I’m very happy to have shopped with Ase deals, I got my lift quick. Their website had awesome instructions that are improved from that the manufacturer provides with the lift. When the time comes to add a second I’ll be getting it from these guys.

The lift was delivered with in the time frame, it was in very good condition a few scrapes nothing that couldnt be touched up. Had a problem with a cable shive contacted Brian he contacted the manufacturer and with in a day the manufacturer called and the problem was taking care of! To anyone that is thinking of getting this lift (WH9K-DX-XLT 4 Post) It will handle the weight I have a 2001 Ram 3500 quad cab that has been modified ( aux fuel tank 75gal., tool boxes, gooseneck hitch and a front bumper that weights 225#. the lift picked up the truck without a problem with full tanks of fuel. the dual outside tires do hang over the side. No worries!

First of all Brian is GREAT. Very helpful and answered all my questions. I ordered a Titan Scissor Lift. I was almost going to go with the Harbor Freight lift. Its cheaper. Dont buy the Harbor Freight lift. The Titan lift runs circles around it, and it is worth the extra money. The lift was ordered and arrived in a week. Packaging was not damaged at all. I read the directions, and put in the fluid. I love the lift. ASE is a reputable dealer, and Brian is just a nice guy.

I heavily researched the 4 post lifts before I bought, I did have a couple of concerns installing a lift regarding the necessary ceiling heights in a back garage, I ended up rafter tying my ceiling to gain 15 of necessary clearance. I spoke to a couple different companies on lifts, which brands, pros and cons of each. I called Automotive Service Equipment and spoke to Brian Lockhart, this man took the time to happily answer all my questions and provide his expertise on what I was trying to achieve, I was very impressed from the very beginning with Brian.I ultimately purchased the BendPak 9K HD-9ST lift, Brian took the time to tell me exactly what it could do, especially with the air lock system, he made clear to me what came with the lift and what would be extra, like the caster wheel kit, drip trays and jack stand, I purchase all three but Brian didnt try to steer me into the more expensive 6K tray knowing what I was using it for.Brian also took the time to explain how the package was coming and for me to take the time to open it and check for damages since it does come freight, he said he would take care of any damages promptly. Fantastic experience. Brian was super helpful through the whole process. Lift arrived in great condition, with only a few very minor scuffs. One of the Bendpak decals on one of the posts was scuffed, and Brian had Bendpak send me out a new decal right away. My helper was busy the day I was going to do the install, but I was able to unload the trailer and set up the lift all by myself. Highly recommend.

This is an outstanding lift. I use it in my personal garage, but it would be right at home in a professional setting. I know there are lifts that cost less, but do you really want to lift an $18,000 motorcycle on the cheapest you can find?

Ordering the BendPak HD9-XW lift from Brian Lockhart was about as easy as could be.Did it during the holidays (Xmas / New Years), had a few anxious moments. But that was because neither of ABF Freight Tracking programs updated much other than shipped and Its Here.Watch Chappys Garage YouTube video . . . .hard to go wrong putting it together . An engine crane makes it safer and easier moving the heavy pieces, if you do it by yourself as I did. Plus I anchored my lift as I just felt better about doing it that way. All in all a very good experience and I would highly recommend ASE & BendPak to everyone

I contacted ASE to pick their brains about a 4 post lift for my garage. I was lucky enough to speak with Brian who walked me through the different lifts they carry. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and I settled on the 8000 lb. extended length lift. Brian was great, with no pressure and provided me with delivery options. I decided on using the service of Northeast Lift Installers who was recommended by Brian. Dennis from NE Lift took delivery, inspected it, and installed the lift without any issues. The lift was operational in less than a day (install day). I highly recommend ASE if you are interested in any type of lift and recommend you speak with Brian, you wont be disappointed! Even if you are good with a wrench, spend the extra money to have it professionally installed, its well worth it.

My hd-9 lift was delivered in great shape and installed professionally. There was one problem with a zerk fitting that couldn’t be installed but I called ASE and they sent out the zerk fittings to repair the problem. The other thing was that it was missing two sets of drip trays that I ordered with the lift. I called ASE and they said they would check with the transport company to see if it was delivered someplace else or they would send out the sets again if the couldn’t determine the problem. I am very happy with the customer service aspect of the sale also.

I purchased an Atlas BP12000 lbs lift. Shipping was quick. Installation was typical for a 2 post lift. It was missing aT fitting for the hydraulic hoses so I had to have new hose ends installed.It works well 🙂.

Second Bend Pak I have owned. Very cool that they are now available in different colors. I mostly use the lift for storing my Corvettes but it also comes in handy for changing 18 quarts of fluid in my old Trailblazer. I have three other friends who now own Bend Paks after seeing my set up. I am a huge fan of the 120V version for the fact it isn’t always easy to run 220V power in most homes without a ton of cost. Most other dealers don’t even know this is an option. ASE Deals is the most knowledgeable and the best price. Hands down.
