Great Service on a recall. In and out like my Service Advisor Steven Ravaglia promised. He was very friendly and professional a great representative of Acura.

I had B1 service done at this place and asked to check collision sensor.estimate verbally was around $150. Rep. also casually mentioned sensor could covered by warranty even though he just checked my mileage(My car had 66K). I got a call from Kelly (who was not the one took my car in) saying it will cost $1446 so I declined. and he told me he had to charge inspection fee of $178. Next day my car got fixed itself with one small bump. Theyve never mentioned any possible inspection fee when I dropped my car off. When I went there to pick my car up and try to talk to them with common sense. however their response was since I signed docs Im responsible and manager added they are going to win if we go to court. I dont want to waste my time for $200, even if I hardly doubt outcome of ruling. But I dont believe that is the approach local dealer takes to customer. I called twice to make complaint to dealer but I only be able to find name of the manager(Mitch). J. Hyman suggested I should read whole contract before I sign at the dealer. Seriously, you guys need to do that at this dealership.

Went in for routine service. Service writer, Kelly, was friendly and professional. Car was ready when promised. No complaints. Will return again for next scheduled service.
