My introduction to Miracle Ear in Toms River, NJ must have been at least 3 years ago. From that first encounter I knew that I was in the right place at the right time. The hearing aid with which I was soon fitted served me well from day one; necessary adjustments during the break-in period were immediately made after nothing more than a request by phone call. Visits to the office from that time on were among the most pleasant and satisfying parts of my busy days, made so chiefly by the constant kindness and professional efficiency of Mary Beth Waugh and her staff. The staff at this Miracle-Ear center are wonderful with me...especially MaryBeth. They made my first time with hearing aides a tension free. They deserve my five stars.
It was a pleasure dealing with Miracle Ears personnel. They are professional and knowledgeable about this difficult aspect of life. The end result is a perfect fitting aid that is easy to install, comfortable to wear and is rechargeable.
Just finished my appointment with Mary Beth Waugh. She is very professional in her manner. Always asks how I am doing as well as the family. I do not have to wait long once I have notified them that I have arrived with the current restrictions and precautions that are in place. The staff is friendly and courteous all the times that I have been there. I would highly recommend this location to others.
My husband was a client of Mary Beth Waugh for several years. He had a very difficult and unusual hearing loss. Mary Beth was always so caring and concerned about my husbands health-- not just his hearing. Mary Beth was able to fit Ken with hearing aids and he remained under her care until he passed away this December. Mary Beth and her staff actually sent flowers to our home. They are so sweet and caring.Now I have found that I have a hearing loss and Mary Beth once again was able to fit me with hearing aids. I am thrilled with my care. The office is so professional. Jenni is so sweet on the phone. She is always upbeat and happy. I know when I call and Jenni Pergerson answers the phone, my problem will be listened to and she will have a solution with a cheery voice. The staff here is excellent. They are truly there to assist in any way to make wearing hearing aids easy and comfortable. As with glasses, hearing aids are custom to each wearer and the staff will make sure that you get the best out of your devices.

Girl at front desk had no mask on and they are in an area of adult communities. Elderly came in and she’s talking to them unmasked, up close. When I asked person who would test my ears why this was, she said they don’t have to and only reason she was wearing one was because I was. This is in middle of resurgence of pandemic. Their website says masks required, Staff wears masks.
Mary Beth Waugh is awesome! Not only is knowledgeable in her trade, but her demeanor makes you feel relaxed and at ease. I would recommend her to anyone that has hearing problems!
We were always seen on time for our appointment. All safety features taken care of; immaculate facility,;staff is caring, concerned and very easy to talk to; whether in person or on the phone. Flexible in terms of getting an appointment as well.

The receptionist and hearing aid technicians at the Toms River office are very knowledgeable and answer every question, i may have . They all go the extra mile and are very friendly and welcoming even down to the receptionist . If i was rating them from 1 to 10 i would give them a 11

She is also available to answer all of my questions when they arise. After every visit, I am satisfied with the service provided to me by MaryBeth. To Whom It Concerns.I would like you to know about an experience I had with one of your team members.Marie Chabot, she is a valuable asset to the Miracle Ear team.As I went in for a hearing test and was apprehensive due to a past experience, I was on the defensive and was a bit abrupt with Marie.She asked why I was on the defensive, I explained what had happened the last time I was to have a hearing test, she assured me she understood why I felt the way I did.She answered all my questions and was very concerned about my needs.She took the time to explain to me several reasons for why things are done the way the are, she was compassionate and understanding of my feelings.I apologized profusely and embarrassed by my being so defensive, she is truly an asset to the company. I had my appointment with Marie Chabot and I would highly recommend her at Miracle Ear.She explained my full hearing tests with clarity and all other aspects with patience.I never felt rushed. She answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable with Marie andwas very happy with her expertise about my hearing aids. Would recommend her highly.

All in all a very positive experience; Mary Beth was efficient, thoughtful and easy to talk to. My particular hearing loss called for 2 hearing aids costing $4800. We settled on 2 refurbished aids for $2800. So far they are as advertised and work well.Follow-up in their office has been exceptional (they recommend 4 follow-up visits for adjustments, etc.). The people I saw were very knowledgeable and very helpful. Im looking forward to my next appointment..
I go to this Miracle-Ear store even though I could get other aids through my insurance. Why? Because their hearing aids work well for me (this is my second pair) and because the staff manages combine friendliness with efficiency. Its a pleasure to be one of their clients.I went today to have my ears checked for wax. Once again, I was impressed with the cheerfulness and professionalism of the entire staff. Besides having my concern taken care of, I entered grumpy and left happy. Thats the effect the staff has on me.
My mother recently relocated from Maryland to New Jersey. We needed service, the customer care we received was as if we had been clients of the New Jersey location forever.Miracle Ear has FANTASTIC service
My wife is the customer. Shes writing this review. In general, the product is good. However, one of the staff is quite unprofessional. It seems that all she wants to do is chat about her family. When I go for my appointment, I want to take care of my business and move on, but its difficult to keep her focused.
Hello! I have never sent a message before and Imsorry that I did not. The Ladies you employ at the Toms River Office on Route #37 are the kindest unflappable women I know. When I first got my appliances I was going through a hard time in my life and was not always pleasant. They however, seemed to understand and treated me very well.This is a testament to their character. Also, my birthday was this last January and I was surprised to be invited to a Birthday Party at Your location. The party was for many of us complete with hats, horns, cupcakes, Games (not just one game but many games), prizes and gifts.I saw the eyes of many who had come and they were fulled of shyness at first and then delight. I was delighted and thought what a nice service to provide to the elderly especially as they may have to find a ride to their appointment as they do not have family close. To think of having a birthday party may be beyond expectation for them. You did a good thing. Your employees made a great happy time and I was in awe. Thank you!! And please give your employees a raise in pay as they are priceless to the success of your business. XO

The only problem with their location is if you are westbound on Rt37, you have to deal with the Mule Rd jughandle to u-turn to get to the office.
