Extremely helpful, they made it easy to transfer a number. They also helped my friend transfer their phone numbers and photos. Excellent service. I have had cricket for 12+yrs. Traveled all over the U.S. and never lost a connection.

Eve was absolutely amazing! My daughter was in a severe car accident and her phone broke, we needed a phone right away and even though it wasnt in stock she got the phone transferred there for us the exact same day! With my daughter severe concussion she gets a lot of confusion and anxiety and she was able to not only work through it but calmed her down better than even I could! It was the best customer service I have ever experienced and would recommend anyone to go to her and to this location! Thank you so much! Better than just customer service she had a true heart!

Would never buy a thing from cricket ever in life again I bought a moxee hotspot TWO 1/2 MONTHS Ago didn’t work since the day I bought it at the store they “looked into it “ called hr they close the “cases” they so called still “working on it “ and imma get “credited” who knows when and since “it’s beyond 7 days “ I can’t get my money back nor have I have the device they have it the manager called me back one time haven’t got a call since CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION THIS ONE RIGHT HERE IS A NOOO GOOO

Well brought my brother here to get his phone replaced and the clerk was on a personal phone call the entire time she dealt with us. Talking to someone about buying clothes and getting the cheapest possible. Ridiculous. Never coming to this place again.

The young man was about to eat lunch but stopped to serve us. Later that night I returned 2 minutes before the store was about to close. I was going to leave so he could go home but he insisted on helping me.
