Why Verizon would have their name on the storefront of this retailer is beyond me. Trying to return two phones was met with nothing but hostility. Your best bet is THE Verizon store. The manager there did everything he could to right the wrong done at by this so-called authorized retailer.

Grace was super informative and quick to get me in and out. Only problem was being a weekend, most people have the time to go into stores. So, Wasn’t wise to to Grace by herself working when they’re were several customers waiting to be seen. But Grace was great!

We went to the Verizon store in town. There were 10 people ahead of us at 30-40 minutes each. 3 workers, that we could see. 🙄. Nope, dont say everyone is hiring and no workers. They and many other stores did not have enough help, even before Covid. Not good customer service.We paid extra at the authorized dealer, true. But I did not stand in a horrendous line with my not well husband or small children in tow. He talked us through everything and we got our cell provider changed in about an hour or so. 👍

William (Will) was simply the best!! He was very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful with all of my many questions! He made the process of upgrading my phone and getting a phone for our daughter as seamless as it could be. He made sure everything on my new phone was working before I left! He is a great young man and does a wonderful job with customers! Great job William!!

Being older and indisposed to grasping new technology eagerly I was apprehensive at the task ahead, which was to buy a new phone and have to learn new tricks to use it. Demi was so calming and attentive, my whole attitude changed for the better. And when the phone did come in, she was off that day. But James, the manager, took over and he also was patient and kind and engaging as we went over the new phone. I actually enjoyed the time with these two outstanding people and feel I made two new friends.

I found this store to give excellent service, particularly the sales person named Keith! He did a wonderful job selling me a phone. He listened to what I wanted and presented appropriate options. He worked hard to help me understand the various options and how they compared. He was very patient and communicated very well. He even dealt with a grumpy customer while I was waiting and did so in a very professional way. This store better hang on to Keith! He is certainly an asset to this place of business! I cant recommend the store and this employee enough!

I always prefer this Verizon store over the main one on Wanamaker. The service is efficient and personal. I never get the feeling the salesperson is out for a high commission or trying to move me along to help their time spent per customer. The salespeople always offer me options and try to make sure our plan is still the best based on our use. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my aVerizon needs.

I spent 3 hours the day before speaking to Verizon technical support trying to set up my replacement phone. I tried calling the local Verizon store and couldnt even get a live person. All it was was pushing buttons and going back to the tech support at national. Very frustrating experience.Russell Cellular and James came to my rescue and in 40 minutes everything was completely transferred. Russell Cellular is the place to go! I will change carriers before I go back to a Verizon owned lolstore. I dont think they have any incentive to help you.

We were on Sprint and our download speed was 0.43 Mbps. We switched to Verizon and our download speed changed to over 30 Mbps. The Verizon center converted our iPhones, iPads, and Apple watches in an hour and a half counting from the time we walked in the door to when we were finished and headed home. Everything went without a hitch. Great job! Should have switched sooner.

Justin actually took my call and was very helpful. When I got to store Justin was gone but Robert helped me. I needed a new jetpack. He set my up fast. After getting home I had an issue, I called back Robert helped again. When I attempted to connect laptop I had issues, i called back and they suggested i bring it in to help me. I did so, come to find out i was using the wrong password. While i felt VERY dumb Robert was again very helpful. Thanks again Robert!

Wish I could rate no stars. Robert was the one helping us. We came 15 mins before closing. We didn’t know what we want or nothing. So yes it took sometime. But you was more worried about seeing end game. Your gf was in the store the whole time. Was nice talking with him. But he was unable to get the account rolling due to the insurance on the phones. He finally gave up at 930. Never gave us the application number. So when we went to the apple store in mo the next day. We stoped at a store there. They ran a new application and it was marked as fraud. Now dealing with this bull stuff. Should of never happened. Yes we came in late. But when u was unable to get it working. Call some one before 9pm. Or give us the application number so we are not having this head ache. But I did like the better offers the mo store offered. They up sold us to a I pad and all.

Decided to upgrade after talking to a rep. When i was at the mall of America. The Topeka rep. I talked to convinced me to change brands of phones and not upgrade but buy out my phone. Told me I would get a $200 credit for then giving my phone back to them. Upsold me on accessories and applied it to my Bill telling me it would all be a wash. Three trips later, not even the manager was resolving the issue by getting me the promised and my trade in had disappearedtill I mentioned I would call the police. Upon actually calling Verizon, they were able to give me the credits that even the store manager refused to.Not the first time I delt with sub par customer service. Next time Ill look at buying direct or from Best Buy.

This team really knows what customer service is! From management to the floor team, they really want to help you! Ashtyn W. helped me pick out an iPhone, exchange it a few minutes laters because I misunderstood the camera capabilities, and even STAYED LATE AFTER HER SHIFT ENDED because of me and my indecisiveness. She rocked though BOTH transactions and still had a smile on her face. Great people!

Horrible customer service. Walked in and wasnt even acknowledged. At busy stores I dont expect to be helped right away, but acknowledging a customer and saying something as simple as well be right with you is basic customer service. We will not return to this location and I wouldnt advise anyone else if you expect good customer service.

The guy at the counter said theyre NOT a Verizon owned store, theyre just a place that bought the rights to sell you stuff under the Verizon name. We bought a phone here (Weve been with Verizon for over 11 yrs). After 3 weeks we had an issue with the phone and the day i went in there, there was only one guy who was more concerned with watching TV than helping us and he said he couldnt take care of it because theyre just a retailer, not a repair shop. He literally wouldnt turn away from the TV...i had posted pictures of the guy watching TV but the complained and had the pictures removed...i guess they didnt want people to see the proof!!. That was a bit upsetting. Paid over $450.00 for the phone, it was dead in 22 days and i had to buy another one.UPDATE: Went back in the store on Friday 4/6/18...the girl working was the absolute RUDEST person i have ever dealt with in any retail store anywhere PERIOD!!! I told her i was on the phone with Verizon and they said that the phone i wanted was selling for $199 on sale..she said it was over $500 and she didnt give a F what Verizon said because Verizon dont own them!!!!! I WOULD GIVE YOUR STORE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD!!!!!

Phone is not answered regularly and voicemail is full. A rep gave incorrect information about what you do with a phone that isnt working but is still under the 12 month warranty. He insisted I had to call insurance even though I knew that was wrong. He was just trying to pass me off without helping be. Will never use this store again.
