Brought in my Asus tap let/ computer with a cracked screen. I didnt think it could be fixed or that it was going to cost me $$$. He managed to fix it and it works like I first got, touch screen fixed and all, plus it was very reasonably priced. Thank you, very satisfied, highly recommended

They took my Samsung Galaxy S7 said they would only charge $150 for an overnight fix on just a cracked screen and without permission and it up taking it all the way to Westlake Village for another place to repair it took one week then took another week and when I got my phone back they charged another hundred dollars so it was $250 and my phone was full of counterfeit parts and did no longer work then I had to wait another week to get my money back and picked up my 650$ phone that Richard called my souvenir since it didnt work anymore. I had to buy a new phone I even had the Geek Squad at Samsung check my phone it literally had counterfeit Parts in it the grill was missing on a brand new S7 they ruined my phone this is the worst place I have ever had to deal with and I would not recommend anybody going there
