If you are old & cant go up stairs have your stuff shipped somewhere else, cause this place is in an older building and doesnt have an elevator.I wish I couldve gotten the nice young man to come down and get my phone to scan the delivery code but...oh well. Everything else was good, check the hours an youll be fine.

I had an iPhone X cracked back glass and other places wanted over $250 to fix it and I wouldn’t get it back for 2-3 days. At iRepair it’s a better deal and it was fixed within 2 hours!

Not too sure what to say, the gentleman was friendly and accommodating at first, he replaced my cracked screen but I couldn’t put in my code to turn on the phone, then he said he has to change the screen again. I can see why he wasn’t happy about that. the second screen is on, it’s not sitting completely flush, and also two of the corners of the frame have been mishandled, and damaged. This is what I get for going to a place that’s not familiar. Also vibrate isnt working.Do not take a chance with this place.(had to revise, as the voice command is not perfect.)Im trying to respond to the Owners response below but somehow unable to. So I reply as a continuation to my earlier comment here. Yes, I appreciated that a second screen was put on to make the phone functional. There was nothing visibly wrong with the phone except the broken glass. Of course, I wanted my phone to become functional. I was asked not to watch which is ok. But the results were unfortunate. Now, I have a phone with a second screen as noted above, and it does not sit perfectly on the frame. Two corners of the frame have been damaged with a prying tool, which was not the case after the first screen was replaced. I have to file off the burrs in order not to get scratched on them. And vibrate no longer functions. This is the first review I have ever posted about anything. I was upset enough to do this. I know that the phones special protective case that works with multiple lenses has had better days, but the phone was in perfectly good physical condition. Yes, Im upset because I dont think the damage to the frame can be repaired.

We showed up early on a Saturday morning and was in and out within about 5 minutes. The phone with badly broken screen now looks brand new again. Excellent workmanship! Will highly recommend this place to others who need screen repairs.

Friendly helpful and quick service good price

After three years of having my iPhone 8+ and not breaking the screen that whole time, it finally happened. Although I had dropped my phone many times during the three years, it never broke until it finally did. I went here to get my screen replaced and everything went fine. Two days later my phone (in its case) fell about 6 inches into my kitchen sink onto the grid (that softens the fall). It fell softly and like I said, only 6 inches. My husband was there and both of us were very shocked that the phone screen had broken from that non significant, soft fall. Of course it was not happy as I had just replaced my screen two days before, so I called to see that kind of warranty they had. I explained what happened and was hoping he would just charge me the cost of the glass and replace it for me as that’s what I would have done if it were my business but to my surprise and dismay, he would not. He offered my 10% off which would have been $8 off but I was not happy. I do not recommend this place to replace your glass because obviously there is a quality issue as my phone should not have broken that easily (barely any impact on the phone). As a business owner, I would have definitely handled this situation better to keep customers coming back but this business owner was unaccommodating and just plain greedy. I do not recommend this place as the quality of glass is no good and the owner will not work with you.

Jason was so nice! He completed the job of replacing my cracked iPhone screen in a timely manner. He can do the job while you wait which is nice! He is fast and efficient. He also runs specials on groupon I think, so look out for those. Also keeps magazines in the waiting area because when you dont have your phone on you youll need something to entertain yourself.

They have the prices online for repair cost. I called the shop and he wanted to charge me double of what was advertised. The guy on the phone didnt want to honor the price that is on their own website. That is not honest business. I would stay away from these people.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star ...It started when we asked him to replace cracked ipad screen .. he left cracked glass inside and the new screen didnt work and after few days it went out from the ipad body and when we asked him to fix it he caused damage to the bottom and we had to fix it again in another placeNot only non professional but also he is away from the customer service basics .. and bad way of talkingReally disappointed !!!
