I purchased a car about a year ago from laziest North and I was very happy with the service I received. The sales people are very attentive very personable and help me get into a great vehicle. The great perk with blasius is that you can purchase a package that will cover life time tires, or lifetime oil changes I did both so that I dont have any stress of worrying about paying for tires or oil changes for the life of my vehicle this is an excellent benefit if you keep your vehicle for a long time like I do its not a great benefit if you keep a car for 3 years and then trade it in. They also have a bumper to bumper warranty available I opted not to go with that but I did like the choices available during the purchase process.

We came to this dealer just to look around and Thomas Provits came out to help us, we ended up test driving a car and decided to buy it in the same day! I called Blasius and asked if I could come in and look at a car. They answered immediately and allowed me to come straight in without an appointment. I drove my new (to me) Camaro home the same day. They were straight forward and worked hard to get the vehicle ready the same day. They also took my trade in vehicle and offered a very reasonable price for it. The only issue I had with the car was the cigarette smell from the past owner. Blasius got me straight in for a deep clean of the interior and completely covered it without saying a word. They didn’t even flaunt that they did it for free like a lot of places would. The financing manager was professional and friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. We bought electric vehicle from this guys recently. When the car got delivered there was no charger. I probably would not say a word but I specifically asked if it comes with the charger and the answer was “Yes”. So I called them to ask what happened with the charger? They said:”Each electric car has the charger. It’s inside”. Well probably each vehicle has a charger but not this one. So if you buy something online from them expect not to get what they say. Definitely not a CARVANA. As a business owner I don’t get how can you value you reputation 200$ or less?

Last week I picked up my 2015 Chevy Equinox from Blasius North. I could not have asked for a more pleasant car buying experience. The team at Blasius is not only friendly, but theyre mellow and relaxed in their approach to selling. After a previous, unpleasant experience with another dealership, I was initially dreading going through it all again.Once my husband and I arrived at Blasius North, Carl greeted us and was totally up front about pointing out any blemishes or issues that the cars that we were looking at had. Not only did he show them to us right off the bat, he had them polished and fixed up by the time we picked up the car. The scratch was barely visible when I came back to pick up the car. Carl was friendly, intelligent, interesting and quite comical! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience that we had with him as the salesman working with us.We then met Steve the General Manager, who let us know that the two back tires would need to be changed and that they would handle it free of charge. When we went back to pick up the car, he informed us that he had put four new tires on at no cost to us! He was very friendly and gave us an excellent trade-in deal on my 09 Chevy Aveo.Jeff helped us out with financing and even helped to handle paperwork that I misplaced. He never once gave me a hard time or tried to over-sell anything to me. Although I live in New York, I decided to give it a try.I submitted an inquiry and was immediately contacted by Steven. I had a great experience with this dealership. I had been researching 2017 Kia Sportages on multiple used car websites for over a month. My search spanned out as far as Boston and Danbury. By far, Blasius had some of the best prices, if not the best, low miles, and my car still has the manfacturers warranty.The car is beautiful, no chips, dents, or scratches. The interior is mint and still smells brand new.I live an hour plus away and out of state, they registered the car for me and delivered it right to my doorstep.I couldnt be happier!

So I ran into issues converting my insurance and was not able to get the car. However my customer experience was great, the people there wanted to help my your experience as great as possible. If you left unsatisfied and not sure about something they go to work, and figure out a solution. The staff was very helpful from Day 1, did everything they could to get me approved. I highly recommend going to Gary in sales, he has been the only sales person ever to reach out to me after a first visit. Jeff in finance is great too, he will make whatever you need happen. Bought my GMC Sierra 1500 from them and I couldnt be happier, not just with the truck but with the whole dealership. I called and spoke with Jeff Campaniolo who told me the trucks I was interested in were in stock. I made an appt to see them the next day. We discussed the differences in models and brands and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Hes not pushy at all and is very knowledgeable about all things automotive. I was very impressed. He explained the whole purchase process and what we could do to make me stay within my budget. My husband and his family have purchased many cars from Blasius and they’ve always left happy. They don’t just try to sell you any car, they make sure you’re happy with your purchase. They even offered me more for my car than it was actually worth!

From the moment I got there, they instantly put me at ease. Everyone was very friendly, attentive, organized, transparent and informative. The process was very smooth and I did not feel pressured. They helped me every step of the way and did everything in order for me to take the car home that same day. I’m so happy that I went through them and would highly recommend to anyone. Was looking for a 2017 Escape...came here because I saw they had one that fit my criteria, but also because they were so highly reviewed for their customer service. They did not disappoint. I was treated fairly and without any kind of pressure. Got a great car at a great deal. Very happy, and would recommend! Lulu was very helpful, even after the sale was done.

Purchased vehicle about 3 months ago loved the car but they made some critical mistakes. I worked with The sales associate George and the manager. I told them I liked the car and would pay what they were asking on these conditions :1.rims that where peeling off were to be refinished(Did a fair job on this)2. Small areas of paint that were scuffed or chipped were to be repainted and finished(Did a horrific job) paint globs and spots completely missed*they did put new tires and brakes (👏)Throughout the 2 week long sales process I repeatedly asked George where the vehicles navigation chip was or if I needed to provide one for myself. The answer was always the same, “oh yea I forgot about that let me look around”.Finally I purchased the chip off amazon since I saw that was going no where. Come to find out george was pulling my leg the whole time. The navigation was disabled.Also they didn’t give me the pin for the vehicle and made me pay to retrieve it from fordDuring the first week of me having the car I noticedThe sunroof wouldn’t close correctly. After contacting the manager he told me he would get in contact with ford to see if they would replace it(witch they won’t ) but still a month later have gotten no responseOverall I’d skip this place all together. I was a huge fan until the car was sold and they left me on the side burner. Also cost me a ton of money after the fact to get the car clean.Ps if you’ve gotten this far don’t let them spring the $500 “Convenience fee” before you Negotiate the price.This was really a let down Considering the great presale customers service, almost made me think sales aren’t only for the money hungry.

I am from New York and bought a vehicle from Blasius North on June 13, 2020. From the time of my arrival to the purchase of the vehicle it took about an hour and a half and most of that time was completing their paperwork. I have to believe that was one of their easier sales, I did not dance with the sales team and manager over and over again to save a few hundred dollars, I am pretty sure they made money, and I drove away in a vehicle I wanted. My issue is as of today, October 16, 2020 I have not received a registration for the vehicle. That is 125 days since the date of purchase. I initially inquired as to the status of my registration on or about August 4, 2020, about a month after purchase and was told there was an issue with how the insurance company had my name appear on the insurance card. I contacted the insurance company, had the cards corrected to the dealerships satisfaction, and sent them via email to them. I was also told the processing time is taking longer than usual because of the pandemic. On August 26, 2020 I received an automated email inquiring if I was still looking to purchase a vehicle from the dealership. I thought that was ironic since I already had bought a car from them but why not seize the moment and inquire about my registration again explaining my displeasure of the dealerships failure to provide the registration. I received an email and phone call explaining the salesperson spoke to the general manager and they had contacted the vendor they use to process registrations, RegUSA. I was then told it would be 6 to 8 weeks for the registration to be processed, there were delays related to the pandemic especially in New York State, and they offered to send me another temporary registration. On October 15, 2020 I contacted the dealership again and spoke to the salesperson who sold me the vehicle and after I identified myself he asked if I wanted to buy another car. Although I appreciate him remembering me I would have hoped the registration issue would have stood out in his mind more so. I again inquired as to my registration and he quickly put me on hold. A short time later I was told the general manager had sent the registration company an email and would get back to me. I asked him which company they use for the registrations and their phone number. He supplied the company and said I could find their information online. I called RegUSA and left a voicemail but have not received a return phone call. As of October 16, 2020 340PM no call from the dealership either.I have never written a poor or positive review for any company. If you see a vehicle at this dealership you are interested in I hope after reading this review it gives you pause. You should be thinking if they cannot get something as easy as a registration issued for your vehicle then what other processes do they have or do not have that will cause you grief and time out of your day. If you were wondering about New York State DMV and their turnaround time I know several people including those who purchased their vehicle out of state who have their registrations in three to four weeks during this pandemic. The people I have spoken to at the dealership have been apologetic and nice but are either incapable of accomplishing this task or unwilling. From a practical sense all I want is what I paid for, a registration for my vehicle from a company that sold it to me. Is it really that difficult? Do I now have no other recourse other than writing a review in hopes of spurring corrective action from the dealership?

Gary P. was fantastic with showing us what we wanted and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in making sure the sale was finalized. Returning up post purchase for service and minor repairs, the warm welcome and attitude never changed and they make sure you are taken care of 100 percent. What a great experience at Blasius. Wayne is top notch and a man of his word. Price of vehicle was lower than every other dealer I looked at so I didnt even feel the need to haggle. I wanted a few things done to the truck before I picked it up and they exceeded my expectations. Thank you Wayne and Steve for a great truck buying experience!

I shopped for a used vehicle here. Its not a flashy dealership, but I received first-class service from Jeffrey Campaniolo. He was very thorough, and certainly inspired confidence. Not pushy, just informative and a good communicator. Highly recommend.
