I just bought a new car for $28,000 almost $30,000 and it is working just like a Flintstones car and makes noises when it turns I took it back and they said no it does it make noises. I still hear the noises. And now my trunk is soaked and smells like something died throughout the whole car I’m hoping after they see this review that they fix the nonsense I’ve been still dealing with. if not I might have to call a lawyer and get my $28,000 back Honda fix it please. Please find a better dealership so you won’t suffer as I am. Terrible terrible. I will keep you guys undated until this is resolved

Salesman was very helpful with details about the car. But I did not leave feeling I got a good deal on my trade-in. Of three estimates, they were the lowest by a significant amount and refused to budge. I bought the car because I liked it. But I would not say I was completely satisfied.

Great service, I was on time constraints. When I made the appointment, I asked if the time allotted would be enough for the repair. I work in the area, so it would be convenient not to have to make a special trip, as I live an hour away. Well let me tell you. The waiting room is comfortable. The staff is friendly. I am not the type to leave poor reviews, but this is my first one and it is absolutely necessary. I purchased my 2016 Chevy Cruze from this dealership back in March, and since then, I have had to have it serviced several times- the first of which being a month after I got the car. Tomorrow will be the third time in a one-week time period where I am bringing the car up for service, when it was deemed “like new” when I purchased it. Never trust them with your business, save yourself the time and hassle.

Weve purchased two cars from Sullivan Honda and both experiences were great. The customer service is excellent and I feel like we got a fair deal on our recent purchase of a CR-V Hybrid which are few and far between especially in our choice of Obsidian Blue color. Although we didnt really shop with them (we were looking for a specific model/trim/color, found it on their website, and called to place a deposit), Alejandro was responsive to our questions. He kept us informed of where the car was and when we could expect it. When it arrived, we had a smooth process of signing the paperwork, transferring tags, and getting everything squared away. Service department used to be good at old location. Now its trash. Try another Honda dealer.From just being rude over phone, listing parts that dont need to be replaced after a vehicle inspection. Vehicle was taken to two very reputable local shops(One that has perfect longtime 5 stars and other well known for good service and high rating)after which stated over half of items listed were either good or none issues..No Honda I dont want to work things out. Awesome service department! Scheduled appointment time and installed parts even faster than they originally estimated. Friendly, fast and the accessories they installed look great. I was charged the price they quoted me when the parts were ordered, no fees or surprises tacked onto the bill once the work was completed. Highly recommend this location! Terrible, my car sat in the waiting area for 25 minutes before going into the garage for a simple oil change. When you have a 10 AM appointment, the vehicle should be received and work done. In my business if my customer is waiting for 15 minutes its unacceptable. 1 hour for an oil change!!! 😢After all was said, I have give a big credit to the reception staff. They were very helpful and finding our extended warranty.

Was fine. I came in to get oil change and get my window looked at. I had made an appointment. I guess some technicians were sick so they said I would have to wait for many hours to get my window checked (9:15 appointment and at 11 AM they said I would still have to wait awhile if I wanted it checked). I guess this was understandable but they made me feel bad about it.......I dont think it was my fault. Otherwise the work was well done.

Check EVERYTHING before you leave the lot if you are buying. I purchased a used vehicle recently and discovered that when I got home the OEM custom floor mats for my vehicle had been removed. After contacting the dealership they tried to tell me they were never in the vehicle (LIE). Someone in the dealership or service took them for themselves and they are no longer manufactured. Not a very professional way to do business. Money was given to buy different mats, but not very professional. I hope the person that took them is fired but I doubt it. Dave was very pleasant and helpful to work with though

Very positive experience all around. No high-pressure sales staff, I was encouraged to take my time and think things over. The finance staff took the time to find me a lower interest rate even after I signed the initial paperwork. Everything was thoroughly explained and they followed up to be sure I had no questions or concerns. Very different from other dealerships Ive encountered. I dont think Ill be going anywhere else!

I recently moved to town and the first time i went here i waited almost 2 hours for an oil change and was beyond frustrated. I decided to give their new location another chance. I went for a simple oil change (NOTHING else) with an appt scheduled. I was there for over a hour and half even though my car was taken right in. No updates or anything. Just waiting.. i saw a lot of staff just walking around chatting. Finally I saw them hand over my keys and I waited a couple minutes to see if they would come get me and nothing. I had to walk out there to let them know I needed to leave since my car was already finished. I’m very curious why an oil change takes over 90Minutes?On a positive note, the facility is nice and clean.

As i arrived to the new Honda building I was impressed with the technology and cleanness of the building. As I drove into the building it automatedly checked the tire pressure, alignment and life left on the tires. All this before I got out the car. The service representative greeted me and was very professional and knowledgeable about the service I needed. The waiting room has ample room to self distance and what a gorgeous building. I was promptly taken care and very happy with the service department.

The Customer Service at Sullivan Honda is awesome!I have owned my Honda Pilot for just over a year now, so I havent had many reasons to visit the dealership. My Honda was due for service and there was an issue with my radio.I was able to get an appointment that worked for me. I love being able to pull right into the enclosed service area and not even step outside. Marissa greeted me and got my service going. She was knowledgable with the problem with my radio and assured me that it would be an easy fix.The staff was very aware of the current Covid issues and took the time to clean the necessary surfaces prior to getting into the vehicle, including the key fob. The same was done afterwards too.The waiting room is bright, airy and the seating is well spaced.Coming out to a freshly washed vehicle is definitely a bonus. But I want to give Marissa a shout out for taking the time to come outside afterwards to answer a few questions that I had about my car.Great dealership, great service!

They diagnosed my car in a timely manner, within 30 mins which saved me from having to pay for a full hour. Buyer Beware! I drove over an hour to come see a car and made an appointment for 4:30. I got a call from Melanie at 4:28 pm telling me not to come because they sold the car. I was at the exit ramp for their dealership. Which just goes to prove appointments and my time mean nothing. My daughter who the car was for saw that the listing was taken down at approximately 1:30 and found that odd. Sure enough they took over 3 hours to let us know. Terrible service and now lost a customer and reference for life. So the only way you can guarantee a car will be available when you make an appointment is to leave a deposit. Even if it is on the same day. I hope my post saves you from having the same experience.

David was awesome. Came in at 9 AM to get a Pilot and walked out with one at 1PM. Kind of was upset about the time it took due to the inspection as the car had just arrived to the lot because we had to be somewhere by 1PM and it was 2 hours away. But this was not Davids fault and was happy with the price we got on our new car.

Sullivan Honda had the car I was interested in, Silver Honda Accord with grey interior (most cars elsewhere had black interiors I did not want). A good sale price down from MRSP, negotiated a decent price on my trade in, loyalty discount (our family has purchased 7-8 cars here) .Coming in for an oil change is a ride for me but Sullivan reps get me right in and less than a half hour later I am on my way home.
