I made an appointment two weeks ago for today 10/18/2021 for diagnostics on my Land Rover. I explained that I would have to wait for the vehicle to be checked out as I was traveling 2 hours one way. I was told that would not be a problem and that the diagnostic fee was $175.I arrived today at 9:15 AM for a 930 AM appointment, as I was checking in the gentleman and then informed me that it was $175 per issue or about $600.I called to speak to the general manager of the dealership ended up in a voicemail box. I then called to speak with the owner. I was then forwarded to voicemail.I wasted a lot of time and money trying to do business here.
Shifty sales and lax data security is while I’ll never go back here.My family has been buying cars from them for the past 10 years. Recently when we purchased a new vehicle I noticed information on the paperwork they wanted us to sign was prepopulated with information that was incorrect. It had the wrong telephone number AND email on it. When I caught this error, the finance guy wanted us to sign anyway since he said he’d make the changes in the computer later. I refused and made him print out new forms with the correct data. In doing so, we found a few more errors on our account that had to be corrected. He also never gave us a full breakdown of the numbers he was citing and kept to the monthly payment model rather than the full price we were actually paying.At the end of the day, what is on paper is what is legal and I personally wonder what other corners are being cut or what other errors might show up down the road due to a lack of due diligence on their part. The office is a mess with files everywhere.Also, I still get texts from the service department for a vehicle that is not mine. Replying STOP does not seem to help. Moreover, I’m pretty sure they sell customer data. My number was associated with another person in their system for a long time. There’s is the only system where this happened. Around Nov, I started getting calls and texts from people around politics addressing me by the incorrect name found only in the International Autos system. Makes me wonder what else they are doing with my data that I either don’t know about, or specifically opted out of that they are ignoring.Overall, my family will NEVER purchase another car from here again. It is not worth the continued risk.
Just bought a Jeep. If you are looking for a car and want friendly, straight forward and honest💯 customer service and pricing. Go see Andrew G. and finance manager Bob. Look! My husband did his homework, up to 100 miles there was no better pricing for the fully loaded Jeep. This dealer advertising is true. These men had us in and out driving my new car with out all the small talk. Great experience!!!

I drove an hour to look at a car. When we got there the car not only had broken seat belt buckles there was an error message on the dash saying inspect air bag when I pointed out the air bag issue they tried telling me there wasnt an issue with the air bags. I made the sales rep sit in the car and look at the dash. He then walked away and came back 20 mins later and told us he didnt know how the car passed inspection but they had to pull it from the lot because it wasnt safe to sell. The very next day a sales agent called me trying to sell me the same car. When I mentioned the air bag issue he kept telling me the airbag hadnt deployed so it was safe enough for them to sell. Im shocked such a reputable dealership would try to pass off a dangerous car to a family just to make a sale.
Just bought a Volvo XC60 from Angel Aguilar. He made the process very easy. No smoke an mirrors, which we appreciate. We had a number we wanted to spend and they made it happen. The finance manager also made sure to get us in and out quickly.

I did not buy my Volo from this dealership so ***as stated above this will only be a review of the Volvo Service section of International Autos!***I have been coming to the Volvo Service section of IA for about a year right before the quarantine when I bought my Volvo form a used car dealership. The service dept is always booked so be sure to schedule required maintenance regularly and be on time. Sometimes it feels like a first come first serve intake because of the waiting time, so try to get the earliest appointment you can!Every time Ive come to get service done a service rep has come out immediately to get the car info and start my maintenance or repair service. They have the cleanest waiting rooms and free coffee and snacks, they are not gluten free snacks and there is no fresh fruit, but they have snacks! Free internet and outlets for when you need to get work done.The bathrooms are clean and well stocked theres also a hook on the ladies room door for your purse.(Run-on sentence ALERT!)They do good work, and they are warrantied, so if something happens to your vehicle and they are the last repair shop to touch your vehicle, you can take it back to them. Not so with other repair shops who will try anything to get out of repairing any damage they cause.Be ready to get your wallet out, because for this type of service your going to have to pay, and sometimes thru the NOSE!
I dont know what has happened to this place. I bought my last 3 from here. I was looking for another one, test drove a couple i didnt like. In the next couple of weeks, i emailed them 3 different times about other vehicles. Did not receive one email in reply. Then they were supposed to pick up my car for service, never showed up. I finally called, and they said they had calloffs, they would try and get to me later. I said forget it. A simple call, to explain and change the day would have been fine. They lost out, because this loyal customer found a dealership who was happy to get my business.
We purchased a 2021 vehicle here and couldnt be happier. The service that was given to us was something that we never expected. Our sales person was andrew garfias. We felt like we were sitting at home talking to one of our sons friends and not a salesman! Andrew was not pushy. He answered all of our questions and more! I have to say, i not only love my 2021 cross trek but i have such a safe feeling as i drive it.

I’ve been a customer of international autos, Land Rover for almost ten years. I previously worked w/their phenomenal service manager Ernie Sandoval and Ricky Stoots. Since they have been gone, the morale of that place has gone way down. Their attitudes are fair enough (again not as exceptional as the previous), but certainly no one is mean or nasty. My problem w/ them however is the prices have skyrocketed, there is never a CLEAR AND CONCISE explanation for your “service needed” and I often feel I have to beg for a coupon that Land Rover sent to me.Today was the worse. I went in for low pressure in one of my tires. Before I knew it, I was locked into full service. That would suffice, but the disregard for me or my time came when I was challenged on using my tire warranty. In addition, the rep, Samantha insisted she quoted me the wrong price and “righted her wrong” by taking a discount on her labor. Perhaps that’s true, although it doesn’t sit that well w/me, all of this went from a two hour time frame suggested at 7am to me getting my vehicle at 5:15p. As if that wasn’t enough, I got in my car only fir the system to read “service required” AGAIN!!!To their credit, the manager Kenny reluctantly tried (repeatedly) to fix it but to no avail.....so now after spending the ENTIRE day waiting on my vehicle from Land Rover, I must travel another 45 minutes to them again tomorrow. Who considers my time? Gas? Other commitments? Please help me on that.

Bought my first car here on 3/12/2020 and I worked with one of the sales consultants there named Jake and honestly hes one of the best in the business he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of their stock and of the vehicles themselves. Next time I end up needing a car Ill definitely be shopping here again and I will absolutely be asking for Jake to help me out with the process all over again!
Our first time visiting and we were really impressed. We were there for 6,000 mile check up. This is our 4th Subaru, all purchased and maintained in the city. Not happy with our last visit where purchased, we wanted a change. Warm, professional, courteous staff greeted us with step by step information of what to expect. Smart sales reps, very knowledgeable about the different models and why one makes sense over another. Was there on 10/13/2018 and left with a more affordable car (the Q3) than I went to get (the Q5). The dealership goes out of its way to make their customers comfortable. Highly recommend.

Here is the story. I bought a car on October 31st 2019 and when I bought the the sales person Matthew was super nice and awesome I bought a 2013 Hyundai volester turbo. I payed 5,000 down and When I brought the vehicle I didn’t buy any insurance cause that isn’t what I afford but I read the contract I was signing and it stated that there is a warranty for the vehicle for power train for I believe 90 days. Here is the start. Not even a week later about 5 days only 3 business days on Monday November 4th 2019 my check engine light came on and knowing person that work on dealerships they should check these things but I was extremely angry. My engine had a misfire in the 2nd and 4th cylinders and I check the codes as well as brought it in and the car only had about 46,000 miles and it was the spark plugs and the ignition coils are bad. The spark plugs help power the car and it misfires and I don’t want it to damage the engine any further. I take it in the shop and I tell them I just brought the car and the check engine light came on and literally I show them and read them the contract and they said the spark plugs and coils are not covered under the power train even though it gives power towards the engine and helps it run. I just brought this car not even a week and the check singling light comes on which they should of checked the plugs to see if everything f was good and passed emissions they say they were gonna charge me $900 just for the plugs and coils and I haven’t even had the car a week it’s like it was a joke I’ve already put so much money down and they expect me to fix something that isn’t even my fault. I refuse and I have the receipts for everything and I brought my plugs which was $30 and the coils. Which was $123 we put the plugs in my car because we got them from autozone but we didn’t put the coils in because I had to order them cause they were cheaper online I don’t get them till Tuesday. It was ridiculous and keep in mind when I called to ask for help they said I have to talk to Hyundai even though I got it at Volvo and then they said I gotta talk to the advisor and the advisor said I have to talk to the sales guy why would I have to talk to him if I need service. I have the bad plugs but they were fried completely burnt all 4I checked the filter system and it was filthy and I had to put a new one in there because if I keptThis in the car it would cause more problems with my engine. It just hurts having a car I love have an engine light go on not even a week after buying it and saying oh we aren’t gonna do anything to it. These things are the things they should check cause if I didn’t it would cause more issues and more money.

I use to really like this location for my jaguar service but the customer service in service has declined. Ernie Sandoval was the only advisor that was attempting to resolve the matter, while others intentionally made you feel unwelcome and could care less about losing a customer.

I bought a new KIA from them last summer (2016), Recently my car was totaled and have had to contact the dealership for paperwork and a few other things. NO ONE ever answers in the finance dept, and even when I leave a message on their voicemail, no one calls me back. I have to continually call just to talk to a human in the finance dept. Not 1 single time did anyone there invite me to come back and buy a new car either. Thats fine, Ill take my $20,000 to another dealership.Update:Their GM just told me they have 0 negative reviews!!! Guess he hasnt read the page !!!!!
Our experience was horrible, no one ever approached us to ask us anythink. It was like we were invisible and I own a Audi A4. I will NEVER do business with Audi in Orland Park. The customer service and parts was THE WORSE than Ive ever seen in my life.

Absolutely horrible, Less then a month after i bought the car the power steering pump went out and i tried to contact them to see if there was anything they can do, or if it was covered at all and they never answer my emails or voice messages. Now i got a car just sitting in the drive way waiting for a 2500$ repair.
Ernie in service is always great and takes care of the the 2 jaguars all the time.
The Service Department is IMPECCABLE, my service professional is Gerald, he is knowledgeable, honest, and detailed oriented. These adjectives arent usually synonymous with the auto service industry; however, at Audi of International Auto it rings true.
Great people to help you, and Subaru has an excellent line of vehicles.

All of these horrible reviews concerned me before I bought my first audi at the OP location but my experience was nothing but great. I drove mine recently for the first service and Harry privided oustanding customer services.
Its very difficult to call the service department to schedule service for your vehicle. I was on hold and placed in a never ending phone loop. No one ever answered the phone, I dialed 4 times with the same results. Then I attempted to book service on line, only to find the system booked the car at the wrong service department.

The absolutely worst customer service I have ever encountered. We bought a used Ranger Rover Sport with about 40,000 miles on it from this outfit. The engine blew up after we had owned the car for about 8 months. The dealership refused to stand behind the lemon they sold us and were unpleasant to deal with to boot. I will never purchase another car from them again and will be vigilant about warning friends and acquaintances of my experience.
On Saturday, 10/11/14 at 11:15 am, I went to your Service Department and indicated I just needed 2 lug nuts installed and all the lugs torked. I explained I was from out of town and the previous day we had lost 2 lug nuts and were towed but that repair shop didnt have any replacements so they moved one from each rear to the front. Your Service Department Manager said they were too busy and that I could come back on Monday. I said it would take10 minutes if that and he said nothing available until Monday. Real Customer Service here.........NOT! For a high end vehicle dealer your customer service Sucks and I have told everyone I know and posted it on Facebook as well to never go to this facility!

Worked with the parts dept a few times. The standard is extremely low to work at the parts department. I get it isnt the easiest job in the world but some of your professionals should be cooking fries at Mcdonalds. The lack of customer service is appalling, and the whole attitude of oh well S*** happens is not what I would expect from any company.FYI from an ASE Certified Estimator and Service Advisor.
My experience at the Land Rover of Orland Park located 80th Ave. & 159th Street was the worst Ive ever experienced. I took my Land Rover LR3 to get diagnosed and was given an estimate for $8,515. I did not authorize the work to be done or performed. However they moved forward to perform work I did not want them to do nor did I authorize them to do. They charged me $598 for basically an Oil Change. I did nothing else other than an Oil Change & Diagnostics. Very simple, Ricky Stoots (Service Manager) and Jeff Godsey (Jr. Service Advisor) are the most dishonest service advisors Ive ever dealt with in my opinion. I have bought 8 cars over the years from this dealership going back to the days of the Laurel ownership. Im very disappointed. I feel like Ive been taken advantage of. I will continue to spread the word of the awful service they continue to tender. Everyone will hear about this!!! Thank you International Auto.
