Pacific Audi Service Advisor Oscar is like having a really smart buddy who helps you make sure your car is in top shape. I have had outstanding service from Pacific Audi for over 5 years and they always work with me to find the best solution to an issue, even though my RS5 has aftermarket suspension and other minor modifications. I trust them and appreciate their outstanding customer service.

I went in for a scheduled service, and everything from start to finish was a great experience. Upon getting to the dealership when dropping off and picking up was i attended to very quickly and was able to get a lyft for myself back home while my car was in for service. Natalie was very nice and was on point. Will be making this my Audi service spot from now on. Will be purchasing my next Audi here also! Thanks again Natalie!

I will preface this by saying I did not buy a car from Audi Pacific. This review is about Diego, one of the salesmen.I was in the market for a Q7 back in April and got in touch with Diego. He was 100% helpful from the start. He took the time to email me quotes, and was on the phone for quite some time with me looking through other regional inventory to see if he could secure a dealer trade.Unfortunately, this was not feasible, but Diego still gave me pointers on where to look. The market was not being friendly to us, and he wouldnt have the specific Q7 I was seeking until at least sometime in May or more likely June.Even though I was able to get my car from another dealership, Diego stood out for his customer service. I will definitely 100% refer any friends who are interested in purchasing an Audi to Diego at Audi Pacific.

If I could give them zero stars I would. What a very incredibly dishonest company Audi has become these past few years. Beyond disappointed with them for so many reasons. The good news is I have now decided to go with Tesla and I’m very happy that I no longer have to deal with Audi in my future!

Leasing a car from Audi Pacific has been a truly exhausting and ridiculous experience.Simply contacting them to get a copy of my lease paperwork took at least 5 different phone calls routing me from one wrong person to the other, all of which had the clear tone of why am I on the phone with you if you arent buying a new car? because one of your reps sent me to you. thats why. Everyone is rushing you off the phone or desperate to hand you off to the next person and more than half of the people you speak to are rude.The car, I loved, but I could never give them my business again as even calling to arrange to return my car had me in this same runaround process of rude people sending me to different people, the final of which was finally able to make an appointment to return my car. He was also supposed to follow up with my inspection report to report back to me if I would owe anything additional based on my coverage but of course he never replied to my email, and when I arrived to turn in the car to him, asked me to provide my inspection paperwork again, after which I told him he already has it in his email that he never responded to.This should be the end of my story, but I still receive letters from Audi Financial claiming I have not turned in my car (turned it in a month ago). Ive now been on the phone with Audi financial for 4 weeks in a row, Ive uploaded the proof that I returned the car since Audi Pacific evidently did not (AFS confirms they see my proof) yet Im still receiving letters saying I havent turned in my car and that I have a growing past maturity bill on my lease.None of this is anything customers should have to deal with. Everything in me wants to get another Audi but after turning in my husbands car later this year there is absolutely no way we would ever get another one based on the rude/nonexistent customer service as well as a COMPLETE disconnect with Audi Financial Services.

I had to replace my car key battery at Torrance Audi and it was just replaced in February while at home in Seattle. I spoke with Henry who had to go through his manager to approve a replacement battery. He initially wanted to charge me to replace what I believe was possibly a faulty key battery. Although I did not have to pay for the part, the experience was not pleasant and this was my second run in with Henry. Everyone else at Torrance Audi have been great and the service experience is exceptional.

This review is for the service department only - not the dealership or sales team. Natalie, Reza and the rest of the sales team are horrible. Unprofessional, not friendly and more importantly just rude. Called and scheduled a window tinting appoint with Natalie. When I arrived at the dealer for my appointment, she doesnt greet me, tells me to go sit in the waiting area for 15 minutes. Finally once shes ready for me she ask why Im here. I tell her for my window tinting. She says they never contacted the 3rd party tinted and they dont know when hell be available. She says they will give me his cell and I can reach out because they dont do that... would have been nice to know before I made the appointment.Unfortunately the next day I have a nail in my tire. Come back to the dealer, lack luster greeting by Reza. He asks me a million questions including if I bought the car from to which I said check your records. After waiting for 30 minutes they tell me they dont have the tire in stock and Ill have to come back.... made the appointment the day before for a tire. Would have been nice to know the. That they didnt have tires in stock. Stay away from this service department!

It didnt feel at all like most dealerships, where you just feel like a customer being hassled to make a decision right away. I spent two full days working out the logistics for a vehicle purchase, telling internet sales manager Cesar Vargas 9 times in writing that I was 100% committed to the purchase and offered my financing and down payment, and they sold it to someone else two days into this! I am furious. They are unprofessional, lazy, and an embarrassment to the Audi name.I emailed their GM and Sales Manager and of course a half-hearted, weak apology was all I received. I am furious that I wasted so much time and that they have such poor business standards. Don’t shop here!

The cost to perform a multi point inspection, oil change, reset the tire pressure, and change the brake fluid was $600+.Labor cost was $270/hr (with 10% off).After a week of being serviced I noticed that my car now has a sever oil leak.I had advanced purchased my next car service with them, but it was not accepted because it expired in the middle of COVID. I was not informed that the service could expire or that it was going to expire soon. They were not willing to extend the service past the original deadline.I was informed that they do not guarantee a loaner vehicle if you drop off your car and that loaners are provided on a 1st come 1st serve basis. I was lead to believe that making an 8am appointment would give me the good chance at getting a loaner, but upon dropping off my car I learned that none were available. Fortunately they do provide Lyft services to/from your home/work.

Were from the Bay Area and we always seem to find great Audi and Deals in Southern CA. Weve bought 2 new Audis in SoC, just made deals, did all the paperwork and flew down to drive them home. This time is a little different, its a pre-owned A8L. There were only 2 cars that fit our options requirements in the whole CA. Audi MV and Audi Pacific. MV was the first one we contacted but the salesperson didnt seem to want to deal with out of town buyers, Joby at Audi Pacific was quite helpful and effective in providing us with all the information we needed to make our decision. The amazing thing was the pre-owned manager Michael Moye and General Manager emailed us offered to help us making our decision, to us, thats very personal. The car wasnt ready and Joby actually came out and took pictures for us, dirty but we could still see how nice it was while the MV white A8L had all the high resolution beautiful professional pictures, we did like the white car at MV. We saw the Black at Audi Pacific only has one key, we showed concern that we would never buy any car with only one key... a few days later, Joby took the picture of 2 keys, quite efficient. We made appointment to drive down to see both cars, but Audi Pacific was the first one on the way to OC. We came late @7, Joby was off and Johana was helping us... Extremely professional and pleasant. Test drove the car in the dark, it was pristine, the tinted windows was our concern and Michael ensure us it would be removed professionally without ruining any functionality of the rear defroster. Were really worried about this removal thing. We took a long time to check out everything although the car is CPO which is covered by Audi with most things.Johana was so patient, it was 9-10PM and time to make a deal. It was quite painless and actually very quick, we got the price we wanted without going to check out the white car at MV in the morning. Yes, we did pay $3200 more than the beautiful White A8L at MV. Most of the time when we buy cars, its not just the price, the car, its the dealer, the people who work there, when we feel good, we buy and 2017 Audi A8L with 12K miles prices are not chump change for many people. Its all in the people and Audi Pacific does have great people.The next day, we came to pick up the car, the tint was removed very nicely, everything works and the car was detailed beautifully just like a new car. Were extremely happy with Joby, Johana and Michael Moye who cares to make sure everything is done correctly to make customers happy. The car was supposed to come with All Weather Floor mats, but theyre not there when we took delivery, Michael offered to reimburse the cost when we got back to the Bay and order from our local dealer here, thats quite nice. Since we like Audis, my kids like Audis, therell be more Audi buying in our family and Audi Pacific would be one that we would consider for sure. BTW, have you ever driven in an A8L on 5 or 101 from LA to the Bay Area, its so NICE.

Accidentally poured less than quarter gallon of windshield liquid in engine coolant in my 2020 Audi Q5 and wanted to get it flushed out for obvious reasons. I was quoted $500 for the job ($250 labor charge per hour) for 2 hours of “labor”. I’m not a mechanic but that’s a little too much for draining some fluid and then adding $30 worth of new engine coolant. I mean how much “labor” are u really doing to drain and then add some coolant? Posting KBB fair pricing on the job, just to give you a a reference point. Let’s treat your loyal customers fairly.

We test drove with Ryan, and then came back and were helped out on the sale by Joby and the Sales Manager, Mark. Even with the short staff and the craziness with the new safety precautions, they were all super attentive and helpful. Joby made our car buying experience super smooth and took care of every little detail for us before we took our car home. Mark was also very attentive and really cared that we were happy with our new vehicle. After taking our CPO preowned Q5 home we noticed right away in our dark garage something that we had totally missed in the sunlight while checking out our car. There was about a dime sized hole in one of the taillights!! We were so sad that we had missed this and came back into the dealership a few days later hoping they would trust us and honor our request. Mark was super helpful and eager to take care of us right away to make things right. Joby took us over and introduced us to someone in the service department and the next day our car was fixed and good to go!! Couldnt say more amazing things about all of the staff here at Audi Pacific. They really have a great team that takes pride in their work and taking care of their clientele. Thanks guys!!

Now I can say she is both unprofessional and completely disingenuous. Not to mention lacking the good sense to just go away.**********Dealt with a woman named Johana Sterling. Spoke to her on the phone and she never responded to me. Its not that big a deal to hit respond on an email to say, hey, cant make this work, but to not respond at all is highly unprofessional. I wrote a 1 star Yelp review for Audi Pacific, but I figured I would update it on Google, as the experience has gotten worse but I have found a solution.Anel was my service advisor. It seemed like every problem I had with my S5 was a hassle for her to get taken care of correctly. The car was making some rattling sounds pretty consistently and she was unable to fix it, or even diagnose it. It got to the point where she told me they were going to charge me $180 if I brought the car in (under warranty) if they couldnt diagnose the problem. This was her method of trying to dissuade me from using my CPO warranty to fix a valid problem with the car.I ended up giving McKenna Audi, all the way in Norwalk a call after a friend had a good experience with them. These guys literally FLAT BEDED a A5 loaner car to me, all the way in Redondo, and flat beded my S5 to them, diagnosed the problem in 1 day (loose bolts in the door panel) and had flatbed the car back to me. The service, communication, and overall competence was LEAGUES above Audi Pacific. On top of that, they didnt even charge me the $80 deductible for my CPO warranty (super cool of them).Audi came real close to losing a customer for life due to the terrible customer service from Anel, and the rest of the service crew at Audi Pacific. I will be purchasing all further Audi/Porsche from McKenna.

Unfortunate that I’ve been compelled to write a negative review here. Bought my CPO Audi Q7 from Audi pacific 8 months ago. Communication was excellent until paperwork was signed. Since then communication and customer care has been dismal.Did not receive my car title, dmv registration for 6 months. Calls/emails would go unanswered with reply every 2 months (Matt and Alex). After 6 months I got an email that my car title has been mailed but received dmv registration. Further inquiries were unanswered. FYI- still awaiting car title. Havnt been able to register my car in WA (place of residence). Had merc before with excellent customers cars. Strongly discourage getting CPO from this place.

But when youre buying it should be a little more attentive to its brandowners, specially when you want to upgrade your existing audi lease. Almost makes me want to change auto brands altogether. Huge mistake leasing my Audi. Don’t get me wrong I love my Allroad its everything I dreamed it would be.As my husband and I went over the car lease paperwork we saw that to buy now it would be more than full price of brand new car.This Audi was the manager’s personal car and used as demo for those wanting to test drive an Allroad which we did, it had just short of 5,000 miles already on it.After learning of what we could afford we were told the lease would be in our budget.Ofcourse after everything said and done the down was $7,248 AND $398 a month, WOWIt was a dream come true for three years.Drove to work, drove to Palm Springs to visit sister, took on vacations even had two baby car seats in the back (granddaughters).Today I’m told I would have to pay the difference to make total of $49,465 a full price for my Audi even though it was not brand new.I have been approved for $25,000 a little less than the car would have cost me but I couldn’t even get that far with the sales gal that helped me.I love that car and can’t imagine not having it in my life but taking it back today to give it back.I’m upset with myself for not being more aware of leases details of full price on a demo car, but even more at Audi for not being honest on the finance paper they put together knowing I was leasing a used car.I just want you to know that I will always stay away from leasing and let people know how Audi sales – or more than that how the finance person took advantage of a couple that didn’t know what they were getting into.Thank you for the ride, it was perfect, the end of the road not so much.SandyAllRoad Owner (once upon a time).

Went in for help to install my roof racks. Was asked if I had bought the car from this dealership and if I bought it new. Answer was yes to both. I was told that they were the wrong racks and I was referred to sales. The sales person looked up my details, confirmed, that car was bought new with roof racks, but he had to get the GM to see if there was anything they could do about it. Spoke with the GM, once again questioned about if I bought the car there, new or used (after see the confirmed details on the computer himself). GM looked at the racks, questioned again if theyd ever been installed and questioned WHY I was just now coming in for this (as my car is 2017). I explained, I never wanted them on the car and they were stored in my garage. My kids came back from college due to Covid and wanted to use the SUP board, so thus the racks. The GM said the best he could do was order the right racks and pay 50% of $450!!! Because he couldnt sell the racks I had, due to no box, light superficial scratch...I was FLOORED, but agreed. I was then handed off to Chris, the parts manager. He processed the transaction, grabbed the newly purchased, supposedly, right racks, to install. Looked at the racks I had, took the key from the box of the new racks, and voila! It opened the racks, and he successfully installed the racks that I had all along. They were not the wrong racks all along! Chris refunded my money 👼!I am writing this because I have never received such poor treatment from this dealership and I was asked by Kevin at least 4 times if I had bought the car new, and from this dealership, and with these racks....and probably another 5 times from the other 2 people I encountered. I was made to feel like I was lying about my car purchase! This is not in keeping with the treatment and service I have come to know by Audi...Admittedly, the GM was dealing with me AFTER he was loudly and publicly, cussing an employee out for not clocking in/out properly. So unprofessional.. Im thinking I need to find a different dealership. Unfortunate, because my experiences in the past have been mostly positive.

I purchased an Audio A7 from Pacific Audi, and I need to write to give them (and in particular their salesman, Jake Fowler) two huge thumbs up! I was an online shopper looking for the best deal on a new car with the exact feature set I wanted. I contacted Pacific and spoke with Jake about a car that fit the bill I had seen on their website. I gave him a competitors price. He made everything so quick and easy. He beat the price, and since I was from out of the area and had to travel there to pick it up, he had all the paperwork ready and waiting for me and coordinated a great tint job.This guy was helpful through and through, the best customer service and best experience Ive ever had purchasing am automobile and have purchased about 9 of them through dealerships! Jake loves his job and it shows. I could say he is knowledgeable regarding Audi vehicles, but it is more accurate to say he eats and breathes Audi and its brand!He followed up and was helpful long after the sale. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and the customer service here was beyond great!!! Gino Gonzalez was my sales person. He was very polite, courteous, knowledgeable and just an all around great guy. When I got there it was close to closing but Gino and the rest of the staff there didnt mind staying past closing to close my deal. The used car manager Mike was flexible and worked with me to receive what I believe was a great deal. Everyone was so accommodating and my car buying experience was very easy and pleasant. Francisco was really great. He took care of me quickly and efficiently, which I appreciated as time is money for me as well as for you. Also the sales service agent (sorry-dont remember her name) was really accommodating to me, as I couldnt make the 6pm close time at the service dept for pickup. So they allowed me to pick it up from the sales dept which stayed open later, which again was very helpful.Very professional, very nice-just perfect! Please keep up the good work.

Truly impressed by how warm and welcoming they are. They treated me like family from the moment I walked in. I hadn’t scheduled an appointment for the test drive, so they told me it’d be a short wait. During that wait, someone kept checking in on me and letting me know they were trying to find a rep. who was free to help me out.Joby was very friendly, and although he had barely been working there for less than three days, he was knowledgeable about the cars and the features that were important to me. The Customer Service at this place is unreal. Setting up service appointments is super simple, as soon as you arrive they get you going, you get text updates and a video report as it is going, and then you get a final report as to how each element of your car is holding up. I’m just a little overwhelmed at how wonderful the experience was - coming from only having GMC products the majority of my life and feeling ripped off every time I had to take my car in and getting no explanations or details as to why I had to drop 4 figures every time I took the car in for even just a simple oil and filter change. We had a wonderful experience with Lina Martin at Audi Pacific in Hawthorne Blvd. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a salesperson. After we expressed our interest in Q7 and all the packages that we wanted in our new car, Lina took us on a test drive. She was so friendly and helpful from start to finish. We had a 17 month old son with us and it was not easy to shop for a car with a baby. Lina was extremely considerate and provided snacks for my child and made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend her to my close friends and family!

We chose an A6 with the help of Evan Bolton who was very patient, open to discussing our other alternatives openly without pressure, honest, and very thorough in explaining the features and characteristics of the car through test drives of 4 different cars including an S4 and 3 A6s narrowing to the model and color we bought. He was also very thorough yet vigilant of our patience or schedule when we picked up the car, helping us set things up to our liking.
