If I could, I’ll give no star. Purchase a Jeep, walk in and out. Nothing complicated, trying to get the final price: the seller told me the the exact price will be with the accountant. The accounting guy could not make it clear of the final price, and only shows me the monthly payments of $355.89 all inclusive..... but no mención about $96,52 monthly interest 😬😬. When I ask for the $500 discount code from the Truncar.com, he told me is already in. Finally he admitted and lowered $500, but still didn’t use my code . He just lowered the extended warranty to from $1500 to $1000 (which I didn’t want it from the first place) told me he can’t eliminate that. 7 months later I still don’t have the contract from them, I contract the Chrysler asked them to email me a copy and still not received. Now I just going to pay this car off and eliminate that crazy $96 monthly interest and never deal with this dishonest company.
