This autozone has been such a great help. Shout out to Lisa and Omar for their hard work in helping me get a new alternator that no one else had. They have been a great service to me and greatly appreciate it, definitely would recommend and probably to these people in the future instead of the one closer to me!!!

There is a guy named Omar there that helped me at another autozone on 20830 Kuykendahl location. He was super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Very positive employee with a good attitude. He was helping a short staffed location and dude need a raise for the awesome customer service.

Place is pretty solid. I get what I need 95 percent of the time. Pretty well stocked and with folks that know what they are talking about.

The manager, Jenn was so helpful! She helped me find what I needed and installed my wipers! I appreciate her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to help the customer.

This used to be my go to part spot..... Service used to be on par I always received outstanding service, compared to now!!!!! I was in line waiting for service and the young lady (Jennifer I believe her name was) behind the counter was real rude ignored me, one of the older team members tried to help her and she snapped at her and said DO YOU WANNA DO IT!!!!!! In a snarky tone and today she had the audacity to ask me what I was bringing her for lunch very unprofessional and uncomfortable

I purchased my oil from AutoZone and brought back the old. The gentleman at the counter took my oil and handled it himself. Ive been to some places that make you go out back and dispose of it. I appreciate the good service.

Horrendous !!! My friend and I walked into the store in hopes of receiving much-needed help from Charles Goldberg as we considered him to be the automotive expert. We calmly explained our problem and asked for his assistance about checking out a potential head gasket leakage but he abruptly interrupted with a “there’s nothing we can do”, his credibility dropped as soon as I heard him say that and thought to myself about the qualifications the company is setting in order to give slobbish people like him the job. Once my friend and I gathered the gasket sealer we had intended to buy in the beginning, we asked Charles for further clarification about the installment process as he replied with an “ I don’t know”, at that point asking a 3 year old would have been more helpful. Coincidentally, a man later entered the store while we were outside neglected and watched with dismay as Charles jumped towards the man’s rescue as he aided him. Expressing the “ Yes Boss” mentality to those people he selectively chooses to help and pushing aside those he judges because of one’s racial background. With all that is happening in our world, it is sad to see the same actions being shown in stores we once thought were our sanctuary for our cars. This happened Monday.

Brandon is a hero! I was stranded in my pjs after running all my kiddos to school and my car wouldn’t start up. He quickly came and jump started my car, got me a new battery and I am good to go! He absolutely saved my day. Will be back.

I’m not a big reviewer but I just had to say something... Got to this location by my house right at 7:30am to get a new battery for my car. I feel so bad I didn’t get their names but both gentleman working this morning were amazing and super helpful! Thanks guys!!!

Literally the best service Ive ever received especially as a young woman at an AutoZone. I told them I need new power steering fluid and then someone suggested we check the belt of my car before buying the fluid in case I needed a new belt. Anyways, they checked my car and helped me get everything I needed and even priced a part for me and printed it out. They were thoughtful and helpful and probably knew that going to AutoZone by myself can be very terrifying sometimes. Best service at an AutoZone ever!

This AutoZone could possibly be one of the most cleanest ones I’ve ever been too, and are normally very helpful, but they need to watch whom they hire. I had a women tend to me that was nodding off at the counter... hhhhmmmnnnn seems to me she was a bit hung over if you know what I mean and she kept complaining of a headache. Name tag started with an(E)!

Made a phone call in to AutoZone. Ended up being on hold for 6 minutes and 30 seconds. To find out there was no one in the store. By the time I pulled up on hold. Only one person in the. Wanted to buy to hub assemblies.When I told the person behind the counter I was on hold for 6 minutes and 30 seconds seem to get an attitude, because I was on hold.
