My car was making some sound so I brought it here for noise diagnosis. They told me that the noise came from my brake and motor so they replaced them. After they fixed it, I still hear the noise so I brought it back and now they said they heard another sound (not the sound I worry about) and now it comes from my wheel bearing. To be honest, I still dont know what sound they were talking about when they replaced my rotor and brake. And they said that it was my fault because I told them to fix the other sound. I still wanted to fix my wheel bearing, so I asked them for a quote. And there was no reduction in price for fixing it.

I was stranded at the bus stop in front of the shop. I went to ask if they had Wi-Fi I could borrow to try and get a ride. I’d been sitting at the stop for an hour and saw the bus I thought I was going to take going the opposite direction. The next would put come for 90 minutes. The mechanic, and I’m so sorry I didn’t get his name, he was the nicest guy and spoke Arabic, gave me a ride to where I needed to go. I was stranded and probably developing heat stroke. He was the nicest guy to stop and do that for me. Any other business would probably have just said, sorry no Wi-Fi and that’d be the end of it. I don’t drive, but I’m still going to recommend these guys to anyone that needs their car fixed.

Got me in the next day, fixed the problem for less then i thoughtThe next time it was a nightmare. My car was overheating once in a while. But after i left then i could only go 2 blocks before it over heated. Took it back they tried to talk me in to putting in a different engine.

My Honda civics engine blew up on the Ohio turnpike near Toledo as I was driving from Pennsylvania across the country. I was pressed on time and all the shops in the area werent going to be able to touch the car for a week and they were estimating me anywhere from $2500-$4700 to replace my engine. Called this shop and they saved me, they told me theyd do it for $1500 and itd be done the next day. The owner was sending me text updates throughout the day with pictures of what they were doing. But like a true man of his word he and his mechanics stayed 3 hours after they closed to finish working on my car and he didnt charge me any extra for it. Just a good honest place and I cant say enough about how helpful they were for me.

Great place, wonderful prices, nice staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Toledo than here!
