They made me wait for almost 1 house and half yet when I was going to buy the phone there system was down im not credisising them but t-mobile.

Do not come to this store . Sales rep are all about sales . They add insurance to phones with out willing you . They charge for screen protectors and expect you to buy insurance to have a life time Replacment . Go to Best Buy

I went to the Tinley Park t mobile to buy a screen savor and ended up buying a speaker. my sales person was Cornell he was above and beyond any service person i ever encountered. He helped me understand my bill and helped me save me. it blew my mind. i told him i would be back in a week because i just started a new job and would have the money. Me and my daughter went to T-Moblie in Tinley Park on Harlem ave. I have to give the this guy name ACE some KUDOS. Standing Ovation( hands clapping) His customer service skills are amazing. He has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable about the phone services. He was very attentive to me and my daughter needs. One last thing I can say about ACE is that he listen to his customers. He let me and my daughter express our needs and concerns and from there he learned our needs and determine how he can help us. Today me and my daughter said goodbye to sprint and hello to T-mobile. Came in to pay my phone bill with Terri not only did she help me pay it but she gave me a break down on everything I was paying and even helped me save money with autopay!! Walked into T-mobile distraught from loosing my phone and all my pictures. I nice young lady Mariela very nice and knowledgeable, quickly picked up on my concern. After a few question she was able to figure out that it was not all bad. Turns out she was able to recover my pictures from a backup that I was unaware of (thank you google). Mariela took the time to educate me on how to “back up” my information. It was a cozy seamless transition to a new phone with the essentials included and a clear breakdown of what to expect on my bill. Definitely turned my mood around. I asked to speak to the manager and he was “to busy” so I called T-Mobile directly while in the store and they gladly helped me I’ll never return to this location hopefully they all get the training they so desperately need!
Horrible store. Turn over rate of employees is unreal. They gave me inaccurate info regarding the ability to back up my phone. I had a phone with corrupt software, not my fault. Lost pics of my newborn son. No apology just an Oh well you cant back up a phone with that issue, forgot to tell you that. Then recently went in because my moms phone, which was in perfect condition, gave put because its top old for the new updates those were the actual words. In the middle of our time there, an elderly gentleman came in and was upset about being in the store multiples times with no resolution to.his issue. He barely spoke English and interrupted our discussion with staff which was no big deal to us and the staff member threatened to call the cops on him. This store is horrible. In every way. We paid our bill off and took our business down the street to Sprint.

THIS IS A FRANCHISE ONLY STORE !!!! if you want accurate information and better deals please visit the tmobile store in orland beside Chick-fil-A ( 15615 south la grange)This past weekend i went to this store two times to upgrade two phones and both times i was told wrong information. Something like: this deal is not for you as you are not a military personnel or this deal is not for you because you have to add an extra line. The staff is clueless to say and this is not my only experience with this store. On several occasions they have told me wrong information that i cant believe it. This store might be just good for iphone deals even then i will think 100 times before visiting them. I came out of that store went to Orland store. Did my upgrades and got done. Horrible store to say the least.A corporate store and a franchise store is very different. I have worked in best buy for 6 years i know why that matters. Everyone can do their study on that information. Working in retail and receiving this level of service is just beyond my imagination !!!!!
I went there yesterday asking for the promotion on the galaxy phones and the girl in charge, without even looking at me told me that the deal had expired two days ago. I called T-mobile costumer service today and they told me the promotion still active till May 2nd. I guess they dont need to sell any more phones. Never coming back to this location!!!
My mom and I came here to upgrade my phone and to transfer my moms number to my old iPhone. Shamir was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable with the entire process. We came back the next day to finish the process and he helped us right away. Excellent customer service and we will always come back and work with Shamir. Thank you!!!!
I dont even know how to describe the staff here. They dont seem to care at all about their jobs or the people coming in. Not professional at all. Also maybe Im old school so ill let it go but I still dont think tats should been see in the work place.

Greatest store I have ever entered into. The staff was great and friendly and are always willing to help. Especially the representative worker named Waleed. First off, his smile is so nice it just welcomes into the presence of the store. Secondly, he is so handsome it makes it almost impossible to focus on anything else going on in the store. He is also so kind and caring towards his customers. His passion and enthusiasm for the hustle is astonishing. I cannot believe he is not already CEO already. Had an issue with a product an employee recommended to protect my screen and it started peeling in less than 12 hours. When I went back to the store they refused me an exchange or refund. I had to make an ADDITIONAL trip to adress the issue. The employees are rude and not helpful, not to mention look miserable being here. I am currently standing in the store now waiting to speak with a manager, and I have been for the last 10min while four other employees are doing nothing. I have spent over 3.5 hrs here in the last 5 days. Unbelievable. Worst customer service I have ever received. Why would you sell a product you cant stand behind?? Literally one excuse after another. Awful, awful management. Find another Tmobile store for your business. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.
If you want a true T-Mobile experience DO NOT go here. Over the last year I have been here 4 times and each time feels like the worst mistake ever. Plus they ARE NOT a corporate store which means they are run by a different company. The people here are rude, in-friendly and uncool. Definitely not the in carrier way. Tmobile corp needs to drop this store.

I have gone to other T-Mobile locations and never have gotten the customer service they provided here. The individual who helped me was Mariela. She went above and beyond to help my wife and I to pick our plan and broke down the rates and much more. I was previously a Verizion wireless costumer and had never received the service with them as I do here and you think with the rates your pay at Verizion they would give you the greatest service always.
Very frustrating
The employees at this location will do nothing but lie to you. When you see that they are deceiving you and you say something, they will be rude and threaten to call the police on you if you do not leave. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION there are others only minutes away in Orland that are not cheats and liars.
Worst T-Mobile store. First me and my husband go in to trade in our phones. However we both had some scratches and the guy asked the manager if were still able to do a trade in. They told us we couldn’t because of the scratches and he guy recommended to send it out and get it fixed or go to a third party place to get it fixed because it’s a bit cheaper.So he recommended again to go to a ubreakifix store to replace the screens and that they send people there all the time we can even get a discount and come back he would gladly finish our trade in. So We go get it replaced and return to the store and try again to do a trade it. And this time we get a lady and she saids we can’t bc we were there earlier and they know we went to a third party store to fix it. A place they freaking recommended!! So we couldn’t do a trade it because of this. Why did they recommend a store and tell us to come back to finish trading it in if they weren’t going to be able to bc it’s a third party...

Really slow service had me and others wait a good 20-30mins just so I can make a payment.
Waited over 20 minutes to do what I believe would be a free SIM card swap only to be told it was going to be $27 and change. For a customer of over 15 years, this was like a slap to the face.
Too slow, it was 80° outside May be 100° bcuz they didnt have the A.c. working. Anways never coming back to this location.
If I could give negative stars I would. They didn’t follow warranty procedure on my phone which resulted in me being phone less for 3 days and also losing all my contacts, photos, and files on my phone. The rep I worked with was clueless and the rep I just talked with on the phone was just as bad.Garbage location, garbage Tmobile.

Beware: the reps at this store engage in whats known as cramming. Theyll tell you something is free, but it will involve a monthly charge that they do not disclose. Do not let them push anything that you did not explicitly ask for.
They messed up my account and it took weeks with customer service to fix it. When I got a phone I told them I wanna eip instead of lease. They put me on a lease instead.
