Connect Hearing Lakehurst office is absolutely terrific. Paul Fisher is the audiologist. You could not be in more caring hands. He takes his time with such patience and compassion. Paul has a sense of humor and yet is also sensitive to your needs and wants. He is willing to spend as much time as you need to serve your highest interests when it comes to test results, choosing a hearing aid best suited for you, and answering all of your questions. Betsy, who runs the office, is outstanding. She is knowledgeable with wonderful communication; she goes out of her way to provide a comfortable visit; and she will go the extra mile to help you with paperwork and other administrative requirements. Paul and Betzy are excellent, they helped my mom getting new hearing aids that she desperately needed. My mom fought wearing hearing aids for a long time, however, it got to a point where we couldnt communicate properly and going to visit her was becoming a chore with the TV blasting so loud. She tried one pair and didnt like them, so, we went back to connect hearing and they suggested a form fitted pair which we ordered. They fit and work perfectly. Its nice to finally communicate with my mom properly and not have the TV heard throughout her home. I had taken my mother-in-law for hearing aids down in Florida at a different hearing center and she paid more and arent as discreet looking as my moms, in addition, they cost more. I would definitely recommend this center on Lakehurst road because of Paul and Betzy.
