These people are not on the level. I paid good money for a hitbox as a Christmas present. I paid for expedited shipping as well. It still has not arrived, but I got an email requesting a copy of a portion of my account statement to authorize the transaction. THEY ALREADY HAVE MY MONEY AND ARE NOT SHIPPING THE GOODS. I WONDER HOW THE CALIFORNIA A.G. WILL REGARD THIS CONDUCT. I VIEW IT AS FRAUDULENT.All I want is what I paid for. I am not stupid enough to give any part of a bank statement to any third party.

I placed an ordered with this company however the item I received was incorrect. I immediately contacted the seller telling them about the issue. I waited almost 2 weeks till I contacted them again because I understand people get busy. However I was wrong, instead they were just ignoring me because they seem to think they dont make mistakes. Well listen Arcade Shock I paid for an item, I didnt receive the item. Either I will get the item or you will be refunding me what I paid for it.

The employees are super nice and very knowledgeable about the products that they have in stock. They will also allow you to test out the sticks that way you can make the most informed decision. They also carry a variety of fighting game t-shirts, backpack, posters and arcade stick parts and accessories.

Arcade Shock is quite probably the best shop in the United States for imported Japanese arcade parts. If youre a fighting game fan, or serious about your arcade play, you simply cannot beat being able to walk in and get everything you want. I ordered for years from their website, the storefront is like going from the toy catalog to walking into the candy store.
