I came here to replace a SIM card. I spoke to someone on the phone with AT&T and she said it would be noted on my account for it to be free. I asked for a SIM card and he wanted to know why & I was explaining to the guy in the store my problem and he was very rude off the jump. Well we can’t replace it for free. I said that’s fine I’ll pay for it. It’s not that serious then he goes on to say “well it’s not the SIM card it’s your phone maybe you need to replace the phone” really rude. It’s okay don’t worry about it. I don’t even want to spend $5 or buy a case from this store anymore. Worst service to ever receive over a $5 SIM card.

Place is very nice however I had a bad experience. I bought 2 new iPhones and put down hundreds upfront in cash for them. A week or two later when my new bill arrived showing purchases and fees for the new phones, all the money I had put as a down payment wasn’t on the bills. I called and they had no recollection of me giving them cash. I had receipts, paperwork and complete proof that I paid cash towards the phones. They said that they can’t give me money back or adjust my bill statements and that I would need to call corporate. So I called corporate and they only could offer to give me the cash as a credit towards my next months bills. So needles to say, someone working here stole my cash from the company, screwed me over, and corporate is worthless too. Don’t make “down payments” on phones here. I tried to make a hefty down payment so I can upgrade earlier rather than wait until you hit so many months payments. Be warned. Cash use to be king, now it’s plastic or robbery.

Friendly service, professional attitude and they know about the products

So I go into the store with the basic request of taking one number off a plan and moving it to a new plan....I thought this was going to be a quick 30 minutes but I was completely wrong. My main 2 requests were that i keep my number and that i get new phone.I would avoid, spent half the time in the store with an employee fiddling with a scanner that didnt work trying to scan my ID. And then they dont listen to my basic request for a plan. I asked for the least expensive plan with unlimited data. They gave me the most expensive plan with all the bells an whistles. They signed me up for a 2nd line randomly. They refused to fix the problem in the store so I called and got it resolved in one phone call when i called ATT directly and they apologized for the poor service. I would save your time and just avoid the store and go elsewhere.Edit: When I thought the service couldnt get any worse. They knowingly entered the wrong address in the store after I told them and requested it be changed and they did not fix it. They also entered my email wrong so I have to get that fixed as well. After several phone calls I will need to go back into the store and have them do that. Im going to another ATT Store in the area to get this done. This will be my 3rd time visiting an ATT store for this simple request.

Stop by the store to get some new AirPods my husband took over my first pair. Matthew took care of me I tell you he is awesome 😎 took his time to show me the full operation of my AirPods and also helped my husband with his. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE from any other ATT store I have ever been to. Thank you Matt, keep on rocking your the BEST!!

My wife and I are longtime ATT customers and recently purchased upgraded phones.We had some setup problems and went to the Tinley store where Ian Kay assisted us.Because of his knowledge of the phones (an Iphone and a Galaxy) and his willingness to help he was able to resolve all of our issues. We went to 2 other stores and didnt get close to the service and results that we got from Ian! This professional and courteous young man is a real asset to ATT!

Bad experience traded in my phone 4 for the 800.00 credit plan never told me I have the wrong plan to do this.when back after not receiving any credit first said they had no record of me leaving my phone then said the plan I need is 30.00 dollars more to get a 26.00 a month credit cant get my old phone back either so Im stuck paying 900.00 for the phone all while the manager stared at his phone and never help stay away no one knows what there doing in this store

The sales man was very nice! But I was told to activate my phone when I got home, I bought a brand new iPhone 11. Upon turning it on at home I noticed the screen was messed up in the corner. I immediately brought it back and was told I had to pay $55 to restock this one and get a new one!!! And then when I said I wasn’t paying they said go to apple because they can’t do anything! Horrible customer service.

Got a phone from here for my daughter and I asked for a certain phone and person in store told me to get this phone for 10 bucks a month and then never told me that they had to change my plan to get it for 10 bucks a month so my bill went from 180 dollars to 300 dollars a month killing any savings for the phone. I would stay away from here they do not like to share all the details and there is always someone different there.

Do not go here! These people scam people through text message saying it’s buy one get one but it wasn’t, do not waste your time here!

The representative was very professional and helpful. He took care of the problem in a efficient way and the biggest thing is that my phone was when I left. 👍 good job

Travis is an incredible asset to AT&T! He was so helpful and knowlegable! Travis even took time to accommodate us during the Chicago Polar Vortex when all the other stores were closed. Travis answered the phone and was more than willing to help us buy a phone and several accessories. Travis even took the time to transfer contacts to the new phone. We will only be going to Travis for our AT&T needs going forward. AT&T made a great decision when they hired Travis!

Very helpful and polite staff. Had everything I was looking for and prices are competitive. I like stores that I can park within 20 feet of the door, helps a great deal with my ADA parking.

Ordered new phone online for pick up in store. Received email that it was ready for pick up. Store hours posted say open but store is locked, no one present or answering calls. On hold with corporate for going on 30 mins trying to see if I can transfer pick up to a different location. Very disappointing as this location should have been open over an hour ago and no signage or anything explaining change in hours.

Son got a new phone for x-mas. Brought it in to have them set it up/transfer files from old phone. Very nice salesperson. Very friendly. Knowledgable, took care of us quickly. Didnt have to wait long at all to be helped. Bought a few accessories while in the store. Everything was very smooth & fast. Thanks!

Had a great experience at this store. The wait time to speak with a rep was a lot shorter at this store then the other AT&T store in town. The guy who help me was great, he was able to hook me up with a sweet buy one get one deal. They even actually had the phones I wanted in stock! Couldnt be happier with the experience! Ill defiantly return to this store in the future.

Had a simple question, had to wait 15 minutes to ask it, and you guys didnt have the solution. Maybe ask people who are waiting a simple how can I help you will solve this. Happened twice here.

Every time I go into this store, Emma hooks it up! She always recommends the best accessories for my phone, the kind that have people like “WOW WHERE’D YOU GET THAT.” The staff as a whole is friendly and welcoming and they even held the door for me as I was leaving! I always come into the store knowing my problems will be solved in a polite and one efficient way and that’s why I don’t go anywhere else!

The employee who helped us was outstanding. Please put window shades in for them, ATT!

BUYER BEWARE! I returned my Galaxy Note 7 to this store. I was told that there system was down and they cannot process returns. They took the phone and have yet to refund me my money. They did not have any phones to exchange for when I was there. I dont understand how anyone can do business this way. Avoid this place and go to a corporate store.
