I got 4 new tires on my Civic back in August, and I regret it took me this long to review them properly for the service I received. Scheduling was quick and easy, just had to wait on my tires to get shipped to the shop. Dropped off my car before work, and it was ready for me mid-day.What blew me away: I asked them to check my brakes and replace the pads if needed. When I picked it up, they said I was good to go for a while yet. They could have lied, done the replacement, and Id have never known. I fully appreciate their integrity and will be a return customer when my car needs any service that they offer.

Polite, honest and fairly priced. It’s hard to find a mechanic you feel like you can trust and will do good work. I won’t go anywhere else unless they’re unable to do the job. Highly recommend

Received 4 new tires and an alignment. Been going to Performance for years. This experience was a little disappointing due to the fact that when I was quoted they did not include the roadside warranty in the quote so when my husband called it was a higher price. Probably lack of communication, but I did say does this include all warranties??? When I picked my vehicle up after service the floor mats were dirty. I have always used performance and typically have a 5 star experience, this time it was not their normal.

I have taken my Jeep here for years when it was Kansas tire. They have great mechanics, prices, customer service and fast auto services. Five stars all day!!

I had my brakes replaced and was not happy at all with the outcome. They brought the car in again 2 different times to try to get it right, free of charge. Finally after putting on factory brakes, they worked properly. I would now have to say that they went above and beyond! I will go here again.

I called Performance for a second opinion when I was quoted $3.6k in needed repairs by the Briggs Kia service center. I was told by Kia that I would need replacement of my catalytic converter, O2 sensors, and spark plugs. My vehicle codes were only indicating cylinders misfiring, nothing more. Performance got me in quickly, next day quick! They diagnosed the problem, seeing cylinders misfiring as well, and replaced the spark plugs. They indicated that the O2 sensors are operating at they should be and there is nothing to indicate the catalytic converter needs to be replaced at this time. They also put a new tire on for me all within less than 24 hours of dropping it off! My car is running as it should without any problems and I couldnt be more happy with their services. They saved me THOUSANDS of dollars! They are trustworthy, reliable, and do a great job educating their customers on the innerworkings of their vehicles. I will never go anywhere else and am happy to have found them!

I took my sons new to him truck in for Eric and his team to repair and they were beyond helpful. Once we got the truck home we had issues with one of the wheels. Performance sent a repair person to my home not once but twice (I live in Hoyt) to make sure the issue was fixed.

I want to let you all know if you want quality work done right the first time please go to Performance Tire and Wheel. I use the south location and Eric is great and keeping me informed when I have my vehicle in his shop. I always am very happy with the work done by them.

I called and they were able to get my car in that morning. They were pleasant from the first hello and service just got better as it went along. I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I opted for the $15 checkup and they found a few items that needed attention that wouldnt have been found with just a regular oil change. They text updates, take pictures of items of concern and allow you to make the decision whether or not to address the issues at that time or wait. I can not say enough good things about Eric and Performance Tire & Auto. In my humble opinion they are the best place to take your vehicle!

Went in with what I thought were bad brake pads after getting a very reasonable quote over the phone. When they told me that I didnt actually need the brake pads, that was that. Fair prices. Honesty and integrity. Super friendly dudes. Thinking about doing dumb stuff with my car just so I have an excuse to come back and spend money there.

Brought them a vehicle that had suspension troubles. They didnt even bother to test drive it, just did an alignment and I got the vehicle back with the same issues as before.

Went to have a side marker bulb replaced. They broke off part of the light housing. Got the car home and lifted up the hood because of a rattling sound. They broke off all 6 of the plastic fasteners holding the cover on. I would advise anyone considering this place. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. Very poor service and the place is run down like their service.

I used their website to order the tires I wanted and schedule the appointment. Brought my vehicle in, they got my vehicle in right away and put the 4 new tires on quickly while I waited. Best of all, they will not sell you what you dont need. Once I went in telling them my wifes van needed new tires.
