Very pleased with the time and patience shown to me by Tom! We are still in the process of deciding which hearing aid suits my specific needs. He is more than willing to help me any time I call. The hearing aid my daughter received from Hear Direct changed her life. I would like to share my experience with Nicole at hear direct. I have a heridaty condition which causes severe hearing loss of which I have had surgery for over 30 years ago and after many years I had to invest in hearing test and hearing aids . I have been to other companies and audiologists & I get extremely nervous, however, Nicole is aware of my anxiety and is so reassuring that I am able to stay very calm!! She has guided me to myPresent hearing aid, which has just been a miracle to me. I am able to hear so well!!!! I want to say she is amazing.
