I went to metro storage looking for refrigerator boxes which they do not have. However Amber was so friendly and kind enough to lead me in the right direction by suggesting I try Home Depot which was so helpful because of Amber I was able to find what I was looking for. If ever I need storage I will definitely be going back to metro storage to give Amber my business. Thank you again for the suggestion.

I have been a Metro Self Storage customer for over 5 years. I have seen management come and go; I am not sure why they cant keep anybody, but oh well. The current and most recent manager at the Westport Drive location is trying very hard to make a go of it and you can tell she cares.She is very personable and has been very efficient when I come in to pay. She has taken care of a small issue (paid the storage online, but the payment was never credited and resulted in my being locked out of the unit). This has happened several times and she has gotten it corrected quickly.I hope they are able to keep this manager, as she is very likeable and appears to be working hard to correct some issues left by former managers.

I had some issues with booking a storage unit here. But Kim the manager took it upon herself to call me directly. She had all my issues taken care of and I had a storage unit in 15 minutes. She even made the deal sweeter for me. Because of the issues I had. I am a food artist and owner of a catering company. I would not hesitate to have her take care of any of my customers at any time. Kim, the manager on site, did a great job of helping us though the process. First time we have ever rented a storage unit. We are now done with the storage and moved out. Would highly recommend this storage units. Safe, secure and clean. Amber and Kim did an excellent job of helping us throughout the entire 6 months of the rental.

I just began renting from Metro, and my leasing experience was great! The facilities are clean and well managed, and the staff was very helpful. My 10x10 unit is a little pricey, but I got the first months rent for $1 (plus a leasing fee and I paid for a new lock). Im willing to pay the extra money for 24 hour access in a safe area. So far, I would definitely recommend them!

Weve rented from here for a couple months now and every time we come to make a payment there is no one here. And even if we call to talk to someone no one is ever there to answer let alone return our calls back.Although the units were clean I wouldnt refer this place to anyone

Extremely high prices and the restroom is never available to customers. Will charge you for everything they can think of and then not be available to take care of you when they are needed. Also did I mention the bathroom was never available?? Its a problem I mean I had a unit for 5 months and in the 4-6 monthly trips it was always locked or out of service. Its a restroom for the customers even. Like wow thanks now my kids are upset that they peed in their pants. Fix the problem!!!!!!

Was renting here for 9 months. On occasion if you didnt shut your door right or all the way alarm would go off continuously for people and workers to hear, so would have to come back to fix. But glad they had touchy alarms to keep our valuables safe. So very gratefull. Thank you!!! Would recomend to anybody over any other storage unit. Staff also super friendly and helpful!!!

We found the location clean, convenient, and friendly office personnel. What was a little irritating was the alleged $1 first month. I had planned to rent a 10 X 10. I looked at the unit and decided I needed something just a little bigger. I was shown a 10 X 15 and it was just right. Now the kicker, I was told I would not get the unit for the first month for $1 as it was the last unit of that size and when that happens they charge you half price. I chose this location for that reason and then found it was not be to--not a very good way to do business. Public Storage where we have rented units for numerous times has a $1 first month rent but I decided to give Metro a shot. I will keep this in mind in my future storage needs.

Our experience with Metro Storage on Westport was excellent. Renea was our contact and she was very professional and went out of her way to make sure everything was acceptable. We moved in to a house and are able to store everything on site. If the need arises again we will definelty use this Metro again and would recommend them to anyone needing storage.
