I stepped in to try out a mattress I was looking at online since I was passing by and made it clear that I had no intent to make a purchase quite yet (but was on my future radar). Undeterred by my warning, Jennifer continued to help me find out my best fit anyway and let me try out a few different types of mattresses with a smile. We even did a neat test that identifies pressure points and made some recommendations that I had not even considered. To my surprise, the top recommendation felt simply amazing and they even had zero interest financing so I wound up ordering the mattress I didn’t even know that I wanted yet and am really looking forward to a good night’s sleep. In our search for the perfect mattress we went to this store and encountered the most lovely sales person, Kim, who truly made our search easy, enjoyable and successful due to her positive uplifting attitude and knowledge. She really listened to our specific needs, and had total patience as I tried every mattress in the store at least twice!!! Lol!!! Definitely go see her. (We had been to a few other places and the sales people honestly just seemed bored and it really makes a difference).

Bought our new mattress here last weekend! Charlie entertained our very active child while we tried out the different beds. Masks worn and mattress protectors offered (Covid Friendly) got us a great deal on our mattress with free delivery so even better! So excited to be tossing our full mattress and upgrading to a king. We met a VERY personable young man namedStephen Kosick who was very determined to sell us something but we explained we already purchased. Visited Mattress Warehouse and was shown mattresses in my price range. Was then shown a sleep pattern analyzer. This device determined what type of mattress would be best for me. I was then shown mattresses in my price range that was consistent with my analysis. I found the one that was best for us and found it to be very comfortable. We have been sleeping on it for about a week and find it very good. CIndy the sales rep was so very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks to her she made a probably difficult decision, easy.

Extraordinarily poor experience here. If youre thinking, I should support my local brick + mortar stores. Also, its tough to buy a mattress online. So Im going to Mattress Warehouse, then my friend - JUST GO ANYWHERE ELSE.There are so many details to this awful experience and I know nobody really wants to know every one of them, but essentially it came down to a new sales man making promises to me, (HI, Im the customer) that the company wouldnt keep. Oooops, our bad - but he was new here and didnt know what he was talking about Uh, Im also new here, because Im the customer. So, four in-store visits, countless phone calls, one month and over a $1.5k later, Im stuck with a mattress I dont want, and the guys at the shop, on the phone and up the chain offering MANY apologies - which are actually not all that helpful for sleeping.It would have been an easy fix for them - Im reasonable, and ready to be adaptable. They refused to make it right, but offered to do me the favor of selling me another mattress. Sadly, no, not kidding.Youve got choices - choose to go somewhere, ANYWHERE else.
