I came to this store after the corporate Verizon store said they were unable to help me. My iPhone was damaged and I needed a replacement ASAP. Mr. Leslie was a TREMENDOUS help to us. He took the time to help us get everything situated on my new phone and answered all our questions. We will definitely be using this store the next time we need to upgrade our phones.

After unsuccessfully trying to visit the corporate Verizon store, we were told about the Russell Cellular Verizon store. A completely different experience! Friendly staff, easy to work with, and fast. Hannah was excellent. She didn’t try to sell us a bunch of things—she could tell we knew what we needed and simply assisted us. She also pointed us to saving additional money. We’re very pleased with this location and we’ll be back!

I just purchased the Samsung Note 8. All I can say is fantastic service! I knew what I wanted and they made it happen. Friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Experience my brother-in-law had at Russell Cellular, Tifton, GA. The price for a new phone increased from the original quote of $269.99 to $323.99. Russell Celluar called Verizon and had them setup the phone. Did not have them upgrade plan or add autopay as requested. I had to call Verizon and correct this for him.

I would not advise anyone to do business with this establishment. Someone I know, was sold by them a brand new iPhone 8 with verzion. However, it won’t turn on within a month. Now this doesn’t mean that it’s the establishment’s fault. It’s a software issue I get it. However, An actual Verizon store said the right thing they should do is to give her a new phone free of charge since they sold a broken one. They didn’t know they were selling a broken one, however it happens. However, this establishment made her pay for them to ship a new phone, and this phone isn’t actually new. It’s refurbished. I just don’t understand how you can sell someone a new phone that doesn’t work at retail, and then when they ask for another you tell them they have to pay for shipping on their mistake and won’t even give you a new one like you paid for. Do business with an actual Verzion store.

This was the best experience at a Verizon store ever! The employees, especially Leslie Sumner, were very knowledgeable about the plans, phones and even the other carriers so I was able to make an informed decision on staying with Verizon.
