Terrible service, Female employee saw me than just sat down on one of the benches in the lobby no greetings or any service close that store to many complaints in the store when I was there customers were treated unfair like myself

FIVE star. Had a very good experience on Dec 8, 2020 with assistance from Raphael at Verizon Wireless. Raphael answered all our questions with patience. He was very courteous and helpful.ONE star. Todays review. Today we purchased a phone for my husband. We were assisted by Daniel. We felt rushed and was told they were very busy, and he didnt have time to help us restore our apps. When we got home, we had to contact Apple for assistance.
Helpful but very long wait. Even with an appointment be ready to be there for over an hour.
I wasnt told in any shape or fashion that i was attractive. No one bothered to massage any part of me. Please do better. If you invite me back i will take it as an invite for physical pleasure.
I waited outside by their sign as requested. I told the rep who came out that I needed some chargers and described what kind. He said okay and went back inside. About five minutes later 2 people came up, disregarded the sign, walked on in and were helped. I dont recommend using this store.
Very poor customer service. because their brand new phone didnt work properly. my mom lost over $150 and i also lost over $150. $50 prepaid minutes, $50 restock fee for phone we really wanted but it didnt work and they could get it to work they called tech support, tier two tech support, lg tech support, everything and still didnt work, $30 phone case, $30 screen protector. all the taxes on those amounts. just to leave the store paying them money to restock my phone and $50 for minute for 2 days. not very professional at all. i left their with no phone and went back with straight talk where my phone works perfectly fine. and they dont want to give you the district mamangers phone number.
This was a very good experience. Great price phone and very friendly staff and service while also having great patience. Especially Landon. He even called me after hour to check up on the phone. Along with someone else but forgot name.
Just left from buying a phone. Customer service by Landon was phenomenal ~ he explained everything completely and walked me through every step of the process. Really helpful for someone like me who is only-kinda-ok with technology. Will definitely use again.

Great service as we wanted and up grade on our phones. Our representative worked with us and found a significant discount to our monthly bill as well as an upgrade to one of our phones.Rafael was a great helper there should be more dedicated young men like him.

We got a good trade in deal. Better than what was shown for our actual phones themselves. John the associate who helped us is a fellow veteran like my fiancee and signed us up for the military discount which we did not realize we would qualify for since the bill was in my name. We upgraded our phones and the discount from his military ID got us 25%off accessories. That helps a good bit! He helped us pick phones. He was very helpful EXCEPT he did not change over my data from my old phone and everything should have went straight into the new Pixel including apps. It even comes with an adapter for that purpose. If I had not have purchased the Cloud storage, I would have lost everything!!!! Contacts too. He transferred my fiancee s data but his apps didnt transfer.
Only thing I dont like is that security guard they have that over do his job, He makes people feel too uncomfortable👎

Sometimes a long wait, bit once your up you have a sales associate with you until you have your new phone or all questions answered. They give you their fill attention when they get to you.On that note they might want to hire a few more workers as I have never seen the store empty. It always has at least 5 customers in the at any given time bit they dont have 5 floor sales consultants on at all times. Thus the wsit.
It was nice and the Verizon people were real nice and we got everything done that we went there for
So far I am very pleased with the three new lines with Verizon. And it has saved us around $25 dollars a month in cell phone minutes
I waited 10 minutes before I was ever checked in, even though every team member looked at me at least twice. After I was checked in, then they went and asked another guy if hed been checked in yet, and he said no... Hed been waiting 20 minutes... And all he needed was to buy a product. Took 3 minutes to get him checked out. I understand busy, but at least acknowledge my existence!

I always have issues with this location. All they do is lie and tell you what you wanna hear, then waste all your time. I don’t know why they do this but I am constantly told one thing on the phone and then when I get in the store it’s the total opposite. I hate going to this location but it’s the only one writhing 20 miles of my house! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!!!!!

Daniel, the sales rep went OUT of his way to help us and get us the best bang for our buck! Unlike the store in Moultrie, which the sales rep was to busy eating candy to do much of anything, we bought 2 new phones and a tablet from the Tifton store :)
Very slow, most of the workers dont know anything. Make sure when you go your off from work. Youll be there half a day. Bring lunch when u go. I had to give them one star had no choice.
No stars. Walked in took 10 min. Before any body spoke to me. Then waited another 10 min. Without anybody helping me. Walked out on them. Wont be back.

THE WORST! If you have to actually go to this location make sure you allocate A LOT of time if you are buying a new phone. It took me TWO visits of 1:30 each because the first salesman either lied or didnt know what he was talking about. Then my wife goes in for 2.5 hours!! They have one or two out of 20 employees who actually know what they are doing. The managers dont know ANYTHING about cell phones. Very bad reflection on Verizon.
To expensive monthly when you can get prepaid anywhere for$50 a mth unlimited talk, text, and Data.
I had to go up there because my phone kept freezing up, cant hear me on speaker, cant yall to text, brand new phone only had it a couple months. John Michael literally reset my settings and sent me on my way. Theres a reason all these things are happening!! Just trying to get it taken care of before my warranty is up. He did replace my charger but literally gave me the charger says here you go sweety and walks away. Didnt ask if I needed anything else or have a good day, nothing!!! Very disappointed in Verizon. 1st time Ive EVER had a problem there. On another note Heather is the s***t!!! Wish she could have helped me but she was busy.
