People here at the Torrance store are Great! Very consciences and patient. All was explained and I left a happy camper. Ive been with T-mobile for 15 years and dont plan to change.
Sprint is now a part of T-Mobile and this store is very good at helping both sides of the company. Theyre managing capacity at the store which I respect. Along with how often theyre cleaning their surfaces, I feel safe while Im in the store. The mobile experts are knowledgeable and patient. Plus this location fixes phones if you were/are a part of Sprint and youve got their insurance.
Great customer service and very helpful...
The young person was very helpful and knowledgeable. Going back with family to get them phone service as well.
I was referred to this location to have my iphone screen replaced in December 2020. Not even 3 months later, the screen began malfunctioning. I returned to the store hoping for a cost free fix since their staff were the last to repair the phone - my request was denied. Though the team attempted to help the best options they offered all required me to spend more money on a problem that shouldve been resolved on the first visit in December. Needless to say, I would not recommend bringing your phone to this location for poor repairs. Youre much better off going to a iphone screen repair shop; they provide much better warranties and stand behind the work they do. Also, be prepared for long wait times of 30mins to an hour whether you have a scheduled appointment or not. No offense to the staff, they were okay and mostly trying to do their jobs, but I expected better support and service.
I went in right now to try to see how do I get a replacement on my screen protector the associate Michelle was rude. I asked her that i was with sprint that I need a replacement. She said that she didn’t know about the replacement with sprint. I kept telling her i got it at this store. Finally, I said can’t you look up my acct which I thought why didn’t she ask me that to begin with? She got a phone call on her cell phone and answered it. I find that very rude, she didn’t say anything excuse me kept looking at her phone. I won’t be coming here anymore this place has given me so many issues before.
**Dont Go**Team was very rude, I ported in to Sprint from ATT, customer care over call was trying to port and wasnt able to successfully complete it, they have asked me to go to a store to complete the porting but by that time I have lost the connection with ATT.Waited there for 35 min even after the appointment time, they were very rude not at all customer friendly, after waiting in the store for 20 min (35+20) they told me they dont have a sim. I had to rush into another store since I dont have any network coverage for half day. They were all just standing in there telling everyone that wait time is for 1 hour and I barely see anyone in the store.
I went into the store having ridiculous issues with my phone bill. Even walking into the store I was pretty upset, but one of the employees, Jorge, was super helpful. He explained why there may have been a mistake or misunderstanding, and helped me resolve the issues. I’ll definitely be going back to this location for any future inquiries!
MlJorge was so amazing and very helpful. He is a fantastic asset to this company!
Always willing to help.. I Appreciate Associates at this store.. Above and Beyond Attitude.. Very refreshing these days.. Customer service FOCUSED...
I’ve been with Sprint for over 20 years and I always go to this store for service and help because they have outstanding customer service. I pass by at least 3 other Sprint stores to get here because the others I’ve tried have ranged from disinterested to rude. But they have been exceptionally helpful in this store every time I’ve been here. The best customer service On a regular basis in any industry I’ve ever experienced . Kudos to the staff and manager here.
Said it closes at 7 on Google, rushed me out at 6 after I struggled to get in since Im disabled. Update your hours!!
I was misled on a apple watch they told me that the watch was on promotion for 99.99 and when I got the bill I was charged $ 399.99I have tryed to fix this problem for 4 months so far no results sales person was EricaIm very disappointed5/18/2021Thank you Marcus, the problem has been resolved
Changed phones had to get a new SIM card. Took care of it quickly and efficiently. Jerry took care of everything. Friday at 230pm was a good time to come in more service reps than customers
Yesterday Ray and a technician (I dont know his name) did the great job by helping me with my phone repair. Thank you very much, Gentlemen!
Very long wait times. I waited for 3 hours to be helped only to be told that the service was down. Friendly staff but very inefficient.
Alex was really helpful and pleasant.
Excellent service from the workers and they were very courteous!
I couldn’t agreed more with Tom Penland on his experience with sprint, i being a customer for a while and when I came to pay off the last charges of my contact, they offered me a deal that me as a single struggling mom, found the deal good for my budget, but my first bill was outrageous and I thought because first time of my new plan would be high, but the sales rep promised me that the monthly payment will be what I sign in for, he gave me his word and I spent my whole day off in the store waiting for him to close the deal, he also said if my first bill was outrageously high to come to him only so he can fix it . I thought he was a good person for trying hard to help me, i came to the store to dispute the bill and my outrageous monthly payments, but nobody seemed to know what I was talking about, so I left mad and stressed out because that wasn’t the first time they do that, i went back the next month and the manager told me that the rep that sold me the plan was fired for reasons you can imagine, they promised me 80 dollars back credit in 14 days and lower my bill to the closest amount that the rep promised me, I wasn’t happy and I was so stressed out that I took the offer she promised, which I signed for it even though it wasn’t fair I have to pay for the rep bad service and lies. Until this day there is no credit and my bill is higher than ever, and I can’t afford to pay it so I ask for extension to pay and they need 30%of the bill amount to give me extension, is so sad that I being a customer for a long time and have paid outrageous bills that are not accurate and didn’t complain because my health is in jeopardy every time I call customer service to help me.
This a repair store verses a franchise. Service was excellent. I set up an appointment and was waited on within 30mins. Problem was solved. Ive been with Sprint since 2001. Great service and programs.
Went in to service a phone and when I left I realized that I had left my sunglasses on the waiting table. Called the store 10 mins after leaving to inquire and the manager seemed reluctant to assist in any way. I asked if they could at least check their cameras to see if maybe someone grabbed them, she refused. Emailed the manager asking for help and no response. I guess this store doesnt see me as the valued customer that they often claim me to be.
Fixed my screen great for 30 bucks but kinda took a long time
Awesome experience getting a phone activated that I purchased from an individual!
DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY. THEY WILL TELL YOU ONE THING WITH A BIG SMILE WHILE THEY ARE HAVING YOU SIGN SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!!!! AND THEY ARE AMAZINGLY POLITE ABOUT SCREWING YOU. THEY MUST BE TRAINED IN THIS SKILL. WHEN YOU GET YOUR NEXT BILL, IT WILL BE MORE. MINE WAS $100 MORE. WHEN I WENT BACK IN I WAS TOLD, IT IS BEYOND THE 14 DAY (OF COURSE THE BILLING CYCLE IS 30 DAYS) RETURN PERIOD. THEN YOU WILL EITHER PAY PENALTIES TO CANCEL, YOU WILL BATTLE EVERY SINGLE MONTH COSTING YOU HOURS OR YOU WILL SUCCUMB AND NOW PAY THE HIGHER AMOUNT FROM NOW ON. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SCAMMING TEAM OR STORE TO ANYONE. BEWARE.
Repeatedly pressed to purchase accessories and devices I clearly said I didnt want. After holding my ground I was told that the phone I came in 30 minutes before to upgrade to was no longer in stock. I was told that I could purchase the phone and that it was in stock but after not wanting to buy an iPad or an apple watch the phone was no longer in stock....
I should have read the reviews before going here. My friend needed help activating his SIM card - a simple task. Wait time was long (1hr), despite multiple workers. Finally my friends turn, worker gave him a new SIM card & then dismissed my friend. We couldnt activate it by calling because a password was needed that my friend couldnt provide. Asked the same worker for help again but he responded annoyed saying its really easy, just call this number & walked away again - did not care to listen to our real issue. I even saw a him talk to another worker & the manager didnt step in to help. If its really easy then give us 5 min out of the hour we were waiting to help us out. I was extremely angry, my friend just gave up & said hell go somewhere else another day. This happened 2 hours before closing on September 21st, 2018, havent had the chance to write this till now, but I hope things have changed.
We had a poor customer service experience here recently. We were unhappy with the Apple Watch 5 and needed to return it. We called customer service and the gentleman told us to return it at the store location on Hawthorne Blvd in Torrance, CA. We went to the store and were immediately told by the first person that helped us that they cannot accept the return and that I needed to return to the website. I told them I was specifically directed to this store for the return by support. Then he said “I have to ask my mananger” and the manager on duty at the time, a heavy set woman who was there at about 6:30 pm 9/25 did not even greet us, she told us she can’t accept the return and was very grim and unfriendly.I explained once again that we were directed to return the watch by phone support and she relented saying fine I will try to return it but the system might not let me. What type of service is that? This manager was unfriendly to us, didn’t want to help us and made it clear we were bothering her. She is very unprofessional and needs further coaching in how to treat customers.
Incredibly low level of customer service. They get the job done, but in an arduous and non-fun way. What could be so easy and pleasant is difficult and unpleasant
This is my 3rd time here for something i thought was going to be easy to take care of. but it seems that since pulling teeth is not my specialty it requires multiple visits to return a phone. can anybody tell me how to give less than one star
I had a problem restoring a phone; the button was disabled so I was sent by the South Bay Galleria Sprint here because this location has technicians.Pretty fast service, a 10 minute wait, except I didnt receive any service at all! The technician took less than a minute to tell me they couldnt do anything about it and that the phone was useless because it couldnt be activated by anyone.I went home, looked on YouTube, and had my phone restored within 5 minutes.
Terrible Service, Dont waste your time. Everyone working here should be fired
DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR PHONE WITHOUT BACKING UP YOUR PICS AND CONTACTS on a cloud service.Three week old Galaxy S9 phone that has been constantly bouncing from LTE to roaming, to no service at all. Went into to the store to see what could be done. Sales rep said they would have to factory reset the phone because it might be a software issue. I said Ill need to back up my contacts and pics to the SD card. I asked if after it was reset the files would be accessible from the encrypted SD card (which had been encrypted by the same device)Sales rep said it should be fine. After reset. the SD card can not be decrypted. Lost all my pictures and contacts. DID NOT FIX the original issue. and now my SD card is trash. Spoke to their manager and all he said was they would have to send the phone to Samsung to be fixed. Would take two weeks. No loaner phone, wouldnt exchange the phone or anything else.
They are slow and usually dont know what they are doing. Every time I come in for help the customer service person does not know what he/she is talking about. It looks like more training is needed. This is a very unprofessional location.
Oh my God I was think I gonna have good experienceBut when I met sales person and give me an offer and run my credit then they told me we cant do that dealHey guys I didnt asked for that deal you offered that, the answer is sorry he is in training sales personHow can I trust in any word in this placeTheyBy the way my credit was 780But the deal they offered me was ended one week beforeShame on you allNo sprint, no that place forever
Went in today because of a problem I was having with my Samsung Galaxy S6. I was greeted as I walked in and was provided assistance right away. I did need to leave my phone for an hour and a half but they got the job done. Now my phone is functioning properly. I am very happy with the service and efficiency I received at this store. :)
I spent 2.5 hours with the service agent (and waited 30 minutes, so 3 hours) and most of the time he kept stopping to deal with other customers or other service agent requests. Although my issue wasnt at all simple it could have been handled in half the time. During this time another entitled customer tried to cut in front of other customers as well as interrupt my time with the service agent which (the agent never asserted himself) eventually led to a verbal confrontation. This was simply one of the worst Sprint store experiences Ive ever had. This store need more service agents to handle the demand as well as better leadership. This was a terrible experience and I would never go back to this store.
I came to this store 3 times over the past week. First was to ask about getting my phone repaired that the ear speaker is not working, the young lady at the front counter told me that the repairs are not covered and asked me to wait for 1 hour and a half to see the repair technician. I didnt not say and called the 800 to get helped and found out that my repairs are in fact covered under my protection plan. I reschedule another appointment to get my phone fixed for today. Unfortunately now my phone screen broke and REALLY needs to get replaced. Once I came in to the store after making an appointment for 3:30 pm I was not helped until 4:15 yet other people who were walk-ins where helped right away. Once I was finally helped they told me that they can not repair my phone because they dont have the replacement part for my phone and suggested I got to another sprint location and see if they might have the part. I asked the guy cant he just call and ask? To my surprise he said no he can not call. I asked him to give me the phone number and he said he does not know it I asked for the address and that too he said he does not have that information. I pulled out my tablet and did a Google Maps search myself and got the number and address. Very shocked at the poor quality of service this place provide to me not just once but each of the 3 times I visited.
This is the worst store employees have no clue what they are talking about. They gave me one price and the next month I was billed a completely different price $100 over what was discussed when I went in no one knew how to fix it manager said he would look in to it and call me back. I never received a call back. This place has the longest wait times, I have waited ther up to an 1hour just for my name to be called ended up being at the store almost three hours for nothing to be done.
If you dont have a appointment please dont make the mistake I did and make yourself look un educated. This sprint store is smack dab in the middle of Torrance next to every major business and mall you can think of. Think of working with people who are mean to you because they did something to their phones or unfortunately something happen to them. If you make no appointment you have to give these guys the benefit of doubt. I was rude because I made no appointment and it states that you can just walk in without an appointment if you have insurance. It doesnt tell you theirs a line ahead of you and youre in one of the busiest cities lol, doesnt help at all. They work really hard at this store. People were being rude just like me and they staff was professionally trained to take it. Surprisingly I had about 15 people ahead of me and I was in and out in less than 25 mins dropping off and picking up my phone. The associate I was rude to I believe he was the Manager a Black man with an english accent I want to say I would like to offer a apology and thank you for being the professional you are. This whole store needs a raise with all the traffic coming in and out and people being crazy with their phones. I was one of them and I witnessed it but the staff put it out like a wildfire Im impressed. Phone works perfectly couldnt ask for anything else. Thank you Torrance sprint staff !
Awful! The reviews are true! Customer service is a joke. Ill prob change back to verizon since I was treated the same but at least had better service.
Ive had a lousy experience but today they really stepped it up and I was in and out in hour while it was super busy. Ask for Jason Price and hell make sure to help you as best he can.
Best customer service of any sprint Ive been to. The wait is a bit long but they get it done. I recommend asking for Chris.
This store is staffed entirely by mental regards. Wait times are terrible. The is no management capable of efficiently managing this place staffed completely by millennial snowflakes.
This place is rude they say something but when time comes to do they say no sorry!
Always a wait, even when you have an appointment. When leasing a new phone the employee told me I qualified for a free LG tablet. I later found out that the tablet has a damn two year contract that Sprint wont let me out of.
Waited 45 minutes while being first in line (first in line because I had an appointment). No one left the store during this time...meaning not a single customer was processed within those 45 minutes. Also, there was no designated greeter, so people working with customers would leave their customer to sign in new arrivals into the wait queue.
The worst of the worst customer service ever! I was sing in and I was told it will only be a few minutes, I waited over an hour and the manager wasnt helping other customers, he look like he was browsing and avoided any contact with any client! Too bad I still have a contract... Going to the DMV is probably more pleasant than going to sprint store!
Never ever take any service from Sprint. I brought a samsung galaxy s6 edge on lease and after a month, the phone not functioning and the battery is not getting charged. Sprint denied me to fix the phone as I have not brought any insurance from the on the phone. what kind of service they are offering the phone they offer is not working after a month and they should take care of it.
How is location even certified by sprint? I went in there today and they were beyond incompetent. There were more employees than customers yet no one seemed to be getting helped, the displays were dirty and falling apart, and music was playing at unreasonably loud level. After being told my wait should be 5-10 minutes I waited 20+ minutes while employees stood around talking to each other but not helping anyone only to be told this location could not help me with any of my issues. How is this location a certified Sprint service and repair location? They were unable to provide even the most basic phone maintenance or repair, they didnt even have replacement batteries for the galaxy s line of phones available ( which I purchased from this location).
I saw the offer online at your website regarding $350 off on iPhone X if you switch to Sprint with no-trade in required. To confirm and avail this offer I went to Sprint store at 21017 Hawthorne Blvd, Torrance, CA 90503. The sales rep Joshtold me that the offer is applicable only if you trade-in your old iphone irrepective of porting to Sprint. I trusted hiswords and bought the phone and ported my number from T-Mobile to Sprint and gave my old iPhone 6. Upon investigating more onthis offer I came to know that the trade-in was not at all neccessary a I was porting my number to Sprint. It was a poorexperience for me joining Sprint and I feel cheated.
Very nice staff but they couldnt solve my problem.
Just like everyone else says. Their rude and dont care about your issues. They just want to get back to messing around with their coworkers. Super crazy that a corporate store operates like this. I also switched from Verizon because of a lot lower monthly bill and Ive had nothing but issues. Cant receive calls or texts and they cant figure out why that is. Sprint is by far the worst cell provider Ive ever been with.
Great service even under pressure. Phone is answered fast, not the usual 50 rings then picked up.
Thanks so much for all your help guys i love my new phone. i love my bill even more what a deal . thanks so much
Fixed my phone fast amd cheap.
This place is horrible. Went there on Monday to purchase the phone, I was bother to this young Hispanic girl, flat personality, interested more in her heir, swing back and forth, dont know what she was doing, no training at all in customer service, manager Gilbert came over because she screwed up application on computer. MANAGER Gilbert has no interest to say Hi to new customersTelling her what she did wrong on computer ( while she yelled at him ohh come on Gilbert) Thats sprint customer serviceWasted 1 hour of my time and walk out disgusted at sprint. No phone.Went to the AT&T store (PCH & Hawthorne) got new iPhone 7 in a 25 minSprint customer SUPPORT is in Philippines No customer support in the USA. Shame shame shame
Employees are very nice it does take a long time there to be seen.
The Customer service experience here is awful.
Network not built for business or modern life. No data ! voice at same time/multi-tasking.
Always in and out. Been shopping there for 5 years and they never miss a beat.
Worst ever!!! Dont unless absolutely have to go to this store. The waiting horrible, even if u make an appointment, it doesnt matter. They follow procedures the first time and once they screw that up then you playing the waiting game. Been to this store 3 times for the same problem nothin has been fixed, and i have insurance on the phone but still no solution. Going for a fourth time and they better fox it this time, or i will raise all hell!!!!!
Excellent customer service. David Webb was very courteous and helpful.
Went to the store the other day for a minor thing. Spent 90 (!) minutes waiting to be called... With 8 stations, only 2 were functioning as the Sprint store employees kept cruising instead of assisting many angry customers. The worst service and the store! Skip this store if you can... youll save yourself a lot of headache!!!
Really bad costumer service, specifically the wait.. they are really slow. Been to the store twice and the wait was more than 2 hours both times. They also forgot to order a phone to replace mine cuz my cam stop working.. is been two weeks and havent get my phone yet... worst store ever
Seem like they do not care that alot of people are waiting. One minute they seem busy, the next min they are distracted. The short of the long story is that i dont understand their system of customer service.
The worst service is probable an understatement! My 1 week old LG G3 has a camera problem, so I went into the store they checked the phone and told me that it is rooted. I know its not. I even bet him $100 cash if he can proof it right then and there he refused. When I ask him for a business card to file a complain he refused to give me his name or a card. Also, when I entered the store there where maybe 3 customers in there when he came to the front from the back burped loudly and then asking me with a smiling face what he can do for me - disgusting! After I went to a 2nd store they confirmed the phone was not rooted!
They keep you on line fir over 10mins until you hang up and call back.and ack like they didnt do it on purpose. So i went in tp the store and i called as i was in the store. That put me on hold and instead of checking on what i call about, they just kicked back and started talking to each other. Keeping me on hold on purpose. As i watch them.make fun of me being on hold agin .so i tolled them i was going to report them they thought it was funny.
Muhammad was not very helpfull lacking Customer Service skills.
I had a little confusion with sprint when I called the corportate website number so I went in to this store. These guys got me setup, made sure coorporate was in line with what they were doing for me. They got my phone for me, delt with my trade in. And they gave me a serious hookup on some peripherals I needed. They were super freindly and knowledgable. I honestly have never been treated so well in regards to any phone service company. They were stinkin awesome. I pretty much will only go there from here on out.
Spoke to David over the phone and he was very polite and helpful.
Worst experience, Waited for 90 mins. for them to tell me in 2 mins they couldnt fix my phone but I could upgrade, or pay insurance co-pay, Called Apple support and they fixed the issure within 5 mins....WTH Sprint,
Employees extremely busy with several concurrent promos.Jose, nametag stated Assistant Manager, for the Hawthorne Store was soooo patience with me a typical woman. Everytime I said no Jose would take the time to figure what products I would be interested in. Actually personally demonstrated several new products for me. He spent over 2 1/2 hours with me while I made my selections.Jose went waaay above and beyond in Customer Service.I have recommended the store to 2 of my family/friends to go to for service and sales.
I wish I could give it lower then one star. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I came in with two phones one of them to upgrade and then switch a number. The sales rep was clueless and incompetent to the point of disbelief. The assistant Sales Manager only came over to cover the sales rep and knew just as little. 7 hours after my upgrade I had to return the device lost the original phone number for my business for a day and the other phone no longer worked. Theres so many other stores. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, PATIENCE
I hate to write this because I had so much faith with these people as they acted so helpful and friendly, but my patience has run completely dry as I have never experienced such incompetence in my entire life.TL;DR: Its been 3 weeks and I still dont have my phone. They wont provide me with a tracking number, they dont ever call you back, they mislead, theyre supremely incompetent. Super disappointed. Seem like good, friendly people though, and thats a darn shame.Came in May 14th (a Saturday) with my father wanting to upgrade my phone to an LG G5. Was serviced by David after about a 20 minute wait. Father wanted to take advantage of the BOGO free sale going on with LG G5. We took advantage of that sale as he also wanted a new phone. However, I am currently living in TX and would only be in CA for another week. David assured me that it only takes roughly 3-5 business days to arrive. Just in case, I had asked for the phone to be shipped to my home in TX. He said it was no problem, confirmed my address in TX, and finalized everything. Everything seemed simple enough; simple transaction, helpful attitude, and whatnot.Arrived to my house in TX on May 21st (a Saturday). No phone. Id like to think I am a somewhat patient person, more so with those who are friendly as I also work in the customer/patient service industry. It could be the carriers fault, you know? Patience, Morgan. Decided to wait.... and wait.... and wait...Finally, on May 27th (a Friday), I decided to inquire on the status of my order. Some Asian guy picked up the phone stating to me that I did NOT have ANY pending orders on my account (granted, he said his prior to even asking about my account phone number or anything). Thats when all the red flags came up for me. After conversing and confirming that I should NOT be receiving any return box as I should only be receiving an order for a pink LG G5 + being on hold for 20+ minutes, this guy swore hed call me back with an update in 30 minutes to an hour. I never received a call back.On May 30th (a Monday), I called asking for David to get a update on my order, ultimately concerned that there was no order on my account. He assured that my order had arrived on Friday, the 27th (Yes, the Friday that the guy told me there was no order received or logged in my account at all), and that it should be at my residence no later than Thursday (June 2nd) as the phone was apparently on back-order due to the color chosen. Fair. Back-orders happen. This wouldve been fine if they had just called me about the back-order, they neglected to update me on any changes. Do not quote someone 3-5 days if the color is known to be back-ordered. A bit misleading.Today, June 2nd, still no phone. Called again to get a tracking number. Spoke with David again. I gave him my e-mail, then he said that it should arrive in about 5 minutes. About an hour had gone by. Called again saying how I did not get an e-mail (still havent at approximately 11:40 PM CT by the way) of my tracking number and would like to just had it read to me so I can track it myself. David was done for the day so another young lady put me on hold to see if she could help/contact David I guess? Was on hold for 30... freaking... minutes until some other man picked up the phone saying that he had to contact someone else for my tracking number and that he needed 10-15 minutes to receive that information, but hed absolutely call me back. It has been 2 hours. Again, I dont think this same guy ever asked or confirmed my account information unless he talked to David about it, which I doubt at this point. So far, no call back, no tracking number, no phone.Unless you want endless headaches and sugar-coated lies, Id avoid this place and go somewhere else entirely (Best Buy, another Sprint store, online...). They are friendly up front, sure. If you want something simple done (I assumed shipping a phone from one place to another was simple but I guess not), like pay a bill or something that doesnt take more than one step, go here.
Always helpful and friendly.
Been a Nextel/sprint customer for 25yrs. Always great service but when did getting a phone become more time consuming then buying a car?
TLDR - I would drive 20 miles to a different store before I ever come back to here again.I am not one to take internet reviews at face value, but theyve earned their below 2 star rating. My phone stopped working and as I have insurance through Sprint on my phone I brought it in for their technician to look at as it was under warranty. The retail consultants were friendly while a little less knowledgeable then I would have expected. Their sales manager (Jorge) on the other hand rubbed me completely the wrong way. Before even looking at my phone, he informed me that I did indeed have insurance, however said that I would have to pay $150 deductible. Or I could buy a new Iphone 6 from them for only $100, the catch is Id have to change my number. Upon inquiring why he said hes got a buddy at Verizon who got these numbers to transfer. This is where it started to seem fishy. The retail consultant gave me the number for their claims provider for a phone insurance claim. After calling and speaking with her she was confused because the sales manager never inspected the phone to see what was wrong, as there was no apparent physical damage. So they started a claim for me but told me to talk again with the manager. At this point he finally takes my phone back to the technician to open up. After a little while he comes back saying the phone is showing signs of water damage. I ask him about any other signs of water damage, as Ive never so much as spilled water on my phone, let alone dropped it in the toilet. I asked him where it could be from, he taunted me back You tell me?. So I gave it back to him and went over to one of the I pads in the corner to see about water damage to I phones.Looking through whatever I could find, I found nothing that placed a water damage indicator in the spot where he showed me, nor did I see any other indicators with signs of water damage (The inlet to the headphone jack & up by the front camera). So I went back to talk with the technician, and the manager followed me back there. I asked the tech about water damage indicators and where they were placed as I couldnt find anything that shows where it was placed. As the manager came up he asked me if I was a technician. I replied with a no to his obviously rhetorical question. The technician kindly pulled out a different Iphone 5 and opened it to show me where the indicator was on that one. It was exactly the same spot as my phone. Their manager had the gaul to taunt me saying If you arent a technicain, dont believe everything you read on the internet. Not everything on google is true. At this point I was done dealing with him, picked up my phone and bid him good day.Drove all the way up to the store in the South Bay Galleria Mall. The Retail consultant there (Joel Marquez) helped me out. He informed me that the only store in the area with a technician on hand was the one here on Hawthorne. This told me that was why this store has such low star ratings as theyre the only ones who can do their tech work. I went ahead an upgraded my phone with Joel and he was helpful in working out all the little details. To sum it up. Im canceling my insurance with sprint as their technical support in my area is a complete waste of money. I spent $264 on insurance over the last 2 years, and when I come to actually use it I need to spend another 150$ for my deductible all to get the same exact phone I already had, which only cost $300 total. Or buy the newest model for $450 as I was due for an upgrade. That made my decision easy. But there was no way I was ever going to buy it from Jorge.Hope this helps somebody, but given that theyre the only store with a technician within a half hour drive from where I live you might be just as helpless as I was.
I called them up asking about their 50% plan, the rep sounded like a machine, I told him I was paying 100$/month w Tmobile for unlimited 4glte on two lines, both my phones paid off Note 4 and Samsung S5. He offered me the same plan, but I would need to upgrade phone, so I would pay 150$/month for same plan for two iphones. Im happy with my current phones, see no justification for the extra cost Sprint is trying to trap Tmobile customers into coverting.
This place does not have knowledgeable staff. They do not help you understand your options because they are unqualified. Every time Ive gone to this store regarding my Iphone they always refer me to the Apple store and its always something I couldve done from home.
Spent over 1 hour to be called and I had an appointment... spent 2 hours for phones to be activated.. told the girl I have AAA so she can put on my account because activation fees are waived...after we went to go eat and my husbands phone was still not active..went back to the store.. handed phone to agent he was walking with it and dropped the phone on the floor... i guess hoping that my husband didnt see.. he didnt say anything.. my husband tells him hey dude the battery cover popped open from when you dropped it... he didnt even say sorry!!!! we requested for a new phone... this is another hour... finally she says ok give it 10 mins.. phone still not active after 10mins... I told my husband maybe over night it will activate... nope, still was not active... he called technical support.. they couldnt help him.. went back to the store... waited 20 mins... yay it finally was active... i called sprint the next day to verify she put AAA on account... nope, she didnt... they said you have to go back to the store so they can add to the account... i went to the store alright.. to give back their phones... I go in to cancel service n the manager (hank) is telling me oh no dont cancel... i will give you a month free...no thank... I ask him if he can possibly waive the restock fee for 2 phones out of 4... he is like no i cant do that... i will b losing money... huh, u were magically going to give me a month free of service but cant help out with restock fee?!?!... please do not go into this store... go to any other sprint store but this one.... Run!!!!
Good service, knowledgeable representative.
Too bad customer service! Impolite attitude.
Very disappointed!, and angry! I took my Samsung phone for technical help and they kept, stole or forgot my extra SD memory with all my pictures and information. I am still trying to recover it. I sent a formal complaint and request an investigation.
Horrible customer service and they supervisor was not helpful at all would not recommend Sprint to nobody go where they treat you nice and have good customer service.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! They lie to make sales. Ive been in Sprint hell for 2 days because a salesman LIED to my face. Go somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Ok thanks for your help
It was easy to order things
Takes forever to be seen despite having about 8 employees working.
The waiting is to long to see a representative and if you not buying something they dont help you as you were buying something
Have to agree with the others horrible customer service wonder if they had those attitudes on there interviews needing a job
Would not recommend
Being waiting here for almost an one hourThey helped four customers so far.. Staffs are terrible here..
