For me, going to have my car serviced is like going to the dentist. I usually take care of all of my own maintenance but every now and then there comes the occasion when professional help is needed. Thats when I can take my car into Midas and I can trust them to have the knowledge and expertise to take care of most problems. The prices arent cheap as they are no backyard mechanics. They arent expensive either. They know what they are doing and do it well.

Buyer beware. Typical untrustworthy charlatans. I took my car in because it sounded like something was loose underneath. They charged me $15 and said they re-secured the heat shield. I just looked under me car because it was still making noise and this plastic rock-guard is clearly loose. It’s such a simple fix, it’s obvious no one even attempted to do it. Did they do anything at all? This is what’s wrong with the car repair industry today. No integrity. I’ll just get the plastic clips from the manufacturer and secure the part myself.

I cannot express how happy I am with the service. Long story short I was getting bad information from another company I brought my car here after a few phone calls with Joe sure enough he was right and I was being Completely overcharged by $1000 and fixing things that were not wrong. Joe took the time and even showed me what they were trying to fix was not broken. I will never bring my car anywhere else they were honest and very helpful. As I thanked Joe when I was leaving he said we fix cars but we also care about people. That’s what you wanna hear and that’s the kind of company you wanna deal with strongly recommend them thank you again for everything.

I had to return for a part issue.I had a Midas muffler that rotted out which was supposed to be a lifetime guarantee.The new muffler installed still cost me$125 for gasket and misc costs

I have been a patron of Midas in Tinley Park for 20 years. I only trust these people with my cars. They always care about my car, my safety, and my budget. They keep my cars in perfect condition. So perfect that one 15 year old car that I sold, I was told had a bidding war on it as a used car, because the motor was in such perfect shape for a 15 year old car. Only Tinley Park Midas ever worked on that car.Even with last minute problems, they have dropped everything to fix my car without an appointment. These are truly wonderful people, and excellent mechanics!

What impressed me more than fixing my brakes was the staff assisting a client get their car to the dealership for what was still under warranty. They made multiple phone calls and followed up though they had no obligation to do so. On the wall behind the counter is a sign : Integrity. This they demonstrated.

I have been taking my car to this Midas location for years because I trust the work they do. They are always very thorough with explaining what work needs to be done on my car and why it needs to be done. They are honest and they do a great job- no matter what type of maintenance or repairs need to be done.

They didnt do their job rite after fixing my tire rods and now Im out a car and they wont fix it. The car is not driveabke.

My Jeep overheated and I limped it to the shop and they took in my Jeep and did an inspection found it was a bad head gasket. They had it all fixed up and ready to go in only 3 days Ive drove it over a week now with no issues. This is not my first experience with this shop and every time I go in they seem to actually care about your vehicle and your customer experience. This day and age its hard to find a shop that actually wants to fix the vehicle as well as care about the customer service. This shop is the only one Ive come across in at least 15 years that has these values. I would definitely recommend this shop for your vehicle maintenance and service.

This place is amazing! Have used them a few times and the entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is taken care of properly. Straight forward and honest people. Great service, location, and prices. Im only off on wednesdays, took my truck in and needed replacement of power steering hoses and such, and they got it done in one day. When they called to tell me it was ready, I didnt have a ride to get it so I told them I would get an uber and be there before closing. Joe insisted that he would send one of the guys come pick me up instead! So nice to have found a place that treats customers in this manner. Thank you!!!!!! We wont go anywhere else.

They fixed my exhaust rather quickly. It cost me 180 bucks for them to replace a section of it which was kind of expensive, but it was exactly what I hoped for and again they were very fast!
