Its a very nice friendly place
They totally shut their doors from March to June with no local support/manager available during the pandemic, eventhough, its considered an essential business. They had my new hearing aids in the office the whole time. When they finally opened up they returned the hearing aids because my insurance changed without returning my $750 copay. After waiting a month, I disputed the charges with my credit card and went elsewhere. This is not a locally owned business. I do not recommend.
Have to wait outside in car before appointment. Then afterwards exit outside through a side door not connected to waiting room. Very inconvenient when you have Medical transportation that you cant wait in beforehand and then you have to wait outside in the weather for them to come back and pick you up.
Every time I take my mom to Kenwood, we have an excellent experience. I just call them up and tell them that she is having trouble hearing with her devices, they schedule us in promptly and when we get there, they never fail to find and correct the problem promptly! They always do whatever they can to help us avoid a big repair or expense and they rarely charge us for seeing her.
I inherited a pair of hearing aids and Kenwood made the needed adjustments for my hearing loss. They also honored the warranty, as well. A year later a piece broke off one of the aids. They got me in asap, and repaired the hearing aid for me. The staff care a great deal about their clients.
My father got hearing aids here two years ago, and his audiologist Emily has worked with my dad for over a year, making adjustments in order to help him hear as well as possible. I am so grateful for her support over the years.
I certainly picked the right company from which to purchase my hearing aids. Leaving on vacation but had a last minute problem with my aid. It was after office hours but Will made a special appointment with me to repair it so that I didnt have to go a full week without hearing. Amazing service.
