NASTY and unhelpful staff. They were giving my elderly parents a hard time about a medication pickup. They were rude and nasty to my mother on the phone. I called to clarify what the issue was. Two pharmacists were unhelpful. One female was particularly snippy with an attitude. I tried several times to update my fathers insurance information but they gave me a hard time about it. I work in healthcare and my career involves working with insurance all day so I may know a thing or two about it. Luckily, my father has enough medication to last him until the refill. I will never use this pharmacy again. NASTY PEOPLE.
I usually get my daily meds through mail order. Sometimes I get a script I have to take for several days or maybe a few weeks. Every time I go to pick up my med, theres ALWAYS an issue. Cant find it, its in the computers email, or some other excuse. Not to mention waiting in the line from hell. I cant wait for my new health insurance to kick in so I can fill my scripts elsewhere.
I called in for a refill for a common anti anxiety medication on Thursday morning as soon as they opened. The automated system said it would be ready by 11:30am. I drove over to pick up the medication and was told that it was out of stock and that it would be ready the next day after 4pm. I never received a phone call informing me. Today I waited until 4::05ñpm to call and was told that it would be a further 2 hours. Again, no one called to inform me.
This is horrible I was 15 people deep. 1 cashier. No one should have to wait 45 to pick up a prescription!!! I do not blame the cashier. I blame the store manager. There were 2 techs and a pharmacist behind filling scripts. They should have come to the front and helped with the line. Poor management.
This place has nothing of what they are supposed to have bad service
Still at the register prior to closing and wouldn’t allow me to pick up medication. Zero sense.
Bad service and you have to wait forever for your medication use to be good now just plain bad walmart pharmacy in et 37 Toms river
Worst pharmacy!!!! Wait is too long! Hours are terrible. I had my Dr call in a script for me and they said they never received it. I was there when he called it in. I had my dr call again but they were closed. Too much hassle every time I go there
The pharmacy really needs to get their crap together. My son was having an allergic reaction so we went to urgent care, they called in a steroid and allergy medicine and told me to go right to Wal-Mart. I get there and they tell me Its not due for 45 minutes. I explain that my son is having an allergic reaction, and that he is getting picked up to go to his fathers for the weekend shortly and ask it to be rushed. She tells me ok but it will still be 15 to 20 minutes though. I said ok and sat down.. 45 minutes later they tell me they dont have the full prescription and can only give me a couple days worth.. Im like seriously give me what you have, my kids leg is swelling. I proceed to wait another 15 minutes for them to tell me they found the whole prescription and it will just be a few more minutes. Im glad that its not your kid sitting home itching in pain and swelling because I am sure your request to be rushed would have been honored. Smh. You have lost this familys business.
Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with - the staff doesnt care about customer service - today there was a line 10-12 people deep and only one slow old lady at the pick up window!!!
