The staff here are super friendly. I think they have a drivers Lounge as well Im just not quite sure where its at. My biggest complaint is the bobtail parking lot. It is filled with cars and its very difficult to maneuver a bobtail in here.I really hope someone in theTransportation department sees this because this is ridiculous. Why are there cars parked everywhere if this is a bobtail parking lot? At least have the cars park all together on one side instead of everywhere.

Be ready to be here if you bring a load between 24 to 72 if no more. Motel 8 is about 2 miles away. Dont take this load cheap from Uber .Minimum 4.50 to $5.00 per mile . Is ok youll spend in motel and food for 3 days here.I wont recommend to delivery at this home depot at all.

Came from Bartlett, IL avoiding Toll pay, got here by using google map. I was worried about KS 10, US 40, W 6th St, Stull Rd, N 1600 Rd, N 1700 Rd, SE 45th St, SW Topeka Blvd, SW 49th St, and SW Wenger St, but all are truck accessible. Thanks God for bringing me here safely.

Mixed thoughts because I like the staff but really hate how they deal with relays in other States. Not exactly a 24 hour line, if you know what I mean.

Enjoyed the times I worked here, but my hope and prayer, is that before these people decide to let a good man or woman go, they wont discriminate or judge people because of their past decisions in life, and only embrace the person they see today, because they dont know that person of the past and although people are not perfect, many do deserve and desire to have a pleasant future, surrounded by decent people because many repent, and make a conscious effort to change so that their life is better than their yesterdays, yesterweeks, yestermonths and yesteryears of long ago behind them. Lord God, Bless the heart of those who choose to forget, and not forgive, because of their lofty thoughts of how they think life is, or should be. Help these people with troubled heart in positions of employment to assist people whom employers overlook because of their negative past and Bless them with bright futures to change the lives of many families throughout our lands you created. Would leave negative stars if possible, kept my trailer hostage for 3 days after I had an appointment, they would not unload me.

Drop for me. Slid tandems before approaching guard. He was friendly and I followed his directives. Plenty of room to move around. Some of us parked on the long driveway heading out.

Drivers do not turn right when leaving this place!!! Also no facilities near driver parking, and home depot apparently is owned by know-nothing-asshats and employs similar workers so watch the load, definitely check tires and weigh it asap!! No DOT ticket is worth their negligence!!!

The usual home Depot distribution center. Security and yard dogs were cool. Plenty of wiggle room in the parking lot oh, so I gave it a four instead of the usual three.

Lot impressively organized. Professional staff and security. No wash bay or real lobby. No overnight parking. Plenty of room for combination vehicles to navigate. Watch out for yard jockeys, they move fast.

Nothing rapid about this place

Pretty quick to get in. Security at gate handles BOL and parking assignment. Rapid exit. They wont bother you on the road out if you dont try to sleep.

Wish I could give a negitive star. I was the only one in line waiting for the guards to come out. The door was slightly ajar so I was able to hear them talking bad about the last shift. I sat for about ten minutes before they came out, listing to their profanity and slander. When he finally acknowledge me he was very rude and unprofessional.

Straight forward drop and hook, friendly security. They did have a line of trailers on exit lane, all loaded with pallets - could pose a problem with many drivers entering/exiting, but wasnt very busy when I was there. Those trailers will probably be moved out quickly enough.

Easy in and out lots of room in the yard. Guards are cool. Gate can get backed up sometimes not too terrible though.

This has to be the worst place to deliver to. No compassion for the hardworking driver and no respect for the law. If at all possible, do not accept a load going to this establishment.

Management lied to me on multiple occasions about the attendance points. I was told they were looking into errors that arose and would get points taken off that I didnt deserve, but instead they gave me extra points to make sure they had a way to terminate me. I loved the job but that place is pathetic, management would rather hit on meth addicts than do their job.

No complaints, receiving was nice and got the paperwork out fairly quick. Theres plenty of room to manuver and park if needed.

Don’t go there, very bad service

We had a terrible costumer service experience today. An associate with a terrible costumer service and bad attitude made us waste about 1 hour of our time, and money.More details: We wanted to rent a utility trailer to transport a lawn mower (rider). The stupid associate (it sounds mean, but theres no other way to call her) at the tool rental desk processed a contract for a tiny trailer without even asking us the size we wanted to rent (does she not have a brain to infer that if you are renting a trailer for a Mower, its for a fair-sized item?). She took forever to process the transaction. She ran our debit card for a hold in the amount of $100. Then, when we came out of the store to get the trailer, we told her the tiny trailer was obviously not going to work. We informed her that we needed a bigger one, and then she attempted to post-void the transaction and ran the card again for a new amount of $125. Obviously the post-void transaction is not processed immediately by the bank (while the hold was), and the new hold for an extra $125 ($225 total at this point) does not go through. I called the bank and they informed me that there is indeed a $100 hold, but not a refund, and that the store needs to do something about it. I could have transfer more money into my account to hold the new deposit, but why?...After almost 40 minutes of waiting, the Home Despot clerk tells me the problem its not her fault (excuse me?), and refuses to do anything to help clear the issue, giving me a terrible attitude. I asked to talk the manager, and after waiting, once again, a more polite gentleman (the manager) tells me that indeed nothing can be done. If the stupid clerk had chosen the right trailer (or at least asked me about the size I wanted to rent before making the contract), I would have been done in 10 minutes. Instead, an hour later, with a $100 hold on my account for nothing, I come out of the store without being able to rent a stupid trailer. On top of that, I have to deal with a lousy woman that appears to be on drugs.We went to the U-haul in town, $27.14 and 10 minutes later, we have a trailer.So much for I put the customer first!.... Never coming back!

As a commercial driver checking in is good unless the guards are new other than that its great overall.

Maybe for drop and hook its ok but for live unload very unorganized. 3 people told me 3 different things moved me over and over. Sign says dont disconnect they say disconnect. Why do you have a sign then?Im glad they hire mentally challenged people but dont put them where they have to make decisions on the fly because they cant, he is just on a power trip and i have to deal with the bull**** that pops in his head.
