I’ve had a device with at&t for years with a number that don’t work have called and constantly asked how to resolve the issue never got a decent response so I’ve been almost a year without a phone well I went into the same at&t store and got a new phone and had the same issue but went in and the big Manager “Chad” was there and he was AWESOME. He fixed my phone within seconds of me being there he deserve to be recognized for this and many more awesome things he’s done for me and my messed up devices since I’ve had service with them .

We bought a iPhone 12 Pro Max an it had software damage 5 days after we got it so we brought it back to the store we Bought it from and the guy told us that we would have to pay for a replacement or send it to Redbird to be fixed an then said sorry we cant fix it at the store and we had to go throw so many issues to get it resolved on the 4th of September we had to go to best by for them to diagnose it to not have problems on the computer but as the guy held the phone in his hands its Was making the distorted noises and the screen was flickering he also called the phone himself and could not hear through the speaker and because it came out clean on the computer they cannot do nothing for us either because of Apple they told us to Bring the phone back to the store that the store would have to replace it because it was within 14 days of buying it so we called AT&T insurance and they said that we should not have had to pay nothing and we should have got the phone replaced the first time we came in We are very disappointed that it took over five days to get the phone replaced on a issue that you sold us broke phone an Turn us down when we first came in to get it fixed We had to beat around the bush just to get it fixed

When I arrive at location there was many customers inside. Chad said he was supervisor and I asked why only one associate inside he stated that what it is .yes I was upset that their was only one personal inside. Chad had bad comstermer service and he wouldnt give me his supervisor number, he called police on me they arrived and I explained my issue and he wrote down a number. It didnt go too att office. I still have the number he gave the police officer that I received. Need more info let me know. I have been with your company for many years.

One star cos lady customer service was terrible my friend and went in to get a new number and he kindly told her to give him a better number and she picked any number she wanted cos she was distracted on a personal phone call smdh

We stopped in this store while driving from Indiana to Florida. The 5 star google reviews of this store was a factor in choosing the Tifton store over a store in another city. We couldnt have had a better experience Chad and Keshia were great to deal with. Chad walked us through all of the features on our new phone and did not rush us at all. Highly recommended.

I visited this store to simply pay my DirecTv/AT&T U-Verse bill, but instead ended up waiting for 20 mins just for the woman working there to never even do so much as look at me, much less ask what I needed or anything. She was helping a customer when I walked in and once she had finished with them, she asked if the next people were ready to which they replied, No. She then asked the other gentleman what he needed assistance with, and she proceeded to help with his problem. After that, when I would think shed ask what I needed help with, (being I was the next, and only other, customer in the store) she started talking to the first customers about how they had been and talking about other people and all of their problems. I waited thru about another 10 mins of that before I finally walked out, never having said a word to her, nor her to me. I guess she didnt like money for her store cuz all I wanted to do was give her $150+ for my bill. I wont be visiting again, so she wont have to worry about me bothering her and her riveting conversation about how much better she was than everyone else.

I changed locations, so I went here to get my phone payments transferred over. And the incompetent lady that was there didnt seem to know anything! Was not very professional OR helpful, at ALL. She didnt even know how to do something like that, I was just trying to make a phone payment, it shouldnt be that hard.
