Good food went for dinner and had a burger. Definitely a lot better than other places. Also came back for breakfast and had 2 pancakes with sausage and bacon. Both meals were great! The seats are torn a little, there are some stains on the ceiling but other than that the service and food was excellent.

Typical diner food. Really enjoyed my Greek Omelet. The pancakes however taste like cardboard & the syrup is just CORN SYRUP. The coffee is good. The place needs a GOOD CLEANING!!!! Including the restrooms!!!!!! Dining inside & outside available.

My boyfriend and I have the best experience every single time we walk through the door! If we could we would eat here everyday! The staff is so friendly and have my boyfriend and I order down to memory. We have never had such an amazing experience every single time anywhere else! Thank you guys for being so amazing!!! ❤️

Wanted a diner for breakfast before hitting the beach Saturday morning. 3 mile drive from hotel in Seaside. Quickly seated and order taken. Waiter was fast, attentive, and efficient. Food came fast. The food was great and the homefries were fresh and exceptionally good.

I ate at this place years ago and loved it! We just had breakfast here last Tuesday and the staff are inviting and very respectful, just like I remember. Just know I would give it 5 stars but its run down and they have a roof leak definitely so it had that wet smell in there. If they get that done and fix it up I will happily change it to 5 Stars.

The crowd in this store speaks for itself. The food is great!It would probably benefit them to enlarge the seating area. The only negative here is how crowded it gets.The owner and the staff are very pleasant!

What an amazing little diner food is DELICIOUS and VERY reasonably priced I had the chicken franchaise dinner and OMG best I ever had!! Came with soup, salad, pasta and dessert! Staff is super friendly and being that we live around the corner we will be back often!

Wonderful shore area diner with great service and delicious food that is priced reasonably! We had chicken croquettes, chicken pot pie, broiled pork chops and fried flounder dinners. Rice pudding to finish the meal! Definitely recommend!!!

Eh, Ive had better. French toast with cream cheese make it sweet cream cheese and then youd have five stars. But not all that bad.

So many places shutdown on Mondays down the shore. But Bandwagon is open and welcoming. Prices are so low, you don’t expect the quality of cooking and service. But it’s the real deal!Packed for breakfast, so come early or stand in line. Meals come with soup/salad and dessert. Chicken kabobs and rice are incredible. Great sandwiches, chicken croquettes, burgers, eggs galore.Attentive and courteous service.One of our regular fav spots.

The fried flounder is always great whether its a sandwich or a platter.

I ate here with a friend - we like to check out the diners in all the local towns we go to, and we found this little gem. The prices on their website looked too good to be true, and they were higher than the website, but still lower than any other diner except perhaps, Roadside Diner in Wall. My friend had the chicken croquettes, as we both loved these as kids and she said they were perfect. My eggs and sausage were excellent, but the French Toast batter had a chemical taste to it - obviously a prepared product, rather than just a couple of whisked eggs to drop the bread into. My friends rice pudding was to die for. This will be on our go back to list.

Yup.. The biscuits and gravy are the best.. They definitely beat all the other diners in the area.. the service is pleasant also.. the gravy was nice and thick and just spicy enough.. the little chunks of sausage.. nice touch.. the eggs and grits hit the spot . Good stuff keep up the good work.. oh and fresh coffee..

Friendly, charming, funny waitresses. Breakfast was excellent, fast and for two people about $16, great price. Seems at first glance small and dated, but they said they are closing soon to expand and renovate the place. Highly recommend.

There was a little bit of a wait around 1030 am but it wasnt too bad and the food came out pretty fast and it was great! The server was great too, staying on top of everything( especially the coffee) would definitely recommend!

We are just traveling from germany around in the USA and this is a really good diner! Cheap and very good quality, also the waitress are very friendly!

Its a good simple breakfast spot. I had eggs and well done homefries (i asked for them well done) my wife had a spinach omelet that she enjoyed. My son asked for pancakes and then refused to touch them as only a two year old can do. They were good, he just wasnt cooperating. Good price. Service was adequate.

Was recommended as a great breakfast place, we went for dinner. While they could have used the entire dining room better, I was not uncomfortable.Just like I heard of breakfast, the dinner food items were great. Homemade soup was very tastey, salad was good, my pastrami panini was excellent. From my table I heard the honey dipped fried chicken was very good, burgers were very good. The french fries were perfect, and I am pretty critical of French fries. The cole slaw was outstanding too.Staff (family run) was attentive and very friendly. Our server was unflappable, we were a little needy at one point, kudos to him.I am only unhappy that I dont live close enough to regularly eat here.

Best coffee in town, good service, and grate food

Very quaint diner, is not very big but cozy. Ordered the eggs benedict and they came out great. The yolks were nice and runny, with plenty of hollandaise sauce, just how I like it. It was on top of a English muffin with ham. I got the potato side and overall was a very satisfying breakfast. It also came with one small juice.

Better than any other diner in Brick or Toms River. I was shocked because I’ve overlooked this place for years while wondering why all the diners here serve such horrible food. Not only is it better, the prices are better as well. The decor is straight out of a truck stop from the 80’s but I’ll still be going only here from now on.

Serviceable diner around the corner from where I live. Listen, is it the best? Probably not, but they make a mean breakfast sandwich and their chicken fingers are rhe best... that super crispy well done flour/cornmeal crust is everything. Best onion rings in town really. My husband loves the burgers, and they always give him perfect medium rare. What else do you want from a diner, really?

Really loved this little diner! Very old school vibe, dishes even come with a small little juice. Staff was very pleasant and attentive. Food was great as well! Cant believe I grew up in this town and this was my first visit, this will definitely be a regular in the rotation moving forward.

We lived in this area for many years but just never ate here. Were so sorry we didnt try it sooner. We went there last Friday and had a FANTASTIC dinner so we returned again on Sunday for dinner and was very pleased again. The salad was very fresh, the soup and bread were great, our food was like homemade goodness. It is a little old looking but then again it has been there a long time. We will definitely be back and try breakfast and lunch, not to mention another dinner again.

Food was pretty good. Not hard to get to if youre heading back west out of seaside heights.I ordered the fresh toast breakfast special, and the eggs were scrambled just right. Very friendly waitress keep checking in on us..but she forgot to give us creamer, and made a remark about how busy it was

Their pork roll egg n swiss w/ fried onions brought me back to my Trenton roots where pork roll originated n reigned as king of breakfast sandwiches.

Absolutely fantastic diner! Dont eat food on Sea side beach, instead drive to Bandwagon Diner and try out this place. You will love it. Food is fresh and super tasty. Very friendly staff. One of a kind place!

Huge menu and willing to stay past closing time if ya come late for a meal but I’d suggest doing something about the flies and it’s way to quiet in there.. Play some music and teach staff to utilize a welcoming personality!! Oh and the cook NAILED it on my bacon cheeseburger and fries !!
