Techs are friendly and very helpful. Also knowledgeable in their areas. The gentleman at the counter, Mariano, needs to work on his customer services skills and the way he speaks to customers.

Came at 9:30 to get an oil change, was told it would be 4 minutes...11:24 I asked for my keys back because they still haven’t started a simple oil change. Will not be coming back. Y’all need to fire and rehire people who actually work. Bad service, don’t come here.

Went to get an oil change at the Tomball Texas location., employee told me using a disrespectful attitude,I parked too close to the maintenance bay.So I turned around and drove to another place to get my oil changed, I was very disappointed with the customer service and wasnt going to allow someone with that attitude to work on my car.very disappointed .

Great service center. The services that are offered are comparable to other area auto service providers. The staff were very friendly and helpful in answering questions about various issues. The waiting area is quite small but you do have the option of entering the store for shopping or exploring other stores services. The store has plenty of parking easy to access from major roadway. The hours of operations are reasonable for the service center. I would recommend this location for your automobile service needs.

Had a flat. Re aired, went to Wal Mart, they took their time, thoroughly checked out tire. Even took it apart and re sealed it. They even check other tire. No problem. Were very kind & patient with me. Job were done, Vicki! Sent me on my way with $0 payment! Definitely would use them, again!

Advertise 7 am opening and no one is here and the garage doors are closed. Suggestion: Properly advertise the correct hours of operation. I took my business elsewhere due to it being 7:05 and you all are not open. Very disappointing.

Zero customer service! Twice I’ve gone to this location to get an oil change. Both times, I haven’t been helped. Shame on me for going the second time. Both Techs looked at me this time but neither came out to help, neither were working on vehicles. 👎🏻

I love the oil change service here because no one tries to talk me into something else or tries to convince me that my car isnt going to make it around the block if I dont have some expensive repair

Expect long waits! 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation/balance and my car was pulled in and started the work within 25 minutes. Prices are cheap but time is not!

WM Auto Care Center has always treated me fairly. They are informative and efficient.

I went here because i needed to get some stuff so i thought i would kill 2 birds with one stone First of all thethey had the entrance blocked by 4 cars so i pulled up by one of the cars and the worker looked at me like i was crazy. After I did my shopping I went to see if it was finished. It was almost done. When i asked the girl if they replaced my air filter she said no it didnt need to. But when I looked at the receipt it said that it was recommended to change it. And to top it off they forgot to give me my key back. I dont think I will be coming back here again. Jiffy Lube is much better

My 73 year old friend was having a hard time starting his diesel truck. We took the old batteries out had them replaced in a very quick and timely manner with the lady who waited on us having a friendly face and a wonderful attitude toward pleasing her customers.

This is the 3rd walmart i had to go to to get my tire replaced the 1st 2 didnt have a tech show up so werent doing tires this one has taken 3 hours just to even look at my tire dont go to Walmart if you can help it

Mechanic did a great job. I was inpressed by by the fact he locked my car when he was done. No other Walmart mechanic has ever done that.

Went to get 4 tires put on my truck that I ordered and shipped to Wal-Mart.There was 1 guy getting an oil change when I drove up and it took Wal-Mart 3 hours to put my tires on my truck.I noticed low tire light on my dash, I get home and checked the tire pressure in my tires. Wal-Mart put 32psi in my tires and the website for my tires recommends 44 psi.Next time I will order and pick the tires up at Wal-Mart and pay to have a roadside tire shop put them on a lot faster.Other than that good price on tires.

Waited 2 hours just for them to pull my car into the bay. Then my car sat there for another 35 minutes without being touched. I was only here to get a nail out of my tire. After that much time and with cranky kids i left.

Unable to schedule an appointment. Must sit and wait.

I wouldnt go here unless you want to be left stranded here for 3 hrs without being notified first. I came here to get an oil change, dropped off my car and went through the store to get things. Came back an hour and a half later to check the status and literally sat and watched my car with the hood open in the shop not being touched for another hour and a half until I got the manager to help.

Had to replace a car stereo I had purchased there, and even though I didnt have the box it came in they replaced it anyway

We had some problems but they went out of their way to make it right.

It took over 1 1/2 to get a tire changed.

So it appears that you need three techs to change one tire and the oil on a Mercury.

I never return here to put a new tire it took almost 2 hrs to put a new tire gosh!!!they so slow.

Slowest service Ive ever gotten anywhere when getting a new tire. Took a tire from my truck in to get a new one and it took over 3 hours to be completed.
