Very pleasant experience. Deion Hill,as well as a finance associate (I forgot to ask a card from), helped me find a reasonable rate for a great car. I visited three separate kia dealerships in Houston, and this was the only location that made me want to actually sign and close the sale. The dealership, by no minor account, was a stand alone experience that did everything right to secure my business. Will recommend to others.

My Kia Forte has been experiencing mechanical issues (hard start, sputtering, and accelerating on its own) since June yet the service department refuses to even look at my car because the check engine light won’t stay on consistently. Hopefully I’ll have more luck at a different Kia dealership.
