I ordered correctly. Paid $27 shipping and received wrong part. The company told me their database indicates a size of 300mm (disc brake) when everywhere else INCLUDING their website says 276mm for a 2015 Cruze LT I-4. I had to buy new parts elsewhere to finish job.UPDATED:Carparts.com have issued a full refund and sent a paid shipping return label.

I order a lot of parts through carparts.com! Never have I had this many problems then Ive had these last two orders. Ordered first one did not show up until 3 weeks after it delivery date so I ordered a new one to replace it so I could get my vehicle back on the road the 2 days after I ordered the replacement the first one showed up. The first one was stuck in Perrysburg Ohio for three weeks just sitting in a FedEx trailer not being unloaded! Put the first one on my vehicle then 3 1/2 Weeks Later the second one showed up also stuck in Perrysburg for three weeks! In my honest opinion I believe carparts.com needs to relinquish their ties with FedEx! I have heard so many bad things about their service! And I have had 2 deal with it personally myself
My order was damaged during shipping. I called CarParts and within a few days, I received a replacement order free of charge.
I shop around for deals on auto parts every week. Been slowly repairing a vehicle paycheck by paycheck and deal with numerous car part providers. CarParts.com had the best price in my particular part this time around. They had my package sent in no time. Fedex dropped the ball on delivery but parts all fit and operate as intended. Ordered A/C compressor kit for Chevy truck, the compressor was different. Had a plug on the back that mine did not, I called to ask a tech if it would work on mt truck. They had to put a request in for tech to call me. Its been 6 days and I have not heard back from them . So am sending parts back, will get from another parts store. There should be a number to call for tech questions .
The price of the parts are affordable, the shipping charges are ridiculous, for a very poorly shipping time.Knowing your carrier is taking to long to deliver you should look for a solution to your costumers, since we already paying a higher cost on shipping than the car parts itself.

Buyer Beware!!! Ill try to be brief. On 08/02/2021 I ordered a Monroe shock conversion kit from Carparts.com. A week later (8/6-9/2021) I received a single shock (No Kit).Later I contacted Carparts via email & phone and was told that the Kit was on back order and a replacement part would be sent in Sept 2021. Eventually, I received a NTK O2 sensor - NOT even close to what I ordered. I contacted the company again a was assured that the problem would be corrected. The customer service rep told me that there were 3 kits in stock and that she would send it out.Around 09/23/2021 I received a small envelope (Nope-Not Kit I ordered 7 weeks prior). It contained another NTK O2 sensor for God knows what!!Today (10/12/2021) I contacted Carparts.com a third time. I spoke with a supervisor and at the end of the call the best they were willing to do is refund my money and offer me 20% off my next purchase. The same 20% off offer that shows up in my email from time to time from them.Bottom line, A better company would have offered to give me a equivalent replacement item (Arrnot conversion kit) or a full refund and still send out the original order on them for the inconvenience. Carparts.com is not a better company.
Excellent customer service on all fronts. All parts shipped on time. One of the parts, a Crown rear bumper for my 2001 Jeep Cherokee had several defects and some damage that were noticed after receipt. Carparts.com reviewed the photos and promptly authorized a full refund for the part, the taxes and shipping cost.
Terrible experience! Was supposed to receive my part within 3 days. 11 days and multiple emails to customer support later it showed up. They were supposed to issue a credit back to my account. Nothing and now I have to send the part back after it was lost by fed-ex before I can get my refund. Hopefully I see my money returned before I’m dead.

So far okay. Just started ordering over the past couple weeks. Some prices for parts are good, some are a little more expensive for the same parts with someone else. I usually like to keep orders together it is easier to track. Parts seem good. Trying to buy GM Parts at least. There have been a few items I needed they did not carry. But there is always someone somewhere that have what you need. The car im working on is 20 years old so I understand not everything will be available. One item I did order, rt and lt rear tail lights, one was missing a part. I called and they credited my account appropriately. Very satisfied.

I really appreciate the competitive prices, I would like to see a pre order option with a estimate date of the parts, instead of notify me when its available again. I dont want 9 to be made and I am 10th to get back then notifications go out, I much rather a here is place in line and give it away rather than, hey new lane opens up everyone go feeling. The customer support team delivered big for me with a shipping blunder that came with city zip issue in the home top left page carrying over with a auto correct billing street address. They were very helpful. Overall I received everything with a fair reasonable price that I ordered but it could be even better.
Actually like the company, they shipped as promised. Parts are not arriving as I am being notified, but that is due to FedEx. Had a delivery that was supposed to be here on Saturday and I received a message that FedEx couldnt locate my address, yet they found me Thursday and dropped parts off. I will use carparts.com again, hopefully they will change the delivery company.

Parts were affordable on carparts versus what advance and autozone were charging. The only thing is the shipping. I was supposed to have all my parts by tuesday (ordered on a friday), its been delayed. The parts I bought were in stock in different warehouses, so there will be different arival dates. Isnt convenient, especially when the repairs are urgent and being charged $40 for shipping.

Vehicle parts Perfect fit and the part price is fair.However I cant stand paying for shipping and handling charges, when you can go on other vehicle parts sites and shipping is free and there is No handling fee. I think CarParts can do better than that. CarParts do have outstanding customers service. If shipping was free I know I would get more items, and I would give you guys 5 stars...

I will not do business with this company again. I ordered a part from them and customer service did not tell me the part was on back order. They sent me two different emails after they took my money changing the delivery date. I called customer service a week after I ordered it and they told me it would be at least twenty two more days before I got the part. I then told them to cancel my order. Thats been two weeks ago and I have called them five times since and customer service keeps telling me my cancelation is under review. Still have not got my money back.

Poor experience - never again. I ordered a coolant tank for a Dodge truck and the sent me a headlight for a Lincoln. Their representative automatically thought it was my fault and was being difficult until he showed that it was their fault. They sent me a shipping label for the return which I used promptly ship it back. I tracked it and saw that they received it but never heard anything from them. When I called they said they missed it and I would need to wait another week or so for my refund. Three weeks to close the issue and I had to order the part from someone else (got the right part in two days from Rockauto)
