Ms. Lisa took her time with us, was very knowledgeable about products, and was very kind. Its my sons first year in college and we wound up purchasing an IPad and pen for my son to use for his studies. I recently had an extremely difficult experience at this AT&T location. In a nutshell, I was due for an upgrade, they did not have my phone in stock, and ordered it for me. When the phone was not delivered on the day I was told by the sales associate I worked with, I called and spoke with an employee who was completely uninterested in answering my questions or helping me. All of my questions were answered with one word, and I hung up, having to call AT&T directly for any information.When I was notified that my phone had been delivered, I called the store thinking it was there. The associate I worked with told me they would have it delivered to the store so that I could have help turning in my old phone, etc. I again spoke to an even more unhelpful employee, who was completely uninterested in helping me at all, and borderline disrespectful. It turns out my phone was delivered to my home, and I ended up setting it up with no assistance, and had to spend 2 hours doing what I’m sure a helpful store employee could have completed in a matter of minutes.I cannot be more clear in conveying my disappointment, and frustration with those at this location who made this such a complicated experience. I will make every effort to work with a different location in the future.

We came to the AT&T on Sheridan Drive in Buffalo, NY to transfer data from one phone to another. We were met by Joe who was courteous and extremely helpful. The process took much longer than expected, but Joe was patient and walked us though the whole process. Would definitely recommend this store and Joe to anyone looking for a new phone or accessories.

Outstanding customer service and product line - the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable - I went into the store a few times with questions before making a final purchase and everyone was always very accomodating and answered all of my questions without any pressure or attitude - I was putting off getting a new cell phone because of the learning curve and everything else that comes along with new technology which I do not like but when I made my final purchase, Joe set up and activated the phone, he transferred everything over for me and he answered questions that I had about the phone and its workings - thank you for the positive buying experience.

I just came from the AT&T store on Sheridan Drive in Tonawanda, NY.I have had a problem with my visual voicemail for about a year. I was not looking forward to dealing with the AT&T store, but I had no choice in the matter. I need to know when I have a voice message.I entered the AT&T store and was immediately greeted by a friendly young woman, Kelley. Kelley had the attitude we can do this, which in turn made me feel instantly better about coming to the store! While the issue was being worked on, a team member came over to see if all was going well. I thought, wow! It turns out the team member was the Area Retail Sales Manager, Cameron Lewis. On the table in front of me was information about the AT&T TV service’s. I had questions, and while Kelley was on the phone with tech support another team member, Kristen, must have observed my body language and immediately engaged in conversation and answered my questions about AT&T TV service. I learned that she was the store manager. This was a totally positive experience and so reassuring to have warm friendly competent people to turn to in a frustrating situation. I thank them for their friendly assistance and perseverance to solve my cell phone issue.

Always use This AT&T do not go to another store the one on Sheridan is perfect they treat all their customers amazingly Any rep there is worth their weight in gold Was lied to at another AT&T I was about to spend $70 yesterday On a new phone case and a rep stopped me and swapped mine for a warranty for free. Guy did not have any reason to save that money for me and he did anyways. Ill not be going anywhere other than this location in future..

Absolute outstanding service by Jagger. Called him on the phone and he answered all my questions and took his time to help me. I then came into the store to buy a new phone and he was awesome helping me choose the products. He was very knowledgeable and helped me immensely. Never rushed me and explained all functions of the phone and helped me set everything up. The other employees of the store were also very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be recommending this store. Outstanding service!

We had to go to two different stores because they didn’t have the colors of phone we wanted at the first and everyone was super helpful and nice! Even though they were having technical difficulties (not their fault) the guys were nice and chatting with us about cooking and animals, and even let us use the employee bathroom because we had spent a long time figuring out the issue. I’ve never had a problem with an AT&T store and this one was no exception.

Best experience Ive ever had with a cell phone company hands down!!!! This particular location went out of there way for us and didnt sell us a thing I moved my phones from another service provider due to lack of service at a particular location my wife n I are always at switching service providers took no time at all and I was able to borrow a phone for my wife while waiting for the previous provider to unlock the phone Paul and staff really care about the customers needs if your lookin for top notch quality customer service go check these guys out I promise you you will not be disappointed!!!! Wanted to edit my review after having service with ATAT now for almost 2 months I cant believe the quality of service Ive had all the providers b4 and ATAT is hands down the best everywhere I have traveled I had great service Thanks again Paul and Team!!!!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a AT&T store. I tried calling them for over one and a half hours. Seems that they refuse to answer the. And they weren’t busy neither. As I thought they were. Because I was actually calling them on speakerphone when I pulled in right in front of their store right in front of the big picture window the phone was ringing and ringing and ringing no answer and four or five of them were to one side of the store opposite the phone having a good all-time while one girl was taking care of a customer. So I walked in because I wanted to see if they still had the advertised deal on an iPhone XR . I was so mad by the time I walked in that I could not purchase the phone at this location and I walked out without a phone I will get one at a different location in the future. This location has had terrible customer service in my opinion for the last several years. And when I walked in and ask them do they answer the phone and then the manager took care of me the greeter and his buddies were laughing at me in the background. I did report this to AT&T customer service higher ups we will see if anything happens. The manager was absolutely horrible I asked her a question about a deal and she said I don’t know why don’t you call AT&T and she slapped her clipboard against her hip in the aggravated sort of way. So my advice in my opinion is to stay clear of the store. This is the second time I went to the store for an upgrade and was treated terrible and ending up going to the store on Niagara Falls Blvd. which is a much more customer service orientated store.

I had Kelley Howard set me up with a brand new cell phone for mine was outdated and I was unable to do the video chats with Dr. to patient on my old one. Kelley recommended the cell phone she thought was the easiest for me to learn. I love my brand new cell phone. Kelley was so patient kind sweet funny so sociable and educated me on my new cell phone. Honestly I have always gone to the AT&T store on Niagara’ Falls BLVD one street away and went there first and the girl knew nothing on which cell phone could do Dr. to patient video chats and didn’t even care. I refused to go back there and came to your store. Was the best decision I have ever made in my life!!!!!! Now your store is the only store I will come to and it’s worth the longer drive to have had Kelley Howard know exactly what cells did that and her knowledge was amazing. I can’t speak highly enough about Kelley for it took her time past closing to get all my info from my old phone and into my new phone and she didn’t care and would of sat thee another hour if she had to Abd not mind. I was her priority and she wanted to make sure I was happy and that I was completely satisfied and happy. Kelley Howard s a a asset to your store. She deserves an award and recognition for being a wonderful amazing happy informative educational sweet smart employee. I am so happy and feel grateful thankful and blessed I got KELLEY HOWARD AND I MEAN THAT FROM MY HEART..!!!!!!!!! Make sure you ask to see a copy of your estimated phone bill. I was not given a copy or shown what was on it, instead it was emailed later and had multiple errors. Charged for Next Up which I had refused, and signed up for autopay which I did not want and did not approve. Had to return to the store to have those items corrected and they could not/would not provide me with a copy of my bill.Go to the Apple store instead.

Explained the transition from VERIZON would be seamless and easy. I have brought 2 different final bills and spent hours on the phone and they keep telling me it’s not what they need to get me the credit for switching, applied to my account. This has been a complete nightmare from start to finish. Would highly recommend staying away, Verizon was a pain at times, but nothing compared to this.

This is the closest and most convenient store near me. Had a quick question for them an hour before they closed. I called them up two times with no answer. Waited 10 minutes, gave them another call. No answer.Went to the actual store (less than a minute drive) and there was two reps there, one of which just walking around doing nothing. Yet they couldnt answer their phone? Literally had to drive there to simply ask them a quick question because they didnt answer their phone. Cant stand that stores are doing this more and more now, noones busy yet they refuse to answer their phone. Really?

The worst!! I helped my mother & wife get their phones. Long-time customer. My phone was β€œbackordered”. Then they arbitrarily cancelled my order on the expected ship date. My husband and I went in to look into options for switching to from another carrier. The employees who helped us were able to guide us through our options and help us find a plan we were happy with. When issues arose the next day with phone numbers not being ported over correctly they worked with me to resolve the issue. They were polite and apologized for any inconvenience that this was causing us. At one point I was in there with my 6yr old daughter, she became bored and didnt want to watch the show that was playing on the tv there ( some HGC show) the employe found her something to watch to keep her entertained while he helped me.

The manager is a lil weasel, unless you’re making a purchase forget about having his attention. When it comes to the cell plans, they’re not exactly what you’re gonna expect (price & feature wise). Be sure to read all of the fine print and have all of your questions ready (get full & complete explanations) before you sign on the dotted line. HBOgo is only available if you have a current service w/ Direct TV (in which case you most likely already paying for it) you are not getting access to an HBO channel. And lastly, be prepared for the Direct Tv push - talk about beating a dead horse.... that’s gonna happen in store & everytime you have to call AT&T.And customer appreciation you ask??? Forget it!!! 10 year customer & explained my frustrations with numerous calls to support - I needed a SIM card, you would think as compensation/consolation they’d wave the charge? Nope, that’ll be $5.44 sir. Seriously?!?!?!?Good luck

The worst customer service worker who was a kid and may be a manager name David on 3-30-17 at approximately 7:00 to after 8 waited to have him not even no how to just do a easy task such as swapping out Sims and activating new one to my back up s6 edge phone.the kid may think he new his job but dident . I noticed he had a corny apple watch told me my phone was locked after he put new sim by the way he really took his time told me to call customer service told me to use a store iPhone. Then it dawned on me to hit airplane mode so I myself can refresh signel after insert he put of new sim and POW! So when people have to go here prepare for long wait and make sure representative is knowledgeable about your device find out which one they have because odds are! You very well might no more about your own device then they do.#Long waits#Poor management=Poor customer service
