee was in the rest room for the first 20 minutes and the one that is supposed to be the manger is slow. The price is the only reason I will possibly come back but I will be looking too go elsewhere. Nothing fast about this place. Very disappointing. More worried about what each other did last night instead of working to get me back on my way.

I paid for the extensive service which included checking your windshield wipers. I do need wipers, the rubber is coming off the driver side wiper. No-one noticed it or made note of it, so I called back to see if they actually did any of the other services?I was told to come back, I was apologized and he sounded genuine.I will go back and get this issue corrected but until then only 3 stars. Will update later!

I thought I was overdue for an oil change, but my husband must have taken it it recently, because when the service guys pulled the dipstick, they said the oil was completely clean. Then they checked the fluid levels and sent me on my way without charging me. They also geeked out over the Rebel Alliance sticker on my front plate; so yeah, I officially love these guys. Came in for an oil change because I thought I was due. The technician could have easily sold me an oil change but after looking at my oil he said that I truthfully didnt need one for a while still. Its rare to find an honest quick lube joint, definitely worth the recommendation.

I have a Fiat which I tow behind my motorhome. They cussed bad talked the car çontinually then tried to upsell me. I suppose they thought I would want to stay and listen to more. They were still complaining when I drove away. Never ever go there.

These guys are great at their job and it shows, anything you need for your vehicle then trust them and their expertise

I got in fast but they didnt tell me how to remove low oil on my car. Normally after an oil change they have you go through a few steps to remove it,but these guys didnt.

I never know what to expect from these types of places, mainly because I feel that they pretty on women who arent very knowledgeable about car mechanics. They seem to always try to scam me and this has been occurring for many years at both locations in Tifton, not just once or twice. The last visit the attendant asked if I wanted the same service as the last time, to which I replied yes . So after they were all done and of course had went through all the same sales pitches as always, it was time to pay. It was supposed to be only a basic oil change for a 4 cylinder vehicle. But it was something like double the amount I always pay plus there was a special on the marquee. So I said how can it be that much? He said oh what did you want I said the same thing I always get, which was actually the one that was supposed to be on special. So the attendant called, Im assuming, the manager over. He informs me he could fix it for me. I said what do you mean, how can you fix it? I mean they had already done the service. But apparently when he saw I wasnt going to just come up with $30 more than I normally pay for that same service they decided they would back track. Im convinced that if I had said oh ok, and pulled about $70.00 out to pay for a basic oil change thats what they would have taken. A few years ago I had my transmission serviced somewhere else and it was a good friend who did it. A couple of days later I went to this same place for an oil change. The attendant brought my transmission pan over to me showing me all these particles in it saying I need to have my transmission serviced today. I was like really?, I just had that done....then he came up with some bull.....so yeah I only let them my oil. But they try to get over on women or even men who are unsuspecting and dont know any better. So I cant really give them a great rate and I dont trust them.

Never had a problem here and they wont try to take all your money here. If you dont need an oil change, they will tell you when to come back. That makes me feel like they are honest!
