Seems like what a penitentiary pharmacy must be like. I’ve had the same prescription and problems with it in some form 5 out of the last 5 times, I will tell them what the issue will be and they’ll assure that it will be good... it’s not good... it’s the doctor’s fault or it’s regulatory issues.

Pharmacist refused to fill Rxs Ive taken for years and stated I needed to visit another Walgreens Ive used in the past to have them filled. The reason we use Walgreens is to have continuity in care. They fail serving individuals with chronic illnesses who have trouble getting out of the house and want to visit a location close to home.

Its my go to store for the past 15 years and today was no exception. I walk in grab a milk I go to the cashier she looks at the expiration date and notices that the milk had expired and suggested that I get another one. She didnt have to do that. Thanks for looking out for me that was way cool.

I love this store. Since moving to this neighborhood I get all of my prescriptions here. The staff is always kind and courteous, happy-go-lucky. Everyone has an off day but no one has been rude or unprofessional to me. They even have conversations with 4 year old which makes shopping a little easier. I could get everything I needed from this store I wouldnt shop anywhere else.

The pharmacy employees are extremely nice, well mannered and know what they are doing. Never had a pharmacy that has treated me with such respect and incredible customer service!

I cant speak for other departments in the store but the pharmacy is A+.I have been having a difficult time with my insurance co. The staff in the pharmacy has gone above and beyond to help me. What tremendously great people. Thank you so much.

This is the best staff of any Walgreens pharmacy Ive frequented. It has a superb leadership team.

I dont know who does the hiring here but every time I go in here I am confronted by the most unprofessional staff ever. They are always acting really weird at the cash register and I just want to buy my over priced stuff I forgot to get at a real store and get out, not interact with some attention starved purple haired girl etc. I understand its walgreens but even a small amount of professionalism at the counter would be nice.

If I could give it less I would. Its freaking ridiculous that at the busiest time they have not enough staff for all the people picking up prescription. Im actually writing this as I sit Im my car waiting for someone to come and help me. I have to add I have already been waiting for good 25min. They need to hire more people seriously. From now on I will g wet my prescription at CVS across the street!

I avoid this store as much as possible even though it’s the most convenient location to me for a neighborhood store. The staff is poorly trained (I assume) and every experience there is frustrating.

The customer service is absolutely amazing, the speedy checkout was the greatest and the managers were very friendly and helpful ❤️

Great place to go when you need something on an everyday basis such as toiletries, food, household items, or just a pack of gum.

I went to get my prescription and the guy at the farmaci told me that my card wasnt the one for prescriptions, he didnt even checked, went to another walgreens and they took it.
