I had used this location the last time that I upgraded and had an awesome experience with the former manager so I was a little apprehensive when I was told upon my arrival at my first visit last month that he was no longer there. However, I am happy to say that Perla and the staff at this location are amazing. I was there on three different days taking care of phones for myself and my three teenagers so I spent some quality time in there. I was impressed by the level of patience exhibited by each of the staff, even with the amount of customers that were in the store at times. Perla took the time with me to make sure I was receiving the best possible deals that were available to me. She is smart, engaging and pleasant to deal with. I’m so grateful for her time, help and expertise! Thank you!

After switching to Verizon I was attempting to solve an issue regarding my phone’s activation at two other Verizon store locations in the southwest suburbs. Neither store was able to solve my concern and left me trying to solve the issue on my own. When I arrived at the Tinley location not only was the staff professional and personable, but they also went above and beyond in an attempt to help me solve my concern. Perla and David are exemplary employees and I cannot give them enough praise on how perfect their customer service was. I walked into the Verizon store on 183rd in Tinley Park, and I was immediately greeted by a young man who offered to help me. Within 45 minutes with his expert assistance I had purchased a new phone, traded in my previous phone and found a protective case. Next was the transfer of data from my old phone to the new Galaxy. Thanks to Williams expertise, the transfer proceeded faultlessly. I recommend this Verizon store.

Nice full service store thats well stocked with a variety of phones. Granted, theyre not on display due to the pandemic, but they have them.The staff was friendly and knowledgeable from what I could tell. I was there to upgrade three business phones. It was a bit confusing and I had to return the following day for a tweak to mine. Everything was good to go after that.My Techs were Erick on day one, and Thomas on day two. They got the job done for me.

Had an unfortunate random dead phone experience (I was trying to hold on to my S8 but it was time to let go, lol), and the techs at this Verizon pulled all of their resources out to help. I ended up having to get a new phone, but Erick helped make sure the transition process was smooth and not complicated and the whole team pulled out all the stops to keep my 4 year old entertained during the hour long visit. Id definitely go back there!

Had a very knowledgeable customer service rep, Perla who was very helpful. However the process of transferring over to a new phone is painstakingly long. Have to remember need two hours to do this. It’s also ridiculously expensive !

I came in to do a few different things 1. add a line 2. broken back of phone 3. start a second account. The first gentleman helping was in no mood to be there. He was mumbling and looked uninterested to help us. Multiple times I had to ask my adult son what the worker was saying because I couldnt hear him and my son had to ask for clarification.Then a young lady named Parla came over and said, Pay the deductible or not. I asked why she was upset. I just didnt know how the warranty worked and was asking the gentleman. Im not even sure why she interjected in our conversation at all. It was totally strange and uncalled for.May I suggest not going into customer service if you dont know how to be an adult. I most likely will take my 10 lines elseware.

I needed to upgrade my phone, and being of a certain age group, wanted to do this in person (not online or over the phone). I choose this Verizon location and was extremely pleased with the service. Over the course of ordering and then picking up the phone, I worked with several staff members, all of whom were very knowledgeable, relaxed, and patient. They explained upgrade choices and options for payments (ended up saving money on our family bill!), and they went out of their way to get the phone set up and working before I left the store. Had to get a new phone fast. Baltimore was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about current promotions and devices. I got all of my data transfered and was out the door with my new phone in about an hour. Two people were there before me. Everyone practiced social distancing and wore masks. I stopped in to have another Helmet Screen Protector Application done. The store manager, Mr. B. Burns, was pleasant and helpful as always. I love this place ! Allison was super helpful. She was able to answer all of my questions flat out. Instead of trying to convince the account holder to upgrade his plan, when it wasn’t necessary. She was super laid back & professional at the same time. I love that I was able to talk to her comfortable. She helped me transfer my number with no problems & she did let me know if my number didn’t transfer over, it would be for three reasons. Allison made sure it transfer by calling customer service. I love the service I received . She also made sure the account holder received his rebate, my girl made sure she let him know to use that rebate money to take me out to eat 😂

Verizon in Matteson is a shell of its former self. Verizon in Tinley, a diamond in the rough. If you are buying Verizon product you can go there but almost everything is on line now.
