Before I could even tell them what I needed, the woman (Denise) who answers the phone is extremely rude, she just blurts out “we’re four weeks out is that gonna be a problem” before you can even let them know what you need. They act like they don’t need the business, I was actually stunned by how rude and short she was, and asked her if it was even worth my time asking for an estimate, she said “that’s up to you” 😳. What business answers and greets their customers this way when they call for estimates? I then looked up their reviews on Yelp and no surprise they had tons of one star reviews for the SAME experience I had, rude customer service and this “rude woman who answers the phone”. The whole front office needs to be fired, they’re running customers away and I’ve lived on the peninsula for over 20 years and will never ever use this company, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

Great service. They just replaced some defective mirrors that were starting to lose the silver backing. No hassle, they did it for free. We have been happily using them for years. Knowlegible technicians and good prices.
