Extremely knowledgeable staff, highly professional, responsive and personable.Heard a guy who was in line just before me, he said his phone wouldnt charge. John (I believe) took his phone to the back for no more than a minute, came back and said he was all set, no fee, good to go, something small was lodged in the port.My issue was almost as easy...wife dropped her brand new S21 Ultra and cracked the screen. They had it replaced in under 2 hours from drop off. You just cant beat that.

I made an appointment for a Google RMA on Sunday, I walked in expecting to drop my phone off for WARRANTIED REPAIR. However, I was greeted to no staff in the front, and when someone did finally come upfront, I was told that they were too busy, they didnt have the expertise to fix it? and that even though google pointed me to these guys, he basically told me to go home and send my phone in... this was my first experience with this shop and Im not planning on returning... Just do yourself a favor, Find a better repair shop.

Brought iPad in because it wasn’t charging. Got a new battery and I was quoted that it would be a few days…four hours later I got a text it was finished. Works and charges perfectly now.

They fixed my cell phone and billed Samsung Instead of me, even though it was more than a year oldMy only concerns, were, and yes I should have called about it before, but they were supposed to call me when it was done. No call for a month. The email I got for tracking progress said it was done but a $154 charge. The phone cost less new.i got a new one and forgot about it until the call .They generally seem quick on repairs, though and are professional and courteous. I would suggest management try to schedule more than one person Sunday morning. The poor guy was all alone and continually had several times people waiting besides the one he was Serving. Not his fault

Recently dropped my brand new $1300 cell phone by accident at a store while at the register to pay for my groceries and literally cracked my screen. I couldnt believe my eyes when I picked it up off the floor. I almost cried. I Didnt even have a chance to get it into a phone case (ironically the protective case I ordered from amazon was scheduled to arrive the next day). When I got home, I immediately got on the computer and was easily able to schedule an appt to have my phone repaired at Ubreakifix next day. The staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable and explained the needed repairs. Unfortunately, my phone required more than just the screen to be replaced to keep it within other warranty specifications and to keep the water proof rating, which ultimately costs more. I had to spend more than anticipated which was a bummer but my phone was fixed properly and kept basically in brand new condition. After dropping my phone off it was fixed in less than 2 hours! The turn around time was amazing. Anyway, I would highly recommend and wood use again if needed. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because my repair was a bit pricey, otherwise no complaints on service and actual repair done.

I’m going to be honest here… I had a temper tantrum and broke my IPhone 7plus screen. My phone is four years old, but I wasn’t ready to get a new one, but figured I had no choice. After being annoyed by Best Buy and Verizon, I decided to call these guys. Not only did they fix the screen, they were able to change the battery (it was starting to go). The guys there did it in an hour and a half as a walk in. I’m so glad this place exists! Chris fixed my phone and Lonny was so knowledgeable about IPhones, he gave me a couple of tips to keep this battery from going bad too quick. Thanks you guys! You are the best!! If I do this again (hehe) I will be visiting these guys again. Wish I could give them more stars!

I had a broken screen and display and was so surprised by how affordable the fix was. The team was quick and gave perfect expectations as to when it would be complete. The location is nice as well, I just walked over to Tim Hortons for a little while waiting! :D

Dropped my phone to get the screen fixed and when I picked it up and got home I realized that it the vibrate function wouldnt work. They fixed it but I took another hour of waiting after I had already waited 3 hours for the origin fix. Then the guy at the register just kept barking at me about how there was nothing he could do.

They do the job but trust me you are going to PAY. Figure out if it is cheaper to just buy a new phone if you can detach yourself from your busted life-line. Samsung Galaxy 10 screen cost me $249. Like a new Galaxy cost $599. Do the math.😆😆😆😆

Needed screen fixed came early and got done at a awesome time

1st time for everything. Wife shattered her new phone screen. Called the Tonawanda store and they had the model and Chris took care of it and even got me a custom screen protector, went over costs expectations etc. 1 issue, no network service. Spoke with Tora and she had me come back and her and Chris expedidited the service and now the phone is working and new screen. Good value, cordial and friendly. Definitely deal with them again and especially with Chris and Tora. Happy wife, happy life. Thank you.

The repair was great. I was told they no longer take appointments. First time we went they didnt have the part in stock so we returned a few weeks later.

I went to this location to have my iPhone fixed. Something small was jammed in the charger port. I assumed I would have to leave the phone with them for several hours/days and pay a huge fee to have it fixed. I went on a weeknight evening, and there was no line. The man at the desk took my phone into the back room and had it fixed within 3 minutes. He did not charge me, even though I gladly would have paid. I will *definitely* be going here again the next time I have a problem with my phone, and I recommend that anyone go there instead of the Apple store.

Poor quality control at this location. I brought in an ipad for Glass replacement. Rep was courteous and seemed knowledgeable, said it should be ready in 2-3 days, ended up getting a call it was ready for pickup later that day. Went to pick up the device the next day and there was a large piece of debris left between the glass and screen. It was very noticeable even without the screen on so I cant believe that it could have gone unnoticed. The reps at the counter apologized and said they would get it cleaned out and I can pick it up later that day. Went back to pick it up the following day and had to wait for close to 10 minutes before I had to ask to speak with a representative. Got the device home and noticed there now appears to be damage to the screen under the glass. I havent contacted the store yet but at this point its not worth the fight to get it fixed. My son needs the iPad for school and I cant afford to be without my device for days.

I had a FANTASTIC experience at this location! My Iphone SE had some rear camera problems. After a misdiagnosis at a different location, I brought my phone here and they got to the bottom of it. Could not be more pleased with the friendly, helpful employees. They definitely put in 110% to get my phone working right. A month and a half later, my phone is still working beautifully!
