Went to this place to get the mic replaced on my phone and told me they were gunna let me know when it arrives. They never told me that the part was there and had me waiting for a month. Then took my phone that week just so they can tell me the part is wrong. Tried to get my money back and they refused, I even emailed the owner and still no answer. Yall are better off going somewhere else. This place is garbage.

Had my note 10 plus screen replaced only to notice black dot on the screen the next day. After seeing reviews I thought I would have a bad experience getting screen replaced under warranty. That wasnt the case phone city replaced my screen at no extra charge. Second time going back this year! Thank you Franky and Alecio!

They fixed my I pad and my cracked cell phone. The only problem I have is they had a program that you paid for unlimited phone shields. Then a new owner changed it to an additional 5 dollars. Not cool after I paid for one thing and got a switch a roo.

They were very knowledgeable and accommodating. The techs are certified & fast. The owner works in the Del Amo location & is very friendly. They fixed my shattered iPhone SE screen & tightened a wobbly home button. Prices were lower than other cell repair stores.The other reviewer said they didnt fix it right the first time, but mine was fine.I recommend this place to anyone

0 stars.The manager made a promise he did not honor then insinuated my wife was a liar.He is very unprofessional and rude.I have a S10 with the curved screen and my screen cover was popping up where it contacts my Otterbox case. I explained what was going on and he suggested a screen protector similar to the one I had. I said it would probably do the same thing and he assured me it would not and if it did he would give me a refund. Sure enough, it started doing the same thing and so I brought it back today and he said its because it has a curved edge and I carry it in my pocket so he could not give me a refund.(very rudely)Well if he knew that would be an issue, and I was already having that issue with my original cove, he shouldve warned me in the first place. I couldnt care less about the money, it was his poor customer service and rude attitude that got me to do this review. My wife was with me when I bought it and was witness to what he said. He totally backpedaled on what he said and would not refund my money.

Amazing service, alessio helped me out, got me a new case and a lifetime warranty on a tempered glass, great service. this place is the only place im going to from now on.
